Rainmaker post last night shows that they formerly applied for trademarking there logo in the states

plus yesterday afternoon I called the TA
they told me 200 million AS which is not the 400 million listed on OTC website so somewhere along the line they lowered the AS properly in order to make it appealing for others to RM into it
the OS is at 150 million which is pretty dam close to what otc has listed in 2008 which tells me that from that 2008 date a few mini last conversions happened and then that was it , and also tells me that no dilution since this came back to life with the filing a month ago which is great
this is so thin once news hits its going to go ballistic
