There is no I in team.
I agree Schlumpy, Viaderma is involved in this.

Welcome aboard!
Should be an interesting day for ICLD today.
The way I look at it EHOS is a lottery ticket worth a small gamble. I only have 600 bucks in this and fully expect to lose it all.
But I've seen it happen several times in the OTC and stinky pinky land where the stock price of a worthless shell of a company like this can pop up huge and on real $ volume with the right pump & dump and/or rumors in place.
And I don't consider a 100% move up huge, I'm talking more in the ballpark of 1,000% - 10,000% moves or more within few days span.
It could happen with my EHOS lottery ticket although the odds are a million to one. But I like those odds. It means there's still a chance :)
Yep all stocks go up and down Todd. But the trend is your friend. The 3 month chart still looks great! Much more upside to come to those who don't mind waiting for it. It's all good.
Patience is a virtue.
It's not too late to join the party! ICLD at half a penny is an insult to the company and to their efforts to turn the company around over the past year or so.
They're in much better shape now vs a year ago yet the SP is much lower because most gave up and already wrote them off as a total failure.
I believe Intercloud will rise from the ashes. Risk vs reward.
Patience grasshopper! Nothing's changed with the company from a few days ago until today except the lower share price.
It will recover and those being shaken loose from their shares will be kicking themselves. All in good time my friend.
I agree. I think that most of the investors on the sidelines are more concerned and waiting for sales numbers. This didn't pop on the news of the lawsuit dismissal because all of us over here and anyone following this stock already knew the case was dropped before Viaderma reported it.
But in my opinion this thing can go ballistic to the upside if and when Viaderma reports Vitastem sales figures and updates regarding their other efforts in the pipeline, and most importantly to me, their licensing and distribution agreement in place with its Canadian partners to produce the CBD topical serum.
I'm thinking the Q will show an improvement over the last Q. We shall find out soon when they report.
And the deal with Computer Associates let's not forget people. I'm liking what I'm seeing.
Hey they were always being accused by people here of being nothing more than a cable pulling/laying company. And now that they're moving more away from that and re-aligning their business model with Netlayer NFV/SDN (the way of the future) some people here are still not happy.
I'm hanging on to the few shares I still have and contemplating adding more to my position. There's still hope for Intercloud in my opinion.
And come on! Their market cap is only $4M!! Way, way under priced if they can execute and manage to stay afloat until Netlayer takes traction.
Lots of ifs I know, but that's why the stock price is currently priced at less than half a penny. The market has already priced them to fail. BUT, if they don't fail, this thing could explode to the upside.
Buy low and sell high is the name of the game. IF they execute anything under 5 cents/sh will look damn cheap. I'm willing to take that gamble. It's my money.
Nice paint job! Andrew Wyeth couldn't have done it any better! But green is green so I'll take it, what the heck.
Yeah I just noticed that. Good idea Josh! Thanks!
Nice. Up 21%.
What are you talking about it's up 14%? I'm cool with that.
Thanks for sharing, that would be a wise move on their part.
I agree. The DOW, S&P 500 and the NASDAQ was overdue for a correction because of the lofty P/Es. In my opinion it needs to correct another 20% or so more before I would feel comfortable holding much of it.
In my opinion the OTC is the place to be in this environment. Where market caps have room to appreciate. VDRM has a market cap of around $10M. That's peanuts but perhaps properly valued where they are as of this minute today. But stocks are typically priced forward looking. However, that's not the case with VDRM if what the good Doc has been telling us is true.
Once some of the irons in the fire at ViaDerma come to fruition a billion dollar market cap or more within a couple of years wouldn't be out of the question. And a company with a billion dollar market cap is still considered a small cap company.
VDRM doesn't even currently qualify to be considered a micro cap stock as their market cap is below $50M. Today VDRM is a nano cap stock. So in my opinion there is tons of room for capital appreciation in ViaDerma's stock price if they start to make money profitably.
Their current product Vitastem is great and all, but I'm most interested in their patent pending Cannabinoids product line currently in the works. That alone can be their number 1 money maker in the years to come. All my opinions of course.
I'm long and strong VDRM and not selling a share any time soon. The market doesn't understand the huge POTENTIAL of this company. It's not just another stinky pinky even though it's priced as one. I think we're on the ground floor of something big here!
Best of luck to all.
I wish it would go back to .013 as I would beg borrow or steal enough to quadruple my long position. However I don't think I can be that lucky.
I'm in a good spot. Cool if it goes up or down.
I'm in no rush for this thing to run. I'm greedy and want to add to my position but out of fresh powder for about a month. However, I won't be unhappy if this does decide to go ballistic as I currently hold a fairly healthy position.
I'm not a pumper but I think 2018 will be a great year for anyone long VDRM at anything under 5 cents. My 2 cent opinion of course for what it's worth.
I agree. And nice to see you finally on our side. I think you made a wise choice buying here.
Great day fellow longs! With many more days like this to follow if ViaDerma executes on all fronts.
They currently have a lot of good things in the works! I'm patiently waiting for some of it to come to fruition later this year and next.
Loving it!
Again, congrats to all the believers here. WTH, congrats to the flippers too. 30% in a day isn't too shabby :)
I'm still holding VDRM shares that I bought for .0117/sh. I don't plan to sell any of them for less than a dime each. And when VDRM hits a dime I will still hold a core position for a buck/sh.
The only way I sell any sooner is if something horrible with the company develops. But so far it's all looking good for a fantastic 2018 and beyond.
I often flip stocks for a quick gain, but I'm holding my ViaDerma shares through thick and thin as a long term investment. It's rare that an OTC pink stock can be considered investment grade, but in my opinion this is one of those rare instances.
Best to all here.
Yep same here. But I'm still holding a chunk of shares (albeit I sold the majority of my ICLD position on 01/05/18).
I didn't get rid of all of my shares just in case the SP pops big time between now and the RS. If that happens I can still average out with a gain instead of a loss.
If what ICLD has been saying is true, then in my opinion their market cap is currently way too low. We shall see when they report next. I'm going to hold at least until then, but not through another RS.
Better luck to you with your other positions!
You'll always be broke Hal with that attitude ;)
Good point!
I get messages like that from Scottrade sometimes when I want to buy a penny stock with a lot of action on it. But usually all I need to do is call and the broker will place the order for me. I find it strange that your broker couldn't place the trade for you. I would change brokers.
Or Munro out of the blue increasing the AS, that's my biggest fear with holding too large of a position. He doesn't need shareholder approval. In my opinion FINRA won't allow the R/S with the Wells notice still pending. And if ICLD can't R/S the other alternative would be for Munro to increase the AS.
Something has to happen though. I don't think at this juncture cash flows are enough to keep ICLD afloat. In my opinion they will still need shares to sell to raise cash.
Because of this uncertainty I sold off the majority of my position between Jan 5th and 10th at .0031-.0029. I hated selling low like that but I didn't take too big a hit as my average cost per share wasn't much more than that.
But I did keep a chunk of shares just in case this thing pops upwards 10-fold or more on some positive news. It could happen.
Best of luck to all. Especially to those with a lot at stake in this.
Nah, we want a fastball. Easier to hit out of the park if the bat makes contact.
Thank you for sharing Schlumpy! I appreciate it and all your efforts.
I'm still long and strong Viaderma. VDRM is still my largest OTC holding.
I didn't buy this to flip it. I'm in it to win it! And I know patience is key here.
Before I retired I owned a company for 22 years. And believe me the first 10 years were the roughest.
I was able to grow sales month over month, but maintaining positive free cash flow was always an issue. In the early years I never had much in the company's checking account because all the profits were put back into the company to grow it, I did this by design. I didn't want to be dependent on banks or over leveraged.
That approach finally paid off and I was able to keep a nice roof over my family's head and send both children through private schools and through college. Of course my wife helped too :). Heaven forbid I leave her out :|
My point though is it isn't easy operating a business. There are a lot of moving parts and hurdles and things seldom go as planned. But as a business owner you make the best of the cards you are dealt each day. And never give up, even in the darkest hours. You have to keep trudging along and put one foot in front of the other and your perseverance will eventually pay off.
In my mind's eye I envision Dr. Otiko doing this. I'm hoping that he's a man on a mission. Not to screw his shareholders but to reward them for their faith in him and his company and for their loyalty.
But I don't know the man personally. I'm not selling my shares because I'm "hoping" he's an honest man and that I can believe what he puts in his press releases. If what he has been telling us is true, then in my opinion there is huge potential for Viaderma.
On the other hand, if all he has been telling us is BS, then I can write my investment in VDRM off. It wouldn't be the first time that I was bamboozled and was wrong on a position. But VDRM currently trades at the price that it does because of the unknowns and the uncertainties. But I'm willing to accept that risk, because the greater the risk, also the greater potential for reward if right.
Best of luck to you and all the other faithful longs here!
It's "too" not "to".
;)
Nice couple of days for them. But no, I wish I owned them though lol. They were at 7 cents Wednesday on literally zero volume and closed at 28 cents yesterday on volume of 3.4M. Today it hit $1.00 intra-day but closed at 58 cents on volume of over 2.7M shares... beautiful no matter how you slice or dice it!
I'm hoping for similar action in VDRM's share price once they start to report sales/numbers. It could happen.
Watching VDRM lately is about as exciting as watching corn grow or paint dry. But I'm still here locked and loaded, ready for 2018 to be a good year for VDRM and their investors who believe in them!
Just don't let me down ViaDerma! I'm faithful, but only to a point. I do have my limits.
I agree. I don't expect to see EHOS file an 8k either. Why would they? That's why small shady companies like this deregister their company in the first place, so they don't have to bother with reporting anything to the SEC for the public to see.
Regardless, I opened a position in EHOS with short term trading in mind. I've made money in the past flipping other OTC stocks with a stop sign. Maybe I can do it here too.
Best
I've had an open limit buy order in GTC for .0001 for two days now but no bites. But then I use Scottrade. I hit the ask at .0002 for my starter position, but wouldn't mind getting my average cost down. That's never a bad thing if you can do it.
EHOS volume pretty much dried up today. Doesn't surprise me. But I'm going to hold my starter position because ya never know. It's a lottery ticket at best. But worth a gamble. However only gamble with what you can afford to lose, if there is such a thing.
Best of luck to us.
I hope so too as VDRM is currently my largest OTC holding. Hoping for the big payday, hopefully sometime in 2018.
But if history repeats itself any decent daily gain in share price is short lived. VDRM usually gives it all back or plus some within 1-3 days. Still nice to see a green day for a change though.
I have all the shares I can stomach now without losing sleep, so I'm done getting my average price per share down. As such, I'm no longer looking for a lower price to buy more shares with. I'm locked and loaded, will just sit back, cross my fingers, and hope this starts to trend upwards and onward!
Let's get this ball rolling, this "should" be our year!
It's more than that in my opinion. It's just not updated daily.
It's up there for me too, but still worth the gamble in my opinion. I lightened up my position some this week but still holding the rest of my shares until hell freezes over, the share price hits a nickel, or ICLD reverse splits. Whichever occurs first.
That GIF is hilarious!!
My kind of scam!
Opened a position today @ $0.0002, what the heck.
