Man, By far this is the friendliest board on IH and I have enjoyed being part of it.

We're all entitled to our thoughts and opinions on the board. I don't like bashers for the sake of bashing. People looking for a fight or just to aggravate.
This might be the only forum one can tell it like it is from
their perspective. Meaning, if one was really down on a position and needed to express their frustration, this may be the only place to do it. One may not want to tell their wife how down they are, LOL. Myself, I'm long and bought into the MJ market knowing that I'm getting into OTC, an extremely volitle market on top of thinking my investments will take at least a year to get some legs. Between startups and MJ laws being created for states that went either full legal or only medical, I figured this would take time..
Everyone has different expecations of their holdings and people handle matters differently. Some may think, when this hits a certain penny, I'll flip it in a week or a month from now.. MJ market collapsed somewhat with J. Sessions opening his mouth and this didn't help matters. Since then, nothing in the world of law enforcement has changed. Business a usual.
With that all being said, we're still moving forward, I'm happy with how WDRP is going while others are not.

I was thinking of this LOI this weekend. We haven't heard any further news, but I do know these deals could take time. It's my understanding that SIPC is tied some how to UAMM as well. Has anybody heard of any updates to the LOI? SIPC hasn't been above $.02 since 5/18 and has been down to $0.01. Maybe the transaction has been slowed due to dropping pps, as opposed to anticipating increased pps.
The WDRP is bouncing up and down, but it is in a much better place than it was from mid May to the end of August.
When we have some positive PR, when and positive being operative, this stock will be noticed and should bounce to the elusive $0.01+.

People had high expectations the stock would move due to the poorly timed MJ conference this weekend. Evidently the conference was also poorly attended according to the posters here on IH. We're also curious what the CEO had to say at the conference and how MYDX was received. Like to think something will be posted on FB at some point.
I wouldn't have attended if it was down the street. I'd imagine people had better things to do over the long weekend like myself and most everybody else..

I'd say MJTK is broadening their horizons.
Months ago I posted the opportunities do not begin and end with the MJ market. That's what I see in the potential for MJTK. There's certainly more markets that this app is applicable. Very happy to see them getting some voice of the customer. There's also more room out there other than Groupon for sending out deals via social media. There's also the potential to be bought out by Groupon once this app is noticed. I'd keep the names separate, if this were ever the case.

It appears they haven't filed an annual report due in March and filed in June for extension they may have missed as well. I could be wrong, but I'm seeing they did not file.

Do you have a link to share? I can't locate any info.

I've cut back my posting. Don't feel the need to repeat myself on my positive thoughts on this position.
I know people feel they have been burned, but it is in the OTC. Rule of thumb is for me, don't invest in OTC what you can't afford lose.

Not much response for the upcoming event with TPNI participating.
TPNI should be releasing their own press release with some PR about their company.
We need to get some visibility with this position.

GS, It will be interesting to see what next week, starting Tuesday, has to bring. I'd like to read the follow up from the event to see how the turnout was and peoples' responses overall.

I was also questioning the revenue stream for MJTK a few weeks ago.
The 20 dispensaries always seemed aggressive for MJTK to break even. What are they basing the breaking even dollar amount on and at what point? There must be more accrued expenses since their original claim. I also viewed the 12 partners they have now on the website. Are they running the beta, or is it the completed program? I'd like to think the program is ready to go, but these programs can always be improved by seeing some unknown variables while in the market place.
Interesting watching this all come together.

Confidence isn't down for me.
My battle cry has been the position with float between .0015 to .0022 until something breaks.
Ok, so it has gone below the .0015. When news is out and the beta testing is done and confirmed ready for the mass market, we'll be better than fine. My opinion has been a full release by December (hoping I'm wrong and it will be earlier) and CT will have creditability to jump right into the CA market when the MJ laws are in place.

WDRP is holding strong for the ask price. Picked up another batch just under 200K at .0072 about 10 minutes ago before it went to .0075. Did not take all of my buys either.

I fell asleep a the wheel and didn't buy at the dip. Sold off another position to buy more into WDRP.

I'd like think positive and this will have a come back given certain factors. See my previous post. I've been hedging this will take off by January/February, so this dip/selloff doesn't really bother me. Though, I'd like some communication "directly" from MJTK.

Once the program goes from beta to live and the business plan is executed and then shows success , we should have the reversal we've all been waiting to happen.

People are excited about this stock as am I and there are skeptics as well. MYDX needs to execute it's business plan and deliver. If and When they do, it should be in a good position. Until then, it will float between .0041 to .0049. I'm hanging in there for now..

I see eggs and people are counting the chickens, but this is the OTC and speculation is part of the deal. That's why I jumped in. Seeing the potential.
Ecolocap can't hitch it's ponies to one wagon. They need, and could possibly be, selling their process to others at this point.
PR on them selling to others would be great to hear rather than waiting on the results of one potential customer. Hopefully they are gaining capitol to build more digesters.

I read that as well, but evidently it wasn't from sales. The argument is revenue from sales and not from creative accounting.

Yes, This falls under creative accounting/financing.
The anticipation of great sales/profitability did not happen, agreed, but MYDX stopped the excessive expense bleeding. Cutting expenses is important to any growing/developing company. If they can keep the past high expenses in check and then create the sales/profitability, we'll be good.
Everybody has different hopes and expectations of these OTC companies. This particular company, speaking for myself, will be another 6 to 12 months before the action really starts.
