IMO Sunday has to be an audit update. As Roger mentioned on My Two cents over a month ago their wasn't a ton left to do with the audit and we are getting closer to the due date.

Well they are all back now so it doesn't matter. My guess is they aren't leaving orders open overnight because they don't want to get caught with their pants down...

But you are right we can only speculate no one really knows why they do what they do.

This is really odd though... usually there are 5-6 MM's on the bid and ask before open and even over night. I know most orders are pulled off if they aren't filled. Maybe they can't trade on the next exchange and have moved on since it's about to happen? Or they aren't leaving orders open because of it?

When they spin off IK it will be a fully audited compliant public company. That's it's biggest value. They can acquire any company (private or public), as they plan to and it will immediately be on a higher exchange other than the pinks

Definitely! I don't think we ever got an official tally but from what we could tell nearly 20% of the float (most likely more now) is held by this board.

Not to mention this is board is one of the first things to pop up when a new investor google's AMFE....

When I first invested it was only a couple 100k shares. But after checking the DD graciously shared by this board I'm all in.

So while this board may not have much impact when we uplist and institutions get involved, it matters here in pinky land. Why do you think paid bashers still attack? Because this exchange is full of emotional investors...

Hold for another 45 days and everyone's tune will be different. But that will only be step one in Roger's grand plan.

It has to be completed in the next 25 days to be compliant. So we are only talking about a week or two. I see your point though. The last run was about 3 weeks so if we moved up to .21-.23 by the 30th then announced the audit around that time it would maintain the run and put us over the top. Either way we get there

I think this pr isn't really targeted at investors. It appears to be targeted more towards growers/ prospects that may be on the fence.

In the PR he establishes they have references and large company's already on board, the follow best practices (six sigma) and why their product will benefit them immediately and in the long run.

Just my opinion but I believe Roger has another bomb geared toward the investors coming over the next week, possibly this week. Also don't forget the SL midtown construction permit expires in 10 days. I expect to see an announcement soon on the grand opening date.

IMO. He will start dropping bombs as soon as the audit is complete or with in a day or two of completion announcement. This way the run will clear .25 and hold for the uplist. This is not saying this is fluff or pump or whatever. Just the nature of the exchange we are currently on. Very short minded investors traditionally.

What other penny stock can you ignore for a day or two while traveling, working etc.! NONE! AMFE sit back relax and enjoy the show.

First: the spinoff is the current IK sub which doesn't have much revenue (250k I think?). Not much impact.
Second: the Spin will happen post audit so it won't fall on the pink sheets.
Third (and the most important): IK by itself won't really have much of an impact on the AMFE ticker once it spins since the revs are so low. But using the IK shell and making an acquisition of a private or already public company is huge and will immediately have an impact on the new entity share price.

So while this technically is not free because we have shares in IK today, the real value is shares in the new acquisition which will follow the same growth plan AMFE has.

I plan on buying more than just the dividend shares given.

In a previous pr (sorry I can't find the link on the mobile app) it was mentioned they were considering giving distribution rights in regions and talked about creating sales measurement plan per reseller to keep them in check. I haven't heard it mentioned in awhile though.

Well then it's a good thing GRO3 does much more than MJ. Just last week there was DD posted from the poultry farm PR and they can also do produce. GRO3 is NOT just for MJ.

All they have to do is put acknowledgement in the contract or get the equipment out the door by close of business 9/30 and they can recognize the revenue in Q1. I do this all the time at work (tech sales). Either way this really doesn't matter too much. They are already having a record setting quarter compared to last year. This company is in power growth phase and doing way more than any other pink stock...and oh wait there is more! They will only be a pink stock for another 30-60 days!

IMO there is no reason to sell before this full years numbers are announced next summer. We know they will be 100's% better than last years, franchises will be rolling out, Canada going full rec and of course by that time almost everyone here would qualify for long term cap gains... sit back relax and enjoy the Roger show!
