It could mean a lot of other things as mentioned on this board. One thing is for sure. All of the management members are currently in Toronto for the TSX gig. I'm sure this does not happen often since they're all spread out geographically. That in itself could be a reason for the delay. Today's date was never officially mentioned on Titans website so I'm not sure this can be truly stated as an official date just because Mr. Randall sent a quick email back to appease one of our board members.
