Anyone who takes those PR's as God's word are 2 dimensional thinkers. I seem to remember one waffling poster who argued vehemently as to Clark's questionable role in that deal. What a joke - I won't mention his name for fear of being labelled a "personal attacker".

Plus, one of the goals for 2011:
"Identify and close strategic partnerships and/or acquisitions"
would certainly be a clue towards this end I suspect.

Warp, I think you're dead on in your near term customer targeting theory. I'm betting the house that L3 is that first such customer.
Also, I always anticipated that management would not plan a shareholder's meeting without successes to share. The image of Mr. Clark speaking in front of a room full of .07 shareholders just doesn't make sense in my mind.
bank
Seems there had to be testing or they wouldn't pronounce the ship "ready to fly". No?
bank
Is that your "Doozy"?
Ha. Thought I might be sleep posting. After all, we're all dreaming of great returns.
Pretty sure I didn't send you a private message.

Put both addresses in Google maps and note the 1.6 mile ride up Easton Pkwy from Eastcor to L-3. Also, note the view they both have of Easton Airport where Sanswire has their hangar.
As Nil would say "Things that make you go hmmm...."

Still curious as to your opinion. Thanks.

The truth is always RIGHT THERE in print. Sorry we couldn't see it as clearly as you. I'm selling all but 50 shares.

Atta Boy!
Yeah, that's been a great discussion here with my friends who have also invested. For me, .20 is a triple. I'd be more than happy. For others, that's a huge loss.
But, what would have to come along to catapult and hold the price there? Probably get there with the first order of multiple (10-20?) airships, in my opinion. And, as with any successful product, if proven to be effective, more orders will come in. That means the price can't hold at .20. Plus, you'll get all of those penny stock traders out there seeing the activity and jumping in (and out). That always makes for a bit of a bumpy ride.
In a way, the end price, or target price, will ultimately be determined by management. Assuming down the road we have success to the tune of hundreds of millions in market cap, Clark will have to decide what the best price is at buyout. I believe he already has a target price. Good traders have measured, predicted, probable outcomes and Clark has proven to be an excellent trader. I like to try to envision what Clark is thinking. In his world, institutions move the market. In my mind, he has to be thinking NYSE. I'm not sure, somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but $1.50 gets you listed. At that point, institutions buy. Kinda of like record companies, I suppose. They won't sign an act unless they see they have a following already. The big boys won't push the stock to respectable levels until Sanswire has proven a certain success level. At that point, .20 seems like a firesale.
What's your take on it?
(C'mon 2 bucks!)
bank
Clark was hired to prepare the company for sale. He did his job. That's what he specializes in. What part of that scenario is so difficult for you to understand? Nobody cares what is quoted by whomever for PR purposes.
Can't wait for your next circular response. Better yet, save it.

BB - Isn't it incredible how some people think they can somehow sway 22,000 shareholders on this little message board with their distortions and skewed posts?

Interesting company. Balloons and inflatables, mostly.

Get 'em now while the gettin's good.
Yeah, someone went long 3K shares.
Was that you that just got 3K at .073?
Hey Acumen - got any film left in that Instamatic? Maybe you could get a couple of shots of the Yuma flights. I hear it's nice in AZ this time of year.
bank
Jet, your posts are endless circular reasoning and I refuse to particpate in that type of discussion. There's plenty of info out there to base an opinion on. Best of luck.
bank
Jet, please refer to post #126984. eom
You want a link? Yeah right.
That's how companies make sure they keep a leg up on their competition - by providing links and public statements on everything they do. Get real.
bank
Nil, I can tell you there aren't any protecting our southern border. And that's a crying shame.
bank
Moosh, I don't mean to be presumptuous. I just can't imagine that with Yuma happening, all of the hoops that Clark, et. al., are legally and successfully jumping through, the personal cash investments of our management, the cash investment by our engineering partner Eastcor (who, by the way, should know exactly who provided the electronics package and what connections they provide or they wouldn't have risked 100K), that 2 + 2 doesn't add up to 4. You know what I mean?
Forget the "We've been down this path before and look where it's gotten us" argument. Flush it. It has no relevance anymore. (not saying you said that, others pound on it like it's a ritual) This is not your father's Buick. This is a company with viable and timely products that is on the verge of public success with a team of experienced, professional, successful people who are in it to win it. I say public success because we aren't privy to the intimate details of the progress. So, how do I know there's progress? Obviously, they have a ship that's ready for military eyes because they're at Yuma as we speak. That's how. Let's be real here. Yuma's not for pinewood derby experiments.
Once they announce publicly any kind of contract, the share price will rise. $1, $2, $3? I think all of these. What will be the price at the SH meeting? No clue. But, I'm willing to bet that Clark isn't willing to stand up in front of a bunch of .07 shareholders and paint a rosy future. Would you?
Best of luck.
bank
Jet, the only thing I can say is that I hope you're long. Best of luck.
bank
Bob,
Can you see Clark on the podium in May at the SH meeting looking at a bunch of .07 shareholders? NOT! If its a 100 cents, it'll be 200. Wonder what the buyout price will be in the end?

Run - see post 126867

It's just a guess. Could be 10, could be 50. (Could be 0, I get that) But, they'll need a small fleet to attend to the border issue. If you consider that round-the-clock monitoring is the goal and these ships don't stay up in the air for longer than a few days as of yet, combined with the miles that need to be monitored, well, you get the point. Plus, if the military really likes what they see at Yuma (assuming Yuma testing is real), Afghanistan is a no-brainer and that coverage would require a whole lot more than our border.
Again, I have no verifiable knowledge of any contracts, I'm just trying to put together the pieces as I see them. I could be wrong.
And I don't really care if you think I'm credible. It's a discussion board to share ideas, not a court of law.

Yo - Supersleuth
Mide speaks of things he knows about. You made a statement that suggests you know there was no other money raised. How do you know that is my question.
"with all of Clark's big name connections he's only raised 50K outside the inner sanctum"
And you know this how?
True that. eom
$3 million per ship right off the bat. Ground support would be someone else's responsibility, I would think.
bank
Mide - we're not both nuts. We're both - check that - we're all going to see a company that finally takes off into the wild blue yonder. And, for the record, I believe L-3 orders 30 units to start. That is my humble, but educated opinion.
bank
Run -
At the risk of supporting potentially false rumor, I had heard talk that L-3 delivered surveillance packages this past fall, which included HD cameras, to Easton airport where Eastcor was facilitating the installation and testing of said gear. If in fact this is true, and I have no verifiable proof, then the Yuma testing is more than likely not just flight testing, but systems testing for the purpose of surveillance and data acquisition. With what we know from Clark's discussion at the Colorado conference, the proven altitute already attained is sufficient to provide a wider and more detailed vision of the ground than currently available for both military applications as well as border patrol. Further assuming that L-3 has government money for either application, I would think that we should see them purchase a number of ships to satisfy the needs of either or both scenarios. Sounds pie-in-the-sky? Maybe, but it sure would explain our insider's personal investments.
Additionally, I believe that Sanswire (and Dr. K) has had no success in selling these ships to anyone up until now because the practical application part of the equation hadn't been satisfied. If the above thesis is correct (or some version of it), then its clear that the final hurdle will have been jumped and financial reward is likely.
bank
Mide,
Would you be willing to post what you know about the Yuma tests? Thanks.
bank
I agree. I don't mean to "pump" as Acumen would wrongly suggest. My point is only that Mr. Clark would not be ill-informed on this company and wouldn't get involved if he didn't know how to win the game. Obviously, just my humble opinion, but its simply common sense. OK, I'm done. Have a great day, all.
bank
I fail to understand how anyone on this board can have the opinion that Clark got sucked into a "little scammy South Florida company". He knows what he's doing and if you're long SNSR, your patience will be rewarded - end of story.
bank
A picture's worth at least a thousand words, no doubt about it.

Acumen -
Thanks for posting the pic. I'm laughing my a** off looking at you in the reflection taking the picture! That's awesome. I don't care what kind of dribble you spout on this board. That picture absolutely made my night.

Or, just put them on your Facebook page and we can all go there. Ha!
