I think Boston Scientific.
Yes. What's the connection with Cellanyx Diagnostics?
That was the old Amedeus board. The new SPORT board is the SAB formed this year.
Your right. My point was it takes many years to develop a new robotic technology not to mentioning the tele-manipulation patents that have to expire first. I know you understand that it took about decade for DaVinci to come to fruition not to mention using some of Computer in Motions IP.
He went to medical school there. Maybe he's from there.
I mean 8.6 million
I mean 80 million
We are all entitled to our opinions. We can agree to disagree. I assume you've sold all your shares. I would if I held your beliefs. Many more promising stocks out there. I suggest Alibaba. I'm invested in that company as well. It's doing quite well. I guess we won't be meeting in Vegas. GLTY.
SRI started developing the initial DaVinci technology in the late 80s. The first prototype was not ready until 1997. It was first marketed in Europe in 1999. Titan started working on the sport 2012.
Could this be what SV Life Sciences has done or will do? Private investment in public equity, often called a PIPE deal. Is anyone on the board familiar with this?

Everything I have read about them states that they finance companies. Do you know of companies they have bought out right? Can you give examples?
That's just code talk. Of course they want to be unlisted and will do so as soon as possible.
I believe him too. I've spoken to Dr. Fowler as well. Any chance you can pay him a visit in KC Roboto?
We'll take a break and tell the orthpod to hurry up already. That's no gonna happen. Johnny wants to get in on a winner. End of story.
AT&T buying Mexicos IUSACELL for $2.5. 8 billion new customers.
But your are wrong because I can see both companies benefiting from this. You are one sided.
That's the exact response I would expect from you.
Agreed.
Great job. Thanks. I don't believe it's a stretch....at all.
Bottom line, more money and hopefully little if any debt for Titan.
M/A?
That's pretty standard for ringing the bell but the SV Life Sciences/ Ximedica connection is the most interesting development all year IMO.
I think there will be surgeons that will prefer a bed side system and some that prefer a full emersion system. This will depend on the surgeon and or the procedure. I believe that the full immersion technology will be adopted more due to more potential and what Intuitive has started. I think the big time investors in this space want to be involved in both technologies. 10s of millions of dollars.
All one Happy family....awe.
How did that seal it for you?
Intuitive has already announced that they will not be releasing the new SP for the xi period or not until 2016?
Lol!
In the first post he said "NO BIG NEWS TOMORROW". In the second post he said "NO NEWS TOMORROW" despite the CFOs email stating otherwise. That's good enough for me. I could do without the caps though.
It could mean a lot of other things as mentioned on this board. One thing is for sure. All of the management members are currently in Toronto for the TSX gig. I'm sure this does not happen often since they're all spread out geographically. That in itself could be a reason for the delay. Today's date was never officially mentioned on Titans website so I'm not sure this can be truly stated as an official date just because Mr. Randall sent a quick email back to appease one of our board members.
It wasn't Suckitup. But he was right about no news today. I'm beginning to think he really has a SOURCE.
I bet they did. Look at the amount of money the invest. $1.9, $1m to $40m per company. Transenterix is one the many companies. Remember the quote "....investors finally have the appetite to invest 10s of millions of dollars into a couple of companies that can defend their IP...."
....and their ladies and gentleman, is where the rest of the financing will come from to complete development of SPORT. I suspect Ximedica and Titan medical are becoming one company.
When will they remove the false information about surgibot performing telesurgery on their website. It was surgery that was broadcasted. Correct? Surgibot has no internet capability from everything I can find. It's a bedside device.
Definition of telesurgery:
Telesurgery, also called remote surgery, is performed by a surgeon at a site removed from the patient. Surgical tasks are directly performed by a robotic system controlled by the surgeon at the remote site. The word "telesurgery" is derived from the Greek words tele , meaning "far off," and cheirourgia , meaning "working by hand."
Also, where can I see the videos of surgibot being used since it's being used right? Is there a list of surgeons testing and developing surgibot? Thanks.
I like the "no fan fair approach". Transenterix made a big deal about ringing the opening bell and no one cared. Maybe they found out last minute that they could ring the bell at TSX. Have you identified everyone on stage? Could that be Sherry Bertner front row 2nd from left end?
Exactly....add to that 3D printing of multiple prototypes quickly for trial and error enables them to do more with less. 3D printing will likely be used for manufacturing as well.
buccaneer emailed the CFO and posted his reply.
Oh yes, just dial 777-9311 and ask for Chloe.....at 10:00EST. Got it?
OK DEBBIE DOWNER.
You speak as if the management and SAB are separate entities. They are one. The founder of the company is a surgeon. He recruits another surgeon to lead the development of SPORT that he invented.... who brings on other surgeons to help. Surgeons don't like to be bossed around. We prefer to be our own bosses when possible. There is an old surgery mantra I learned in training....."trust no one". I guarantee you that they are pulling Hargrove's strings and not the other way around....good or bad.
THANKYOU!
