I've been hearing from some shareholders March 17. I'm not 100% sure about it though.
Thank you for saying ONE of SFOR's ways of marketing/distribution. The key word is ONE...several on this and other boards think it is the only marketing SFOR is doing and last resort for SFOR...it is not!
News is out folks...see it on IHUB or Google it.
That it is right...it is something called a NCSS trading rule (I probably have that a bit wrong what it is called) but I called two reps from Scottrade about a week ago. What it is, is they could be fined if they allow certain stocks to be purchased (usually low priced stocks that are about to be split or BK'd, etc). There is no getting around it...you will have to find another brokerage firm to place buy orders. Scottrade will allow sells but not buys...I'm thinking they will allow buys of SFOR after the R/S.
Based on what? Thanks!
Ask just added 200 million - could be some m/m false ask, but if not, there is a long road ahead to get past 2's and 3's.
Wonder if they put out a PR just moments before the R/S to try and keep it high without risk of it falling back down at the time of the R/S. We all can keep guessing, but we will have to see.
Several will pull their ask away from .0003 if news occurs or 3's start to be being bought up. This includes mm's sitting at .0003.
SFOR has been very good with coming up with "news" in the past. I'm sure they have some to share, but who knows the QUALITY of the "news." Who knows what they are thinking and when. We might get some before and after the R/S occurs. They will, of course, tell us the interest at RSA was high. Interest (alone) does not ring the cash register. Whether there is news before or after (or both), there needs to be QUALITY news or it won't matter much. We'll have to wait and see!
There is a very good chance the R/S won't happen this Thursday or Friday. It can happen, and likely will, occur after the published date...the company has the right to do it on the published date or after.
March 10 or soon after.
There will be opportunities after the r/s too.
I logged on later than usual this morning and didn't see it. It won't be good if it is .15 after the r/s...lets see how good the news is (likely next week) to see if SFOR can prop the price up before the r/s...will be interesting how things shake out!
This will be neat to see how SFOR plays out over the next 2-3 weeks...it looks like a battle of some M/M's not wanting to have anything to do with SFOR this close to the R/S vs. potential news that will be coming out next week. It will be interesting to see if the news can beat out the market makers that are not wanting anything to do with SFOR.
Thanks, would like to see it pop today.
Anyone now seeing the bid at .0002 and ask at .0003 instead of the higher numbers seen earlier? Thanks!
I can tell already you will make some sales. Attitude goes a long way and you have a good one. One would have to be living in a cave if they haven't heard of cyber attacks increasing. Security solutions are very much needed NOW. Some consumers might be in denial that it could happen to them, but there's always the type out there too that will see the value and get the piece of mind. Let us know how things are going - will you? Thanks!
Depends who you ask. SFOR (and some shareholders) feel a R/S is necessary to attract larger entities to SFOR's products and maybe even other investors would like to see a larger share price and less share outstanding. As for the common shareholder who thought they would take their millions of shares and sell them for 50 cents or a dollar, well - it isn't going to happen now with a 1,500 to 1 R/S.
Thanks! Unfortunately, there might not be enough time to get a transfer.
I got ahold of a rep at Scottrade and he looked up SFOR's ticker and said they are not allowing anymore purchases of SFOR (only sales) due to NSCC Liquid Charges. In a nutshell, it means that there is now a higher cost for them to trade the SFOR ticker...ticks me off because I'm the customer and they won't trade SFOR because they won't profit as much. That is a bum deal. This can happen from other brokerage firms too.
I tried placing a new order and this is what Scottrade said now...
Please contact your local branch about placing an order on this security.
I got the same message too. My buy order at .0001 was canceled. I'm going to look into this some more.
I think you are calling it correctly with more dilution going on. What is your prediction for today...good call yesterday - going into today. Thanks!
I've seen no reduction in the bid and ask after trades when SFOR first started to dilute at .0001. Was the 106 million traded toward the end of the day dilution? I'm not 100% sure yet, but it sure seems like it could have been because it mirrors the past.
Shaun, thanks for your correspondence. I hope you don't spend too much time on your chart/methods because yours wouldn't have picked up what happened yesterday. I know when the trades occur by the second, so anything longer than a second is not going to work for me. The problem yesterday was when the two trades equal to 106 million didn't show coming off the bid or the ask. That left the question of were they at .0002 or at .0003. They were at .0002. Thanks again, and I hope you make some money with SFOR!
It was 106 million traded at .0002.
Was that 100 Million plus trade at .0002 or .0003 just moments ago?
Yes, report it (again). It has already been reported to FINRA, and I don't think they are going to do anything about it - if SFOR was a Nasdaq or NYSE then they would. Doesn't hurt to turn them in again though. The main thing is - there isn't much to worry about the 100 share trades because the rest of the market will move either way and the 100 share trades cannot stop those large swings in volume. I think the 100 share trades are annoying but it has nothing to do with the way I trade. Not that big of deal folks!
Sitting at .0002 would likely provide a very good position.
market makers repositioning...we will see some volume one way or the other come in later today.
Nice to hear from you! I did take some profits today and am in the game if she goes up more and even the opposite direction. Was a good day, and glad you made some dough too!
Right on! This may or may not hold at .0004 today, but we should be past 4's by end of the week - next Monday at the latest...maybe well above 4's.
Bid now of 3 ASK of 4 is back...this should pop this week!
We had a bid of 3 and ask of 4 today...it will come back and people will be chasing this!
SFOR is finally recognized by investors (not institutional or common shareholders) and are buying shares - they must think .0001 was undervalued as SFOR is gaining some traction (finally).
Other people's orders for .0003 are not being filled yet...you are right, something could be up!
Several people don't get it and those are the ones that will probably not do well with SFOR. Have a profitable week!
They are there because they have more going on than what you know. It is that simple.
Apple security flaw could allow hackers to beat encryption (link is below)...

Apple isn't the first and won't be the last to have encryption hacking/issues!!!
I am at least 95% certain they will proceed with the R/S. It appears they are trying to make their balance sheet stronger and try to attract larger companies to what SFOR has going on. Whether that works or not we will see.
