Waggett, I believe you to be much smarter and savvy than this.

Unfortunately the news of the VC convertibles along with no published contract or booked income created a loss of faith, which caused a decline in PPS, which caused a further loss of faith, which caused a further decline in PPS, etc, etc.



It is not the convertible news and loss of faith which caused the decline in PPS . . . .

It is the relentless selling of 504 and convertible shares into the market at bid, breaking down all support levels well beyond demand.

Simply, over supply and lack of demand. The basic mechanics of death spiral financing.
