I also don’t like hearing they have not even started construction on phase 3 at the Vegas site. They were talking about breaking up concrete 6 months ago. Guess there has been some delays. I have never seen slower progress on a construction job. There is no way the delays are being caused by the city or state because you read elsewhere that some companies get expedited licenses and have gone from step1 to finished in half the time PNTV has taken to get 8,000 sq ft running. Yep over two years and construction about 1/3 done.

If they didn’t buy a completely running facility in CA this would be in the .01’s.

Scary that they are taking so long and having so many issues in Vegas then want to try to build one or more dispensaries at the same time. If they get licenses they really need to team with an experienced company in the dispensary business already. I don’t see any way Mark could swing doing it without help. It’s proven by the Vegas debacle he can not succeed alone in a timely or cost effective manner. Believe I read if you get a license it has to be up and running within a year.

Might as well add one more. Why is Vegas growing one strain at a time? They should have multiple strains in different stages of budding at all times by now. It took so long to get approved thousands of clones should have been waiting and ready but that does not seem to be the case actually plant volume looks scarce and plants are over grown with at least a month of grow time wasted and eventually just trimmed out. A lot of work needed at Vegas for it to be profitable. An experienced Master Grower is desperately needed, no time to be learning on the job this is a public company and should not be treated like some rinky dink private grow. Sounds like they did not replace their resigned CFO either must be contracting it out.
