Have to admit a very impressive absorption of shares when the naysayers throw out the "massive dumping" statements.
Very entertaining!
Which Sendik's? Been waiting for it here.
Huh?
Thanks. We'll see if I get any response.
Anyone know how to get a question answered from Richard or someone at the company? Have a questions regarding there filing.
This post perfectly displays your desire to deceive!!
If that was the case you'd see a very large selloff. Volume is the lowest in two months. I wouldn't call that "No one wants to hold overnight" Done a whopping .9%. Don't be such a drama queen.
Lowest volume day since November. Setting up well.
17 up 15 down in the last 32 trading sessions. Yup, terrible!
I wasn't quick enough on the trigger today. Only added 200k. This work stuff keeps getting in the way.
Not sure what point you're trying to make.
2016 no longer has the lease. They are stated in the 10Q but are not included in the income statement except as the net loss from discontinued operations.
Power
The 2016 10Q for the 9 months ended 9-30-16 INCLUDES Calpian. They are REQUIRED to consolidate Calpian. Please call the company or talk to a CPA to explain the quarterly as you clearly do not understand it. Let me try and explain as briefly as I can.
9 months ended Revenue
2016(incl Calpian) $12,731,311
2015(no Calpian) $3,295,781
2015 Proforma $14,486,622 (Excel and Calpian combined)
Bob also states this in the video. The quarterly revenue including Calpian is $4MM per qtr. Your comment about the $30MM is also misstated. Bob stated the proforma revenue for 2015 would have been $30MM in 2015 if they included Caplian for the whole year. This is roughly $15MM for Excel and $15MM for Calpian (hence, the comment doubling sales). They sold off the leasing revenue, leaving $16-18MM for 2016. ($4MM+/qtr including Calpian). This equates to the $15MM from Calpian and the remaining $3MM of revenue from Excel's payment processing. I believe Excel has great potential for growth but I would appreciate if incorrect/misleading information is not posted for others to use. This is all clearly stated in the 10Q, the press release you linked to and the video of the presentation.
Yours truly
"Clueless"
The 3rd quarter 2016 10Q does include Calpian.
8. ACQUISITIONS
Pro Forma Financial Information
The information that follows provides supplemental information about pro forma revenues and net income (loss)attributable to the Company as if the acquisition of Calpian’s
US assets had been consummated as of January 1, 2015. Such information is unaudited and is based on estimates and assumptions which the Company believes are
reasonable.
These results are not necessarily indicative of the consolidated statements of operations in future periods or the results that would have actually been realized had the
Company and Calpian been a combined entity during 2015.

Revenues $ 3,295,781 $ 11,190,841 $ 14,486,622
Net income attributable to the Company $ (1,093,370) $ 331,663 $ (761,707)
Net loss attributable to the Company percommon share - basic and diluted $ (0.011) $ 0.003 $ (0.008)
Also from the 10Q.
Results ofOperations
On November 30, 2015, eVance acquired substantially all of the US operations of Calpian Inc.As a result of this acquisition, operating results for the three months
ended September 30, 2016 and 2015 are not comparable. The substantial increases in revenues and operating costs and expenses are due to the acquisition of Calpian’s US
assets by eVance.
Where do you arrive at the Calpian revenues and income? The 9/30 10Q shows $12.5MM in revenue, which includes Calpian. The NI from cont operations is $1.2MM, which includes Calpian. The $18MM would be projected revenue, including Calpian.
Looks like it might be a gapper this morning, showing 83x86
Stosh,
You been hittin' the sauce again? Please pour out the bottle of Vodka!
"Never ending down trend"? What stock are you watching. Seriously
FYI. That's from a year ago.
I agree, needed to break .0152. Probably trade between 011 and 0152 for a bit.
Would like to see a break above resistance of .0152 yet. might take a bit to break again.
Looks to me like it is up 80% in a couple weeks. That's horrible!
No progress? Here is some homework for you. I don't know if you know how to use excel but if you do, type in the last 7 years revenues and then see if you can figure out how to graph it and then post your graph here. Then tell me there has been no progress.
Your forgetting the ongoing royalties.
Awesome DD! Keep up the good work.
And you know that nobody is getting paid how? Get real.
Purchased new equipment, growing sales, reduced debt...looks to be going in the right direction to me.
Guess I'm not clear on the 35% number. Never a number that was presented.
Where does the 35% come from?
What is the companies understanding of the royalties? Do they feel they are awarded 3.5% going forward until 2016? That, to me, is the bigger question.
From 2011 10K for Google
Ad Revs $37,905 (000,000's)
US Rev % 46%
US $ 17,436
Min 20% 3,487
Royalty 3.5%
Roy$'s 122
Assuming no growth in ad revenues going forward (2011 grew 31% over 2010) the royalty should be $122,000,000 per year on the low end.
Just for rounding, use $1.00/share eps for the next 4 years at a PE of 15 (low) gives a share price of $15.00.
The judge already told them what to use.
Wouldn't surprise me to see the judge raise the future royalties to the 5%.
What incorrect assumptions. The ad revs are easy to determine. 3.5% times the US revs is pretty simple.
Pretty misleading title.

What's tiny about the award? Approx 1/2 billion by most calculations doesn't sound tiny to me.
Why is it halted again?
Who was the black scholes guy. I'd like to see the calculation now as the warrants haven't participated in the run like the stock. seems the warrants would be a screaming buy right now.
If anyone is expecting anything but a terrible quarterly they better prepare themselves. The quarterly is a fart in the wind to the relevance of the play here. I expect some panic after the quarterly is announced and a test of the last 3-4 months lows. Disappointed in myself that I didn't sell a portion in the low 4's, with the expectation that we'll see low 3's to into the 2's again. I don't suspect they will give much information as to the current litigation or the plan for the new patents during the CC.
Looks like the 50 dma was taken out today. Now we'll see if it holds over the next couple days. I'd love to buy some here but I don't have the confidence of it holding the 50.
