If PNTV could be like TLRY we would all be rich. TLRY Canadian MJ company IPO’d at $17.00 about a month ago and is about to open today at $220.00. If only!!!
Slow decline continues and more coming, volume shows interest has moved away. They need a big PR to move this again and unfortunately the Q2 will not be it. Nor will the announcement of new people coming on board. Those seem like the only two things coming in the near term so that’s why the drop could very well continue into the .04’s and possibly lower if more delays happen as that is the norm here.
Nice, I have confidence they will get at least one if not more.
Dispensary applications due Thurs by 5pm. Mark said last week they would be submitting theirs yesterday.
I say mid .04’s but there is an MJ uptrend helping them currently.
Brett is an officer there and I’m sure knows what’s going on so nothing against you but I’m gonna believe him on this one. Mark already stated on video May revs from Salinas are not included but they can use the money to pay bills, wages etc just can’t report as PNTV revenue could be same for June.
It clearly says beginning of 3rd Q which was two months ago so how can you be set or ready to do something two months ago. Maybe PNTV bought a time machine? Here’s the Twitter post
Green Leaf Farms Vegas (located in North Las Vegas) is set to produce its first big harvest in the beginning of Q3 2018 - posted sept 17th
No big deal just saying they meant 4th Q which starts in two weeks so that makes sense.
That’s wrong must mean beginning of 4thQ. 3rd Q began July 1st, how can you “be set to produce” something two months ago.
Share price in a slow decline over last 5 trading sessions. Volume also dropped off huge. Good things coming but well over a month away.
Much of the MJ money is probably going into the Canadian stocks.
Listen to Brett today around 4:15 mins into audio. He stated doesn’t know if they will be able to include May or June. He then says the 3rd Q is when they will show proof of revenue.
So it’s coming around mid November when they release 3rd Q financials.
https://audioboom.com/posts/7009390-brett-pojunis-of-players-network-inc-otcqb-pntv
2nd Q may not include June from Salinas we already know May was out. If financials do not include June then revs may be around $100,000 total for all three months and expect a drop in share price. It has been stated that it’s the 3rd Q people need to get excited about. Still feel a dip coming before next jump up.
Tidal Royalty actually lists the names of the growers they are working with in their news. Also in June they announced they were funding a grow in Monterey CA, it’s 260,000 sqft of green house ran by Monterey Cannabis Company. Maybe they chose that one over GLF or maybe they did both but you would think we would of heard already as the other was announced in June. Who knows good luck to all everyone would love to see a 10X’s here!
2ndQ financials won’t be released till October minimum. This is why I feel that way Mark keeps saying we’re going to release 2nd Q and then right after the 3rd Q is due. 3rd Q isn’t due till Nov 15th so tells me this one will be October. Plus this one isn’t going to have much on it. Just June from CA and NV hasn’t been selling much which we will see when they release the Q. The Nevada site will kick in revenue eventually but prob not till 4th Q. That’s how I see it.
Will it be actual PR’d news or a Facebook video seen only by those who go looking for it which are existing shareholders.
Have to agree most times their hype is more than the actual result. However they have made some good achievements.
Feel this RSI says hold or even sell. Looking for 30’s which can happen in one day like when the 10Q is released and shows right around a million in revenue for the whole quarter. Or they could announce something and it shoots it up. I’m betting we see a drop before next big jump up.
I also don’t like hearing they have not even started construction on phase 3 at the Vegas site. They were talking about breaking up concrete 6 months ago. Guess there has been some delays. I have never seen slower progress on a construction job. There is no way the delays are being caused by the city or state because you read elsewhere that some companies get expedited licenses and have gone from step1 to finished in half the time PNTV has taken to get 8,000 sq ft running. Yep over two years and construction about 1/3 done.
If they didn’t buy a completely running facility in CA this would be in the .01’s.
Scary that they are taking so long and having so many issues in Vegas then want to try to build one or more dispensaries at the same time. If they get licenses they really need to team with an experienced company in the dispensary business already. I don’t see any way Mark could swing doing it without help. It’s proven by the Vegas debacle he can not succeed alone in a timely or cost effective manner. Believe I read if you get a license it has to be up and running within a year.
Might as well add one more. Why is Vegas growing one strain at a time? They should have multiple strains in different stages of budding at all times by now. It took so long to get approved thousands of clones should have been waiting and ready but that does not seem to be the case actually plant volume looks scarce and plants are over grown with at least a month of grow time wasted and eventually just trimmed out. A lot of work needed at Vegas for it to be profitable. An experienced Master Grower is desperately needed, no time to be learning on the job this is a public company and should not be treated like some rinky dink private grow. Sounds like they did not replace their resigned CFO either must be contracting it out.
Cheapies should be here soon again, what will be the next news to launch PNTV up. The last two things to drive this up recently were the purchase of California farm and PR of some good unaudited revenues. We know they should not be announcing another acquisition till the financials are caught up and revenues are known for the time being so just thinking this will slowly head down again. How low will it go this time, don’t think we will get .02’s again.
Now it’s the water, first it was electricricty that didn’t work so switch concerns to water. You make it sound as if every company is going to close due to an electricity cost increase.
When your cost go up, the price of the product does so if they end up paying more to produce that means all growers will be paying more and the price of flower will increase to cover the higher cost. Just as the power company will increase prices because their cost went up from the wild fires in 2017. Just as the the water company may increase their price because their costs went up so will the MJ cultivators and dispensaries. Really the ones paying for the fires in the long run are the residents because their costs of goods are going up for everything they buy. The wholesale price of MJ has already risen in CA due to increased regulations and the price may go up again due to increase in cost to produce.
You can relax about the power price increase they grow in green houses in CA so very limited electricity used compared to an indoor grow.
New Cannabis bills passed in California on 8-31-18.
Cannabis bills that passed
Senate Bill 1459
What it will do: Establish a provisional business license for cannabis companies that are in the process of getting their full annual permits.
The provisional license is a stopgap measure that will enable many temporary license holders to continue operations legally after Dec. 31 – when all temporary licenses expire – while obtaining a full annual license.
Lawmakers approved this last-minute measure Aug. 31.
SB 311
What it will do: Allow licensed distributors to transport cannabis products to – and sell to – other distributors instead of only to retail shops, microbusinesses and testing labs, thereby giving more flexibility to the state’s MJ supply chain.
Assembly Bill 1863
What it will do: Permit licensed marijuana companies to deduct standard business expenses under the state personal income tax.
AB 1741
What it will do: Allow cannabis businesses to pay state taxes by means other than electronic-funds transfer, a step needed by many companies that do not have access to banks. They could also pay by cash or money order, for instance.
SB 1294
What it will do: Require state regulators, including the Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC), to begin work on a state-run, social equity program for the marijuana industry.
The bill gives the BCC until July 2019 to adopt “model equity ordinances” to be used statewide by city and county governments that want to give victims of the war on drugs a leg up in the newly regulated marijuana industry.
SB 829
What it will do: Resurrect “compassion programs” by allowing certain cannabis businesses to give free marijuana products to medical patients that qualify via their income status and have doctors’ recommendations for MMJ and a state ID card.
AB 2020
What it will do: Expands the choice of venues where legal cannabis festivals such as the Emerald Cup can be held.
Currently, events that allow recreational marijuana sales and consumption are limited to county fairgrounds or properties run by district agricultural associations.
This bill will allow such events to be held at any site as long as organizers have permission of local authorities
I think we will see the MJ sector run before years end whatever the catalyst may be.
Not sure what news could come out to make this jump up again but was expecting to see a U.S. sector run with Canada. Seems like the U.S. is lagging on the breakout. Maybe this will drop back to mid .04’s or lower before the 3rd Q financials come out, which should help.
Dispensaries get announced no later than Dec 5th so that could definitely impact sp. Read that once licensed you have to be in business within a year and we all know how these guys are with delays. They really need to get it right if awarded any. Hopefully they chose locations with a pre-existing structure to be used. I believe the review board would be more likely to award a property quickly converted vs. a complete build out especially from a group with a track record of moving slow on build outs. What it’s almost year 3 on the Vegas location and still only 25% complete.
Canadian MJ stocks are killing it, PNTV should benefit from this. Down day so far here but that changes quick sometimes.
Ticker KAYS runs dispensaries in Oregon and has now acquired grow licenses. Last I read a while back they would be growing soon. The did reverse though started with dispensaries (pretty sure they have 3) and now growing.
However not competition since totally different markets. They trade around .13 but guess that’s meaningless unless you do a way deeper comparison with share structure, revs etc.
Not sure what to expect coming up as the Canada/American MJ sector got a surprise boost with the $4billion investment into Canopy recently. Feel the sector was being pushed down before that. However now being so close to a Canadian wide MJ legalization it may just run right up into the Oct 17th legalization day!
Will the US market follow suit and can PNTV sustain or gain from here without new PR’s? If not we will see mid .04’s again but hoping for a geeen rush instead!!
With the DD you did on PNTV and 1800PR’s relationship what did you find they provided or achieved for PNTV during the brief time they were being paid (besides the one PR put out)? Believe they dropped them because it basically was a waste of money.
They are doing much better at keeping news/updates flowing.
We were talking different companies, PR Newswire is where I posted the three articles from. Here’s the latest PNTV right between Canadian Companies Tilray and Aphria.

Refresh your DD on who they are using. 1800PR is old news.
Untrue I posted three articles with links put out in the last week from PR Newswire that contained info about PNTV stock. The last article I posted PNTV’s update was right between two major Canadian MJ company updates.
The first Las Vegas harvest was about 3 weeks ago and was only 15 to 20lbs of a CBD flower. So they may be just selling it now. Will take some time to get their name out there, prob a few harvests at least.
Mark said in webinar that the Durban Poison is being harvested now, feel this is really the first harvest as the last 15 to 20lb one was just a trial.
Good info, more acquisitions coming!!
I signed up and so did some others on the board here.
Attached link shows new dispensary counts per county.
Also states temp licenses will be issued by Dec 5th.

PNTV highlighted in another article today, PR Newswire getting word out.

Mark and Brett will have their swagger on tomorrow with this recent pps gain and even more so if it’s another green day tomorrow.
Rightfully so as they recently took the right steps to getting the word out there. Links above are articles that PR’d and included PNTV in them, they also got back on Money TV. Oh and the biggest one with a huge PR on recent revenues.
Good stuff, Thanks Clay!
Very well could run to a $1.00 no one knows.
Just giving my opinion, though I would be happier if your estimate comes true.
