We just need a few more high volume days to shake-out the rest of the old shares. We traded over 2M above .014 today. I think these shares are going into stronger and stronger hands. You can see that this is getting poised for a monster move up once we get rid of the rest of these old shares imo.
2M in revenue already and 8M projected for the next 12 months. Solid SS (156M O/S). Digital Clarity growing by leaps and bounds and the business plan making great strides. Looking forward to the more news on our progress over the coming months. I will continue to hold 100% of my shares and who knows, maybe even add a few more.
For anyone new, just do a little DD on RTGV and see what you're getting for less than your 2 cents worth!
I was in SGM quite a while back when it was still owned by U.S. Energy. Now that they are no longer associated with them maybe this has a chance. Stay away from any U.S. Energy plays!
If you really own that many shares, I'm impressed. For me to invest that much I'd have to have between 3M and 6M to invest as I only invest 5-10% in individual stocks and never more than 20% of that in any one stock.
I hope you really do own that many shares and make a nice 7-figure return. I'm hoping for a nice 6 figure return with time.
GL Threeflight!
Outstanding day on above average volume (1M+). Finish was very interesting also.
Nice 50K-100K blocks today!
Up nearly 40% off its recent low.
What will today bring?
Go RTGV!
Form 4's do not necessarily have to be filed on the SEC website. I'm looking into that.
Honestly. Call the SEC and they'll walk you through RTGV and what's required. They'll let you know asap if there's something wrong. I do that from time to time and they're very helpful and prompt.
All I know is Linda initially had 18,998,624 shares in 2006, 18,240,942 on 8/31/2008 and 16,060,781 on 8/31/2009.
Barry (Lancer Corp) had 16,587,313 in 2006, and actually has more as of last report; 17,357,313.
If you really think that this is one big scam and they're just selling shares left and right, I hope you're not a shareholder anymore. I was pretty skeptical earlier in the year but I haven't seen anything in the past 6-9 months that has me in the least bit concerned. I want the SS to remain close to what it is. I don't want the A/S to be raised ever. I can handle up to 200M O/S but not anymore. I'm impressed with management and I think those of us still around in a few months will be quite happy. JMHO! GL!
RTGV board is full of excitement today. Everyone is claiming to own millions of shares and they're all going to sell them. Whatever. What a bunch of liars and scammers. As I stated the other day, who would invest 6 figures in a highly risky and speculative penny stock? Please... There are only 156M shares outstanding and 2000 shareholders. The sooner we get rid of 99% of the I-hub shareholders the better. Sell your 100,000 shares and be done with it...LOL!
Their shares on listed on each 10K. Easy to find.
I'm sure we have dozens of millionaires all invested in RTGV. There's no way everyone has 3M-10M shares. That's 60K-200K invested in a penny stock. Ridiculous.
I think the action we've had the past few weeks is exactly what we need. We need to get rid of all these old shares and flush out some I-hubbers who aren't in this for the long haul. Very, very good for us down the road. Let the longs and Galileo Partners and others load up. The others can get back in if they want at a MUCH higher price in a few months.
Isn't that the truth. I always say never invest more than 5-10% in speculative stocks and never more than 20% in one of those. Take the other 90-95% of your investing money and put it in mutual funds. If you can't have fun investing at this level, you have too much at stake! RTGV will be fine in another year or two. I plan on holding all my shares for quite a while.
I'm sure they were restricted initially but they've had those (21M) since 2006. By 8/31/2008 they were down to 14,870,221 and by 8/31/2009, 10,986,955. They been getting rid of 3-4M a year. Maybe they're accelerating that now. Let's say they were down to 6-7M by 8/31/2010. If this is Silverlake again lately, maybe we only have a couple million left to eat through. IF that's the case, when they're done, we could see that sharp rise we've all been waiting for.
Very interesting discussion today. Seems like we're all lining up on either side of the imaginary line. I guess I'm somewhere in the middle.
Who's selling all the shares?
Silverlake Holdings? They originally had 21M shares which was down to 10,986,955 in the last 10K. Probably much lower now. I'm not sure I believe this is one big scam but it very well could be as simple as Silverlake bleeding off the rest of their shares.
Thoughts?
It will be interesting to see what happens in the coming weeks and months. Obviously 4M in buying did nothing for the pps. It just tells me there have been a lot of share overhang (sellers) waiting to get rid of shares whenever they get a chance. It would be nice to know how close we are to getting rid of any bigger sellers.
.20? I don't see that for quite a while yet. Hopefully we can make a run at that in 12-18 months. I'll just be happy to get above .02 again and hold for a while. Can we do that?
So you believe he just made all that up?
I don't!
End of story! Thanks again!!
If Dale is hanging out yet, maybe he can get us that answer. Or a phone call is in order.
I agree.
Assuming he accumulated 4M shares. Maybe our big day was his entry. Could he have bought say 2M that day? We've had 11 more trading days since then. Less than 200K a day to get to 4M. We do need to confirm that Galileo Partners bought 4M shares from the open market and what his compensation will be as an advisor.
They used the word "accumulated". That would be a misleading PR if those 4M shares were given to Mr. Antebi for future services. I'm sure our board IR man can get us that answer.
The compensation better not be anything like that. That's absurd!
I'm not sure they have time to read all our posts. This is the 6th post this month already! lol
Let's keep the updates coming ADNY. I still have all my shares!
More good news today!
Let's just hope we can get some real volume going and eat up all those shares from whomever is selling. Once we get this overhang gone, we're off to the races imho.
It doesn't get any better than this...lol!
RTGV Update:
Stock continues to tank over the past couple weeks reaching new lows. It's become very obvious that we have a huge overhang of free shares to eat through. Sellers may take a break so we don't go sub-penny but then who knows. My main concern is trying to pitch RTGV to potential buyers when the chart and pps look like this. I'm very impressed where we're at with our business plan and model but we obviously screwed up with the management of shares. Don't know if ANHL was issued a few tens of millions and they've just become free trading or just a bunch of the millions of shares we've issued for various services. You wouldn't think it would be warrants as most of those would be selling for little profit or even a loss now. Thankfully I've got my shares and don't need anymore. Never invest more than 5-10% of your investing money in penny stocks and never more than 20% in anyone penny stock. If you do that, then you can enjoy the penny gamble and stop complaining everyday about what the pps is doing. It's hard to believe that some RTGV investors say they have millions of shares. Really? 50K-200K in a penny stock??? Based on the above philosophy, we have some huge multi-millionaires all over the RTGV board. And one who says he has several million has been one of the most negative on RTGV. Something doesn't add up. I've been on I-Hub long enough to know that a lot of posters play games and I think we have some of that going on (and have for a while). I really could care less because I could lose all my money tomorrow and just move on to the next potential winner. What the company needs to do is contact who they think is selling and see if we can get these shares back. How many are out there? Another 5-10 million? 20M? We're also at risk for losing some long time shareholders. If we continue with the selling and then add true longs, we'll be so far under a penny, we'll never recover. I've never sold a share and I plan on riding this out. Can RTGV rise from the ashes? Time will tell...
I'm sure it would have been!
I still think DJRT has potential and hopefully with a little more time the pps we'll match the quality of the track experience.
Long time shareholder but I did not get that e-mail.
We all thought when the recent 10Q came out that all would be fine with the pps but it hasn't. Why would the next statement be any different? It's become obvious to me over the past couple weeks that we still have an overhang of stock that needs to be disappear before we can finally rise to something closer to fair value. Whether these are still ANHL shares that are finely free trading or shares for services or some warrants exercised at higher prices, I don't know but there are still shares being sold at ridiculous prices. Only a knucklehead would sell down here unless they had free shares or shares obtained at lower prices imo.
You're right. I forgot we're waiting for the 10K and not the Q. I'll be more interested in the next Q than the upcoming K.
Yep. The quarter ended August 31st and they have 45 days.
The financials already came out. Where do you think the shares are coming from? When all these shares are out of the way and we get some real investors in here, then we'll be fine.
The only thing good about the last couple weeks is that we are definitely getting rid of some weak hands. All those ANHL shares and whoever else had shares to sell are getting rid of them and we are soaking them up. Once this is done, I expect we'll make a sharp move up. When it happens, it will happen hard and fast.

The nail in the coffin for the upcoming election as far as I'm concerned. Huge tax increases return January 1st. I'm steamed and so are the voters. Good riddance Democrats!
Excellent first hand report! Now if they would just start selling it in my area.
I couldn't agree more!
Excellent news to start the day. Our latest acquisition sounds like a great fit. It's just a matter of time before RTGV starts to explode!!
FYI:
I called our TA today and got the latest SS.
A/S: 200M
O/S: 156,452,219
I do and much, much more!
A rare gem indeed!
Thanks for all your support.
Just like they talked about in the last CC. Excellent and very exciting!!! Hang on to those shares for the long haul. I know I am!
The Gold Report:
Siddharth Rajeev
TGR: In our last interview, you talked about Evolving Gold Corp. (TSX.V:EVG; Fkft:EV7). Recently, Evolving had some good drill results from its Rattlesnake Hills Project in Wyoming. The company got some more good news when Goldcorp Inc. (NYSE:GG; TSX:G) took a position. Goldcorp now owns about 15% of Evolving, but its share price is languishing. What's the update on Evolving Gold?
VW: Evolving is actually trading at more than twice what it was when we initiated coverage in June 2009. Overall, the stock has had some volatility.
There's obviously quite a bit of excitement with the Rattlesnake Hills discovery. We have to remember that Rattlesnake Hills and the other exciting property in Nevada's Carlin Trend are quite early-stage projects. The company has only really been drilling on Rattlesnake Hills for about two years. Evolving just began drilling at Carlin this year.
The company has continued to show that there are areas of low-grade, bulk-style mineralization, plus high-grade areas at Rattlesnake Hills. At Carlin, the company is finding gold mineralization in carbonate rocks.
TGR: There's no NI 43-101 resource yet on either?
VW: The company hasn't put out an NI 43-101 resource yet. Evolving has done a lot of drilling, but not every company puts out an NI 43-101 within six months of starting on a project. The way that we look at it is—it's likely obvious that Goldcorp has seen the intimate details of the projects. They probably feel as though Evolving is still undervalued. That's an opinion that we would certainly share.
TGR: What are some attributes you like about the company?
VW: I like the management. The company is run by President and Chief Geologist Quinton Hennigh and Chief Executive and Director Robert Barker.
TGR: Wasn't Quinton involved with Newmont Mining Corp. (NYSE:NEM) on a mine in the Carlin Trend before?
VW: Yes, I believe he was.
SR: Evolving Gold certainly has a strong management team. It also has a strong cash position. After this discovery, we saw the stock increase from $0.40 to about $2. Now it's at close to $0.90.
The results that came out initially were fantastic. It's tough to maintain those kinds of results on a long-term basis, and that's one of the reasons why the stock has dropped to $1. We still believe the deposit has very high potential. We expect the stock to move up closer to our fair value estimate of $1.40 per share as the company continues to advance the project.
