The stock is running on hot air with pony land dreams. There has yet to be any concrete substance that this is a good investment outside of Hope's and dreams.
Is the increase in share price amazing, yeah I think its great for the investors that were done wrong by Rory lies in the past and some of his team, like Jeff Clayborne touting a short squeeze to investors at a public conference event.
Let's hope the share price continues to rise.
Only down 80% to 85% from highs, not bad.
LMAO.
Gee who said "conversion rates are exploding"
I'm so tired of hearing that.
Quote :
Conversion Rates are Exploding, Markets are Virtually Unlimited and Exponential Growth is Underway !!!
Lol yeah no. Smh "short positions" attacking.
Atleast not in the way most/all think of it as shorts are out to get Verb in some secret special way.
Check the SPY among general market indices. That's your overall answer.
$2.42 Verb share price =) NICE
Only around 85% climb left to go to beat Verbs highs. Not bad.
Wonder if Rory is still sending out unethical emails like he has in the past telling people when to sell shares, quote "$25 dollars" and how Verb is "going to the moon".
Share price goes up and all of a sudden it's "criminal like activity" that Rory is doing.
Who said this? Smh.
Other than the prior lies Verb
has done like the bologna post offering share price statement being higher than current long term.
Hey Tenkay. Do you find it suspicious at all that Verbs share price has recently been rising during after hours and not so much during normal trading hours?
Not sure if you noticed that. If it is suspicious or criminal like activity(not saying it is), what could that be from?
2.05 !!!! =)
It doesn’t help when the CEO is on video directly stating “this is a $7 stock” when nfusz/verb was on the OTC. Then stating on video this is valued at higher than $18 prior to Nasdaq uplist on video. Not many of us at the time thought a CEO could blatantly mislead like that at the time.
This is yet again, another great example of the CEO just talking with a lack of basic understanding to the company and throwing anything ridiculous at the wall in "hopes" that it will stick.
Where did he even get $7? Because come to think of it, I remember Rory stating bologna share prices like these.
Oh I remember now, he was sitting behind that camera wildly throwing revenue numbers without any substance or logical thinking other than watching his stock rally 3,000% as he states:
"throwing gas on this fire now!"
Yep, he said that too, only to see the Verb share price tank to almost 0.
i message the verb investors they have not emailed me back in a week why is that? why dont they keep their investors informed?
Rory and his team dont run their mouths the way they used to 1 year ago, 2, etc. because everytime Rory did, it would come back and backfire on him.
Rory is on record for telling everyone the Verb share price will never go under a dollar and then he took a swipe at people that were saying it would stating "people that say it will go under a $1.00 really just have no idea what they are doing".
He has a lot of nerve bc days later, the share price did in fact go under a dollar, on several occasions. This is a classic example of a CEO that doesnt understand economics and traded companies on a fundamental basis.
His team (not all of course) is the same way. The CFO, Jeff Clayborne did a lot of talk the talk, but never walked the walk. He started violating SEC policy back in 2018 at a night conference where he told investors "expect a short squeeze" as he almost thought he was just so cool for saying that. Well that one backfired on him as well.
This team is very inexperienced with public traded companies but it's been proven they never take blame for anything they do wrong as we watch the share price drop 95% from highs.
Rory struggles so badly with owning his own actions, he even made a SHAC video in the past calling the investment community bedwetters and blaming the shorts for his deteriorating share price.
Yep that actually happened. A grown man CEO did that. Had nothing to do with his Reverse split lie or anything of significance where algorithms and big money takes advantage of his ridiculous wording smh.
Same goes for the investor relations, I imagine Rory told them to pipe down and not speak so loosely.
Refer to my older posts as it goes in a bit more detail.
I continue to hope Verb does good in the years to come, but people should know negatives and positives of this company. Investors are mostly drowning from this investment and it shouldn't be that way if lies weren't constantly told.
I think Verb has done alot of good things over the years, but when you compare that to all the things they unethically did, it's a big red flag for me. Again, you'll never see Rory own any of his irresponsible actions over the past, but loves to tout anything remotely positive to the point where he turns it into a lie sometimes, kinda like his bologna post offering share price being higher than current.
It's a shame to see.
how can we show that Nikki directly uses the VERB platform to deliver results?
Easy, someone get a hold of her via email and send her the videos of Rory & the Sheriff, Rory calling people bedwetters and Rorys ice cream video.
That shows quality results imo.
False. Rory calling the investment community bedwetters in one of his SHAC videos back in 2018 definitely made me buy more shares of Verb.
So many mature and smart thinking 60 year olds have the word "bedwetters" in their vocabulary.
It all made sense after I watched that.
Rory Cutaia of Verb has lied countless times over the years, why is it so hard for some to accept that?
- No reverse split, well what do you know, Rory lied about this one.
- A bolgona post offering higher share price
- He never made a justified quantity of millionaires but himself here as far as long term holders go but yet he touted it
- He is on record just like everything else where he claimed millions in revenue will be made in 2017/2018, yeah that never happened
This list drags on and on.
And what does Rory have to show for it? A 95% share price drop in his Verb company from highs during the biggest bull market in history. I'm sorry, this is just flat out embarrassing to us shareholders.
Who knows what potential shady stuff happens behind closed doors. That's a whole different story.
As long as Rory can sell equity and pay himself handsomely he won’t be “giving up”. Lol.
Rory is definitely not giving up on Verb, this is his atm money printing machine for himself as he accepts compensation checks and other unjustified money streams like salary as investors financially crumble due to his nasty lies over the years.
I guess he didn't lie about making millionaires though now that I think of it, he is doing just that with himself and his management team as the Verb share price deteriorates by 95% from highs.
I agree. When just looking at Telx overall without getting into ethics, sure Rory did great.
But at the same time.
Lies are lies. Rory has made plenty of those with Verb.
Thanks for making my point
Oh, no. Thank you for making my point.
Rory has in fact done the opposite of making millionaires this time around. He has caused financial disaster among the investment community as he accepts compensation checks.
Was Telx a public traded company?
I can’t understand how McKinley and the sound concept people can tolerate Pinocchio
It's a pretty easy concept to understand. I do have a lot of respect for McKinley on his stand alone success with Sound Concepts. It's obvious he actually knows how to make money where Rory, not so much.
But, McKinley at the time when he teamed up with Rory, had almost 0 knowledge of public traded companies. If I recall correctly, McKinley basically admitted he had no experience with traded companies the time him and Rory made their first video. Correct me if I am wrong.
So it's basically the blind leading the blind. But McKinley probably thought something along the lines of "Oh, this Rory guy is good, he is the CEO of a traded company, he must know a lot so we need him" when in reality, Rory has very little understanding of traded companies (95% crash from highs during the largest bull market in history) and not to mention the millions Rory paid for the company.
But that is going on what, 2 years now. I imagine McKinley is catching on to Rorys car sales tactics and may be getting sick of him.
If McKinley is not fed up with Rory by now, then his company deserves to run to 0. I want McKinley to succeed, but man, how does one not see all the shady things Rory has done over the years.
Your 100% right but I just am real tired of a CEO that outright lies
Rory Cutaia has lied quite a bit to the investment community, there is no doubt about that one.
I wonder when there will be a 3rd lawsuit against Rory Cutaia for the video recording he made of himself with the blatant lies he made about the post offering Verb share price being higher than what it was that day he mislead investors to financial disaster.
Rory will continue to act like he knows how public traded companies work but the share price speaks for itself, he managed to destroy shareholder value 95% from highs during the biggest bull market in history. Winning.
Smh.
By legal definition it was not frivolous, but by anyone with common sense, it was a waste of time and if EMA had any sense of decency, they should have never filed and accepted the terms as they were suppose to be.
Kinda like the decency Rory had failed to show when he lied to the entire investment community when he was video recorded touting to the public a bologna higher Verb share price post offering among multiple other lies he had put on full display.
But hey, anyone with common sense should know this ;)
EMA and Rory seem to give the word "decency" a whole new look if you claim EMA to be wasting time.
"It was frivolous"
It was only frivolous if you saw the hints in Rorys ice cream SHAC video.
Also, here is this:
A “frivolous” lawsuit gets sanctioned by the courts. A “frivolous” lawsuit does not get interest.
A “frivolous” lawsuit does NOT get post judgement interest.
I highly disagree, I am further expanding my justifications in favor of Verb having frivolous lawsuits thrown at them so I can stop losing sleep at night knowing my deteriorated investment of Verb is going to be A-okay.
Rory and Jeff made such a stupid and OBVIOUS mistake that the Court corrected it and made sure EMA got EVERYTHING coming to them with the corrected formula.
Rory and Jeff hold arguably the top power positions of the company but, neither have any basic concept of public traded companies, hence a 95% drop in share price from highs but "pretend to act like they know" per the words of a SEC representative.
Rory found the need to lie countless times to the investment community with no RS, higher Verb post offering share price, "share price will never go below $1, people on message boards that say that just have no idea what they are talking about" - per Rory recorded in a SEC Edgar filing.
And Jeff, lol. His understanding of SEC policy and public traded companies smh. Refer to my older posts on this with him.
All of this but they still sit in their office accepting compensation checks as their company share price tanks.
But hey, these two are in it for their shareholders. Yikes.
Hi. Do you think there will be a 3rd lawsuit lost soon for Verb and Rory when Rory was recorded on tape touting a higher Verb share price lie during the prior offering event that never came about and as a result, tanked the share price?
So Yeah, it appears to me VERB won BIG TIME. Had that formula been used that the notrious court goers, EMA, inserted, Verb would have took a big blow.
Seems like a nothingburger as many thought
200mph ice cream moonshot Verb can't stop won't stop, green day tomorrow =)
Do not be complacent with your business if you want it to grow. Verb has the answer. People are making thousands and millions by using Verb tech.. Verb is here to stay.
Did you see the lawsuit Verb Technologies lost to EMA recently?
When will a 3rd lawsuit be brought against Rory for spreading lies to the public when he was caught on camera telling the investment community that the Verb share price at that time currently will be much higher during the offering?
Oh, I see, a ‘partial’ loss isn’t a real loss, lol...
Yes. I need to justify the horrific deteriorating Verb investment so I can sleep better at night.
What's wrong with that?
Now that is has been recently discovered Rory and Verb lost 2 out of 2 lawsuits.
When is the 3rd lawsuit coming out for when Rory tipped the public in one of his shac videos that the share price of Verb will be much higher than it was currently during the offering shenanigans?
He is recorded on camera stating that, and turned out to be a big lie.
But but I thought EMA was suppose to lose!!?!? LOL.
Rory said that lawsuit was a non-event. He said it was meaningless.
Rory is so smart. He just seems to keep winning.
Rory could fix that by reducing reckless expenses.
False. Rory knows so much about public traded companies. Especially his own company.
The share price is at all time highs and had the biggest bull run during the biggest bull run in stock market history.
Ask him about P/E, algorithms, balance sheet data. Or ask him about offerings and what the share price will be at, hes spot on with public traded company data. He knows it all.
This search on reddit didn't yield much, you have a link?
Did you watch Rorys ice cream shac video?
Watch that first. Then go to reddit, it will all be clear after.
Rory knows what he is doing. He will make his long shareholders millionaires. He never lies and has great character.

Roy is the best and he single handedly saved the world from decades-long financial crisis in SAAS world. Just look at Telix
You def had some ice cream after watching Rorys ice cream video. Congrats!
Rory is very smart and such a great guy looking out for his long shareholders.
But taking a bonus after demolishing his loyal longs via gross misrepresentation, and paying his employees with COVID money and stocks, is reprehensible. Right side the ship Rory, and get all the back pats and glory, until then, you look like a perpetual liar. And mouthing the words, "I own it", is vastly different than actually owning it in your current choices and actions.
It's kinda disgusting isn't it? That Rory accepts bonus compensation while watching shareholder value get destroyed by almost 100% from highs. That could have easily been avoided if Rory didn't announce in a touting way how the share price will be much higher than what it was at the time during the offering event.
So as a result, when arrogance and lack of knowledge was displayed on full display with Verb and touting a bolgona share price that never came, the stock price fell down the Cliff.
But nope, not Rorys fault. It's the shorts guys. The whopping 10k in revenue had nothing to do with any of this while touting millions in revenue.
But wait, this is a transformation period guys, can't talk about it.
This is why I question / doubt his knowledge towards public traded companies. He doesn't understand how algos, manipulation (cough cough), etc will take those words coming from a high position of CEO power.
This is why the SEC had told me "It sounds like you were dealing with a company that just has no idea what they were doing but pretended to know" on the phone as I mentioned this in a older post.
I'm glad someone else remembers Rorys half *ss apology of screaming into the camera attempting to apologize "I OWN IT OKAY" besides me. Yeah no, that's not an apology lol.
Sad.
That's a good video. You have to laugh at the part when Rory states at the 40 second mark:
"How do you make money"?
That’s how you succeed as a CEO. Zero cares about perception of actions. Not everyone can be ruthless like that. It’s all about him making money in any way possible. It’s admirable to see that level of ego. You just have to play this stock with that in mind. The minute you think the CEO is making moves for “shareholder value “ you’ve been had.
If you refer to one of my previous posts, I talk about character vs money. And how anyone can become a millionaire as long as that person has the mindset / or agenda.
I'm not impressed with any moves Rory has done. I question his knowledge about public traded companies. This isn't private company shenanigans where one might be able to get away with phony lies and misleads. He has said countless things behind the camera that justifies the SEC step in. But that's Rory for yuh. Always pointing the finger at everyone "not my fault guys, it's the shorts and bedwetters"
Who actually has "bedwetters" in their vocabulary? Honestly.
I give him credit for not giving up. He has a lot of drive and motivation. But at the same time, what's driving him to become motivated? Those bonus checks hes been accepting just be looking tasty.
The Verb share price did hold up very nicely today =)
What ever happened to common sense and being realistic?
That flew away some time ago with the pig that formed wings.
What's happening with the Verb share price today?
