Insider Trading Warning
This company may not be making material information publicly available.
If you are an affiliate, employee, insider, or any person in possession of nonpublic material information about this company, please be advised that buying or selling this security may constitute trading "on the basis of" material nonpublic information prohibited under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rules 10b-5 and 10b5-1 thereunder. Violators of these laws are subject to civil and criminal penalties.
What is insider trading?
Illegal insider trading refers generally to buying or selling a security, in breach of a fiduciary duty or other relationship of trust and confidence, while in possession of material, nonpublic information about the security.
Rule 10b5-1 provides that a person trades on the basis of material nonpublic information if that person is "aware" of the material nonpublic information at the time of the purchase or sale.
Affiliates, insiders, relatives, or other persons in possession of material information should use extreme caution when buying or selling securities on the basis of material information, particularly in securities where the company is not making adequate current information publicly available as a matter of practice.
Why does OTC Markets display this warning?
Companies that are identified on otcmarkets.com as having “No Information” may be placing their shareholders at risk of violating 10b5-1 insider trading rules. OTC Markets recommends that investors wishing to place a trade in such securities contact the company to verify it is making adequate current information publicly available.
How can a company make material information publicly available?
Companies can make material information publicly available by registering a class of their securities and making current reports with the SEC.
Companies can make material information publicly available by qualifying under Rule 12g3-2(b) under the Exchange Act (“Rule 12g3-2(b)”).
For companies that are not subject to SEC reporting requirements under 12(g) or 12(b) of the Act, OTC Markets provides the Alternative Reporting Standard to facilitate the availability of adequate current information.
Companies that post such information through the OTC Disclosure & News Service are able to conveniently and efficiently make their information publicly available on their quote page on www.otcmarkets.com.
The Alternative Reporting Standard is designed for companies to meet the minimum disclosure requirements under SEC Rules 15c211 and 144(b) and assist companies in protecting their affiliates from 10b5-1 violations. Companies are urged to seek the advice of experienced securities counsel regarding materiality and methods to make material information publicly available.
For more information about the Alternative Reporting Standard, please visit our Alternative Reporting Standard page.
Note: Companies may choose to provide current information on their corporate websites. OTC Markets encourages affiliates, employees, insiders, or any person in possession of nonpublic material information about a company to examine the company's corporate website for current information, if they are not able to find it through otcmarkets.com or in current reports filed with the SEC, to ensure compliance with Rules 10b-5 and 10b5-1. However, the warning message on the company's quote page on otcmarkets.com will continue to be displayed. To remove this warning message, the company must meet one of the three standards listed above.

Time to put GETG back on the radar. Breakout soon? Nice volume coming in.
D
Could be our year.
Happy New Years!
GLTA
D
Nice volume, eyes open. Somethings brewing.
D
That is the question I am trying to get an answer to. IMHO, related to the announcement of Greg Adams, perceived negative (leaving) but turned positive (involved with both?).
Institutional accumulation? Early tax loss sellers, buy back? EOY 2011 numbers exceptional? New deals/news pending release early 2012?
Indeed, good two day's. Will it continue next week?
Any thoughts on the recent action?
D
Sent that question off to GETG. The markets reaction to the announcement early in the week came off negative but late week volume and uptrend seems to put a different spin on things.
D
Has Greg Adams status with GETG changed despite his appointment as a director with As Seen on TV?
D
Nice 2 day volume, touching on the 200dma, can we breakout?
D
Even without financing, the shell is worth more than $71k!
Any hint of merger, JV or financing would be a boon.
Montavo shares are thin to the upside.
IMHO. GLTU and Happy New Years to all!
D
Is this not value? MCap of $71,402, riduculously low.

Profits are good, in the green with today's run.
GLTU.
D
RMO, I've been holding this one for some time now. Gotta take some profits today. I thought it was a mistake too! LOL.
D
Interesting, haven't seen this before with EXSFF.
BTW, thank you Gharma for your informative posts.
D
Hi B, I too reviewed the EXS website and googled Explor but came up empty. Typically, this type of spread would be a morning gapper. Wondering if there is outside bid support coming in from somewhere.
D
Anyone make any sense of the close Bid and Ask? Ususally they straddle the closing price unless somethings cooking AH. News?

To all Tivus shareholders, long, short, traders, positive, negative . . .
. . . time to set aside differences during this holiday season.
Wishing all the very best at this joyous time of year. Hope all are safe and enjoy a profitable 2012.
Happy Holidays!
D
I'd like to think so. At these prices, it is worth more as a low float shell.
Happy Holidays to you and all!
D
This has been the single greatest problem with Tivus s/p. I agree with your post and your previous explanation.
D
Angel, indeed, it's been a while since the big hits last year.
I'm long Tivus, hope you catch any pops. Been here too long.
Write if you like. Good to see you.
D
Hello Angel, position in TIVU yet?
D
Seems like a reasonable assessment.
OS remains the same = 869,880,946 verified with TA this morning.
Looks to be leftovers from last increase.
Waggett, I believe you to be much smarter and savvy than this.
Is this a according to the same calendar that Tivus uses?
Shortly, soon, next quarter, much longer?
D
Indeed, the Canousive effect leading to Canousing situation!
jd, sorry but all credibility has been lost on the company by many here.
TIVU headed for .0001, even with news the dump will force it back down. 2 bil more shares to dump as SP states:
“To ensure the Company is properly capitalized and remains compliant with previous financing agreements, the company is obliged to increase its currently authorized share count of 1,000,000,000 shares by an additional 2,000,000,000 shares to reflect a total share count the Company is authorized to issue of 3,000,000,000 shares of common stock,” commented Shiva Prakash
For those who depend on today's float and OS, the writing's on the wall.
They were not compliant, these shares are already spent to fulfill previous financing agreements. The convertible note obligations need to be fulfilled.
Last filed Q reports over $600k in convertible obligations @ .0002 conversion rate (if they can get it to hold at .0004) = 3 billion shares.
If conversion is at .0001 then look for 6 billion shares.
Gee,the math doesn't add up, there are only a bit over 2 billion available with the current 3 bil AS.
I wonder how they will work this one out? Can anyone say RS? The spiral down continues.
All IMHO.
D
I called at 10:35 AM ET, system was down, must have been counting them 95 mil shares added.
We are getting to another point of convergence here. Tivus will need to make another move regarding the SS, very shortly.
D
Tivus filing, standard answer is shortly or soon.
AS = 1 bil confirmed on 11/29. This has become a standard question for me when checking on current OS.
GLTA.
D
OS = 774,714,279 as of 11/29/11.
Their computers were down again on Friday. They seem to have a problem keeping up with such large numbers. LOL.
GLTA, and yes, I did contact them myself.
D
EXSFF #1 on IHub Breakout Boards, could bring a few more eyes this way.
ESO, here is an excerpt which I believe answers your question.
You're right on that account, holding off until corrected was probably best. Information management has not been their strong suit, but in this case, they did what was necessary.
Not sure.
Plenty. I think he is learning.
D
I beg to differ. I had questions and I expressed opinions, something that most discussion here has some element of.
If one is to surmise that the opinion of gaffe is an assumption then it reasons that the opinion that it is not a gaffe is also an assumption.
I guess we are both guilty of spewing lots of assumptions because neither of us really knows for sure. I also disagree that it is obvious they got blind sided, thus my questions. How can this be obvious? They knew in August, they got the job done in 21 days, it is November, some 60 days plus later?
My question is why were they rushed to convert, in 3 weeks time and recently? Why was it allowed to totally shut down at end of September?
Echostar announced their intentions publicly in early August and it would not surprise me that Tivus got a heads up sooner. If they could get it done in 3 weeks time, is it possible they could have had their content back by end of September?
I'm sure it took some efforts but I wonder what Host must think of this gaffe?
Hmmmm, I don't particularly see this as a positive, there had to be some negative backlash to this whole change. Apparently, Echostar was a primary provider to remote locations, thus Tivus targeting remote resorts. What happens to those efforts?
Just questions and IMHO.
