Oh, people care. That's why the stock is at .10 now, instead of where it was last year.
SSC
Ughhh. There is no one else - they purchased twice from Blum.
And what they sold for doesn't matter if expenses end up costing more than that!!! Net LOSS.
SSC
I've made this point many times in the past - you can't make wax without raw product. The cheaper the raw product, the higher the margins on both repackaged products, and concentrates. I'm 100% with you.
SSC
Blum CA not being a part of TRTC is the scummiest part of all of this. Derek and friends are making a fortune.
SSC
But Blum profited in that transaction. TRTC lost money (after expenses such as distribution, marketing, SALARIES, etc).
Do you see how that is unfair?
Derek Peterson takes money home, but Derek Peterson's public company loses money, which ultimately falls on shoulders of the shareholders.
SSC
Wild ass pre market movement. Looks like we should break 14 today. I'll probably bail if we hit 15 this week.
My $9 buy is looking damn good. Thanks square!
SSC
Yes, seriously.
SSC
Either way, it's insane that they've burned that much cash in such a short amount of time.
SSC
I'll pass, haha - I've just seen him everywhere from sub penny stocks to blue chip boards. How do you trade when you're making videos all day...
SSC
You are everywhere.
That's true. They blow through money like no other. Million dollar lawyers, apparently? Oh, and hundreds of thousands per officer in salary.
SSC
No, I can sell now - but loyal 3 only batch trades, so I'm not really guaranteed a sell price. I just have to hope that the price is high during execution. I think loyal3 is more for long term trading and getting in on IPOs.
SSC
I feel you. I might place a sell today, depending on the action. I don't think SQ is a terrible long term hold with increasing revenue and profitability around the corner.
It's trading at $12.90 right now, so I could take the small victory or hold out for an analyst to predict some insane price target.
SSC
I bought $2500 through loyal3. I feel like there will be a pop at 9$ - then again, IPO's have been rough. Especially tech.
SSC
I am not talking about that crap. I'm talking about the NULIEF product that they scammed shareholders with.
SSC
You cannot order the product - I've emailed the address on their website as to where I can purchase it and have never received a response.
SSC
Not much confusion - just the same old faces arguing about their differing opinions for the millionth time.
I'm bored with it.
SSC
Personally it bothers the hell out of me that it's called Leafs instead of leaves. Then again, IVXX is also grammatically (mathematically?) incorrect as well.
SSC
Until the next round of funding for the next project. That seems to be a trend over the few years I've been here. We pay, and then on to the next money losing operation.
IVXX is still not making a dime, even with all the added dispensaries in the SoCal area.
SSC
They've done it before. They will do it again.
SSC
I doubt it was BMAK. I think that it was someone that would rather have the $3500 than $0 when it hits no bid, or the $10 after a R/S.
JMO,
SSC
The fully diluted count is higher than the a/S? I'm not really sure how that works. Do they have to raise the A/S before the conversions can take place?
SSC
You don't think there are nefarious plans between the MM's and brokers like BMAK? Come on! That's why they use certain MM's - some company's have morals, so they decide to continue to deal with the ones without morals that will convert with no floor (see TRTC's partner, NRTI). Not only this, but they will short the hell out of the stock while they're converting, basically guaranteeing profits. This is why it's called "death spiral" toxic financing.
It's a shame, but there are certainly games being played by bad people in the Wild West, known as the OTC.
SSC
L2 sucks for transparency in OTC, PERIOD. It's almost pointless besides being able to tell which financiers have shares (and ties to MM's).
The fact that they only have to legally show 10k shares on the ask when they have MILLIONS is just not fair to retail investors. This game is set up for the MM's and wholesalers to win, not the retails.
SSC
Concerned because BMAK is still on the ask, and magna still has shares. BMAK and magna, LLC are best friends.
Without substantial news over the next month, 15m more shares would put us under a dime again, and possibly at a new low, depending on interest/news.
SSC
The latest count was 289m according to the November SEC filing. The October one listed 274m. That's 15m in a month. WHILE officers were selling. Diluting while officers are selling is pissing me off.
SSC
300 million since inception. 15 of those million in the last MONTH alone.
SSC
Hammer close on good volume after a bounce off the resistance levels would be an excellent indicator. As long as we close around here we will be in good shape.
SSC
You're just now realizing that this is a scam?!?!? How long were people trying to convince you?! Please be less gullible and less stubborn in the future - it will save you a ton of cash.
SSC
Correct. NITE is mostly an automated ECN. See quote below:
"Market Makers (MM) : These are firms who agree to provide liquidity the the given market. Penny Stocks liquidity are commonly controlled heavily by some market makers. By making a market for you to trade stocks they are “market makers”. They earn their money my profiting off the differences between the bid and ask prices of a stock. See the market makers for more information.
Electronic Communication Networks (ECN) : These are automated systems designed to match up buyers and sellers of a stock. Examples are: NITE, ISLD and ARCA.
Wholesalers (Order flow firms) : Some online brokerages have relationships with market makers or even a large group of market makers. If there is a need to handle a large amount of orders a brokerage may decide to use a wholesaler to execute the trades on their behalf.

Sorry, I meant to say "the top market makers dealing with toxic financiers are:"
ACAP, AGIS, BAMM, BMAK, BMIC, CHIG, CLYP, FANC, FRAN, JIMK, MAYF, NATL, PERT, SACM, UCAP, VERT, VFIN
NITE is not a toxic financier. After all these years, this rumor still happening.
The top toxic financiers are the following:
ACAP, AGIS, BAMM, BMAK, BMIC, CHIG, CLYP, FANC, FRAN, JIMK, MAYF, NATL, PERT, SACM, UCAP, VERT, VFIN
While I agree that 289 million OS (latest count) is low in this sector and space, they have diluted 15 million shares last month alone. I expect another 15 or so this month. Continuing until the build outs are finished, or magna is out of tranches to pull from.
The majority of the dilution is happening NOW, as opposed to in the past, it was a very slow equity sell.
SSC
Dilution is king. Shame, shame. 400k dump and BMAK still around.
SSC
Around 10 bucks, give or take. It's rough man, but this company is done. They spent all of the cash that you gave them and have nothing to show for it. I am also frustrated because TRTC has associated themselves with this scam. Makes me question a lot on both sides.
SSC
I still don't understand why this matters. The money will be spent no matter how it comes in, for profit, or non profit. TRTC is aggressively expanding at the moment.
SSC
Well, duh. That wouldn't be a company though, that would be a share selling scheme like $MJNA or $AEGY.
SSC
Man, I really hope they don't do drinks. I see THC infused soda sitting on the shelves for months at my local dispensaries. There is VERY little demand for that. Waste of money, IMO.
