Seems like a reasonable assessment.

As for the delay, many of us have speculated that Tivus is in a catch-22 at present. That is, perhaps Host is not willing to sign on the dotted line until they see hard evidence of Tivu's revenue claims. But in that case, the problem is that Tivu - it seems - cannot really make good on their revenue claims until enough people (namely, enough for 5,000 rooms) sign on the dotted line.

I guess this is the difference between the Craigs List sales force and the Ad aggregators. IMHO
