Ha ha, CJ. You are not alone...bought a few times in the trips last week. You are crazy and I am a rebel who must be equally as crazy. I mean what if the DOJ drops the charges on Thursday, or the Judge dismisses the case on the grounds of sloppiness and false statemets! Or what if the FDA decides ARYC's Covid-19 test is the best they have seen yet, now that it's tweaked to "close to 100%." High risk/high reward/cheap prices.
Good luck CJ !!
:)
Ya know what's funny? It seems to me either the DOJ or FDA or California's AG would have issued a warning letter or a cease and desist order to Mark or Arrayit by now to stop operations. There are hundreds that have been issued by them and others regarding fake Covid-19 tests and claims. There is nothing at all anywhere about Arrayit or Mark being served with any such warning letter or C & D Order. I have spent loads of time looking and there is nothing.
The public is restricted from reading the final Order regarding the conditions of release, but one thing we KNOW from the document reference is that Mark was released on his own recognizance and didn't have to come up with a single penny. This alone was a HUGE ruling in Mark's favor. So then, after who-knows-what sorts of discussions followed during that session, maybe he was allowed to go back to the lab and continue his work, as was requested by his attorney in his brief.
It seems to me if Mark was a criminal and placing the world at risk with fraudulent tests and billing, the lab would have been shut down by some involved entity. But I have a feeling he's back at the lab, continuing his work, thanks to another HUGE ruling in his favor by the Judge. This also could mean that he IS still working with the FDA on the Covid-19 test, as Mark mentioned two or so weeks ago.
Maybe it's time for another drive-by, Raspaman!
:))
If you understood the technology, you would know that the strawberry-rhubarb analogy was TRUE.
So now Mark is dead, having committed suicide because he was convicted and does not want to serve time in prison.
This is about as DEPRAVED as it gets.
Right, maybe it’s a witch-hunt so the feds can look like heroes during a national disaster. Only proof and evidence will tell the tale. I just wish the DOJ would clean up its very sloppy mess first and get their act together before anything moves forward.
You are so wrong. Under the FDA guidelines, ARYC was allowed by the FDA to offer its test. Arrayit didn’t even have to apply for EUA status, but they did, and that could still be pending considering the updated accuracy numbers that are “close to 100%.” Those are FACTS that can’t be denied and anyone who says otherwise is “perpetuating” a serious falsehood.
The DOJ may drop the charges on 7/2/20 when they discover all the crazy-unfounded statements they made, or, maybe the Judge will dismiss it. Or, the case will go forward to a judge or jury trial.
Mark is no angel, but under the law, he is innocent until proven guilty. That's the way it works and everyone should respect that.
Wrong. Not what I was talking about.
Show me where the FDA says that. If I see it, I will let you know and provide a link, and please do the same. It's good that they're NOT on the What Tests Should No Longer Be Distributed for COVID-19? list.
Maybe there will be a new list/category for Arrayit. I mean, the solutions to trying to end the pandemic beast are always in a state of flux.
I know! Dr. Fauci DID say that but the SEC and DOJ in their allegations said that no person in authority had ever said such a thing. Like Arrayit made the whole thing up!
Just another false statement that can be easily PROVEN to be false.
Yes it did. The website is much more simplified now, but I think the Covid-19 antibody test still needs to be ordered by a doctor, who would request that Arrayit, send a test kit to the patient's home with instructions on how to get the specimens, and then the patient would mail the specimen to Arrayit so they can perform the actual test.
Well you never know with these things. We DO know that their acne product is excellent and highly endorsed and that they are selling many other products; and yes, then there's the CBD/hemp PR. Hmmm. Would be nice to see something/anything happen!
Arrayit does "batch testing," right? And that sounds like what Dr. Fauci is calling "pool testing." ARYC has the high throughput technology that allows a vast number of diagnostic testing at one time.
Interesting development. Thanks for posting.
I wonder why HBRM appears on the FDA's SRO (significantly regulated organizations) list and how long it's been there and if it means anything at all. It's a list of companies that FDA employees and their families are prohibited from holding any financial interest in.
I mean, why is this little stock showing some life after all this time??
https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/SDA/sdNavigation.cfm?filter=herborium&sortColumn=1a&sd=srolist&page=1&previewMode=true&displayAll=false#1
Maybe so due to the controversary.
At least they're not on this list:
What Tests Should No Longer Be Distributed for COVID-19?
There are fifty listed and Arrayit is not one of them. I don't think the FDA is going to just discard a Covud-19 test with "close to 100% accuracy" as Mark's attorney said in his brief.
No you didn’t in 198663, which is the post I was replying to.
No. The Judge’s order said he does NOT have to come up with any money. He would only have to pay if he failed to show up for court dates.
Thanks Slinkie. That is great information. The RXAir is VYST's GOLDMINE, for right now and into the future, and it's already FDA approved, AND when the spinoff goes forward with the share distribution, it will be a nice bonus for all.

If the TRUTH is nonsense to you, then that's OK and sort of sad.
You missed the point of my post again. You should read it again and then comment about what it said.
I didn't say a word about his passport. You missed the point again.
Seems like something's afoot! Analysts' price targets still continue to amaze me; the stock price still seems dirt cheap, even at the current prices.

Well, this was favorable to the defendant: Mark did not have to come up with any money, just a promise to pay if he fails to show up. Judge Beeler and Mr. Pickles are doing a good job so far. The DOJ must not have been pleased.
Full docket text for document 13:
AMENDED ORDER Setting Conditions of Release $2,000,000 UNSECURED BOND Entered as to Mark Schena. Signed by Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler on 6/17/20. (cfeS, COURT STAFF) (Filed on 6/17/2020)
That Order is not available to read other than the above portion.
Unsecured bail bond means a bond that holds a defendant liable for a breach of the bond’s conditions. In an unsecured bail bond the defendant signs a contract and agrees to appear before the court. If s/he fails to do so, s/he promises to pay later the agreed bail bond amount before the court. An unsecured bail doesn't require that the money be offered up front. Further, an unsecured bail bond is not secured by a deposit of or lien on property. For instance, a bail bond executed before a court without deposit of or lien on property is an unsecured bail bond.
Updated 6/23/20:
Q: What laboratories are offering serology tests under the policy outlined in Section IV.D of the Policy for Coronavirus Disease-2019 Tests? (Updated 6/23)
A: Arrayit Corporation.
....While laboratories are encouraged to submit EUA requests for serology tests, the FDA does not intend to object to the development and use of serology tests to identify antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 by laboratories that are certified under CLIA to perform high-complexity testing...
It is implied. The SEC either accepts or doesn't accept filings. They don't make announcements about it! "XYZ Company just filed a Form 15 and XYZ Company is nice and legal, Love, SEC." No, it just happens.
That's right, the SEC does not enforce that the company be current because otherwise, what would be the point? The SEC did NOT ever take any enforcement action against Arrayit and accepted the Form 15 fiing (there is NOTHING to indicate otherwise), so Arrayit was "legal" with the SEC at the time of the suspension, like it or not.
The REAL reason for the suspension was the Covid-19 false and misleading statements fed to the SEC. The timing and wording of the suspension and order make it quite obvious.
You have missed the point of my post again. That’s OK.
And don’t forget ARYC was under the umbrella of a Form 15 so as far as that goes, they were “legal,” with the SEC at the time of the suspension. Of course nobody likes the fact that we haven’t seen financials in years. I thought they were taking steps under the delinquent filers act and would emerge with 2 years of audited financials. Maybe that was the plan. Maybe not.
If you had bothered to check my posts to verify everything I found to be false truly is false and can be PROVEN to be false right now, then maybe you would understand why I am saying the DOJ’s case is flawed and should be dismissed. Let the DOJ start from scratch with statements and allegations that are at least true..
That’s all I’m saying.
I am NOT defending anyone. Just seeking the truth. The problems I have brought up are valid and TRUE. What the DOJ has presented so far is embarrassing, and that's speaking as a U.S. citizen.
Right "several billion." lol. That was a good one that must have come to her in her dream about being a hero and helping to take down a Covid-19 scam.
Another good one: Doctor #1 "conspired" because she agreed that it was not medically necessary to test every patient for 120 allergens. Well, no DUH. Everyone KNOWS that. You can't just take away bee stings from the type of test Arrayit offers. Are they supposed to "redact" bee stings and ragweed so the patient won't know whether there is a problem or not?
There are so many stupid statements and allegations, this thing should be thrown in the garbage, and if they still want to go after Mark, let them at least make an effort to figure out what is true and what isn't.
I think so. Let's see if the axiom, "volume before price" catches on here. Volume has been extra crazy and it must mean something.
Thanks! I agree with him. Sort of a "pet project" for me too.
:))
I've been here a while, just don't post much. Started investing when I heard what the Rotmans were planning, mostly because of their good reputation around these parts. The company is not a farce.
I'm sorry for your loss, but there have been plenty of opportunities to accumulate low and sell higher.
Right, but my point is that VYST is REAL, legitimate, and not even close to a scam.
Potential goldmine here. Rotmans Furniture is real and no one can deny, for example, the existence of its FDA-certified Rx3000 UV Light Air Purifier. These products are IN DEMAND and are already being used in over 400 hospitals right this very minute, and manufacturing is being ramped up.
Please don't bring up the "pictures" that some are clamoring for. They will come. These things take time.
The distribution is going to come too. We just don't know when, but I don't think that can be too far away.
:))
The general feel of this entire subject about ARYC's test that were filed by the DOJ is that ARYC's microarray technology is some sort of off-the-wall Elizabeth Holmes type fake technology, when nothing could be further from the truth and of course, it all started because of Mark Schena's work. Many media articles were comparing Arrayit with Theranos. I mean, don't reporters do independent research anymore?
"The global microarray market is expected to grow from USD 3.72 Billion in 2017 to USD 6.82 Billion by 2025, at a CAGR of 7.87% during the forecast period 2018-2025, according to the new report published by Fior Markets."
ARYC has a CE label too! lol. OK, not funny.
It's OBVIOUS the company is NOT a farce.
lol.
Wrong. The point is that the DOJ’s case is FULL of HOLES and FALSE statements and should be dismissed on 7/2/20 by a fair and impartial judge.
It was my point, not yours. I can’t miss my own point. lol
You missed the point.
