what it has to do with it is that during this big spike a month ago there was no dilution and they lowered the AS from 400 to 200 million
if this was a dilution machine they would of diluted this during this major spike but they didn't , they are prob buying shares on the open market so they can have them in hand

they told me 200 million AS which is not the 400 million listed on OTC website so somewhere along the line they lowered the AS properly in order to make it appealing for others to RM into it
the OS is at 150 million which is pretty dam close to what otc has listed in 2008 which tells me that from that 2008 date a few mini last conversions happened and then that was it , and also tells me that no dilution since this came back to life with the filing a month ago which is great
