Barge, lucky I still remember some German. I think it says Dell and Wave! Nice. Like AWK says. It's over. Now we just wait.
Hopefully we will go green soon. The little bit of profit taking did not stop the slow steady accumulation or cause a mini panic. This bodes well if it really ends up this way. It's not our usual pattern.
It's on the first page of the Business solutions for small and mediun Business brochure. We are near the top, not the bottom, just under windows Vista Capable.
Just received Dell's advertising brochure. So nice to see one of the features of the Latitude D620 as "data encryption with Wave EMBASSY Trust Suite", listed for all the world to see. It is now a selling feature. Sorry if previously posted...no..not really sorry. Worth a repost.
Strength at the end speaks volumes.eom
We always say "Watch the volume". Here it comes.eom
Go-Kitesurf, I agree 100%. Revenue is much more important than announcements. The only thing that the company "wins" would do is to allow those of us that follow WAVE closely to; 1.have our nerves calmed down knowing that soon revenue would follow, 2. get the share price slightly higher, which really would have a huge impact on the amount of dilution needed to fund the next six months. in the meantime we sit and stare at the blade of grass while it grows or is that watch the paint dry or...well you understand.
Therein lies our problem. By it's nature, security and the companies deploying that security do not want to be noticed. We, on the other hand, need to be noticed. The other scenario is we wait for earnings. One or two extra quarters for the reports.
Wavxmaster, oh darn, there goes our bead business. eom
A thought on financing. If we do need one more small financing round, it would seem prudent to make announcements of new client wins prior to financing. I think it would be a very bad sign if we finance at these levels while we have already signed new business and are close to signing many others. Any reason that WAVE would not or could not announce client wins? Thoughts.
I think that the first time we announce any large client, only one needed, this stock will never be under two again. We here will have renewed faith, When we get the second large client everyone will see the trend and the fun begins. That is why I don't think we need to wait for break even, only the start of the trend. The revenue lags behind anyhow. First announced large win.
Wavxmaster, unfortunately, some of the 1.82's are also me. That's it, as they say, i'm all in.
Wavemaster, the last 2200 was me. If Mrs. Escrow finds out I'll be needing a place to sleep. I hope by the time she finds out I'll be able to buy that place. Either we are all nuts or the rest of the public is very slow to catch on.
When Steven talks about a giant party next year, you gotta love it.
Seasoned pro presentation.
Waveduke, I agree. But what I am really referring to is any one of the 200,000 potential seats or another organization that purchases the upgrades. I have no doubt that we are evrywhere and participate in everything. It is now time to convert our expertise into cash. I am still very sure this will happen. It's just that the word "slog" no longer is adequate.
Waiting for 3rd or 4th quarter is not the issue. The problem is that there should be someone telling someone about some deal about to close. No matter how great security is it worries me that our volume is this low. If we are to break even soon we need to see announced deals. We don't need alot but some indication that our software is being purchased. I have been in as long as anywone here and have bought shares this week, but even I once in a while question my own sanity. I mostly post now as a form of therapy. It saves me $ on my Dr. bills. Oh well, I just purchase wave shares with the money anyhow.
Snackman, In all due respect, it seems Barge was attacked first. We all know that Barge gets very excited. I, for one, love it. It puts a smile on my face. We are all big boys and girls here and can read other people's opinions, weight the evidence and then decide who we believe. Sorry, I usually agree with you 100%.
We should be seeing some purchase orders from some of these 200,000 potential seats. Yes, some of them will take lot's of time but there are some that could order soon according to Steven. It will really start to worry me if we don't get at least one or two orders soon. A trickle may soon turn into the river we expect but I think the laws of averages says someone must order (hopefully next tow weeks). I would then expect an announcement. As snacks often says, watch the volume.
Tried to buy and only got 100 out of 1000 filled. Snacks is right.
Unbelievable. Thank you Steven. My nerves are now calm. The steel is back in my eyes. Steven is a new man. The message has solidified but the change in the presentation is dramatic. Specifics, predictions, new facts, etc. We all must endure a few more quarters. It will be worth it.

Reading the PR is way different than listening to the conference call. The vast majority of investors did not listen, they read, and only with their limited knowledge of the situation. They are sellers this morning and some of us are buyers. Ita all works.
RWK, thanks for a clear explanation that makes sense and seems to bear out past situations that I have seen. The level of excitement WAVX generates will dictate if the end results are closer to your or Weby's model.
The great news is that HP is included. How could they be without an interoperable solution since it is mandated,or am I mistaken?
Not a traders dream,a shorts nightmare.
Good steady volume. Accumulation,not trading.
Hopefully it is HP employees buying.
Goodbye resistance point
Anyhow, we are solidly in the 70s and loooking solid.
Now we just watch the volume.
Re:Cramer. I called the show. The phone people answer and then ask Cramer. He said the company is too small to cover.
Talk about an opportunity with low downside and huge upside. I had dinner with a money manager last night. I had earlier talked him into buying ten thousand shares with some of his mad money, so we could later celebrate together if the stock took off. He read the news yesterday and it meant very little to him. Lesson: if you do not stay up on this technology, or read this board (same thing), what is huge to us is not even understood by the vast majority of investors. Once I explained the potential impact of the announcement he was floored. I think every announcement from now on should have commentary by awk included with it.
I like the "hugely profitable" comment best.
Now we need one more big PR!
I disagree, exposure by Dutton (now widely cited) and this new rag cause increase in volume. This attracts volume alerts and then new eyeballs. I have seen the effect. A .05 cent co. that I wrote about earlier has 8-10 million shares per day volume. It started with 20,000 volume prior to the rags promoting it. That would allow us a short term spike in price, hopefully more money raised at a higher sp and less dilution. I have written three of these companies about WAVE, trying to get someone to pick it up.
Weby, one of the great posts. I am also involved in marketing and sales. Features are wonderfull and they cover the logical points of interest. However, benefits invoke passion and desire and are what sells product.
Wouldn't it be nice this week if:
1. Dell web site personel started telling family and friends about this Wave company that should get a boost from their advertising.
2. Gateway reps realizing that the software security company that is in their machines sells for under a buck, start telling their friends and family.
3. Intel people seeing their product with Wave in it expanding and start telling their friends and family.
4. NTT, Seagate, etc.
Point: We do not have to wait for profitability nor for break even. We just need a light bulb to go off in peoples head. I just witnessed over the last few weeks the effect of advertising, promotion, whatever you want to call it, when a company with no profits or even product goes from .01 to 2.90 in one year.No product, no license deals, just an award for a great idea.
We all find it hard to imagine that we will shoot up again. We don't want to get our hopes up again. But all it will take is maybe two or three analysts or publications to start following Wave. The stock market is herd mentality, momentum, a snowball rolling down a hill. These posts don't have any effect on stock price. Great therapy though.
I have been really puzzled at how many companies know about us and how that herd mentality has not started. The only thing I can think of is our prior and premature rise to fifty dollars. We became a joke, the wavoids. It is a stigma that has been difficult to overcome. Stocks with much less potential sell for over ten dollars. Whether it is Dell advertising that does it or some other trigger, the time is here.
Last post to Greg. Three years is when I expect this stock to be $50 +. This year is all ramp up. But at the end of this year I expect us to be over $3.00. If we have a good PR campaign from one of our partners that could double or triple in the course of a year. Again this is only speculation as is all opinion from all of us on this board. However, I like our odds. OT,Snackman, I picked up the exact amount this week. Congradulations, see you in Vegas.
First class, Los Angeles to Vegas, how much does that ticket cost you might ask? Who cares long time Wavoids might answer. After reading the transcript I rate the CC as the best ever. Sorry to disagree with some of you. The pipeline will take three years to fill but by that time the share price will be going from WOW to OH MY GOD! Come on. Every 1% turned on equals $250,000,000. Yes, that many zero's. BUT, that is only on orders in hand, NOW. I know some on this board will need help to figure out what that number above is, (too many zeros). Some of the technical people on the board may help explain if you are very nice.
