Still 2 to 3 months away from be approved for Frank-Lin to bottle.
If at OEC Friday, it will be bootleg.
Product is a long way from "going out the door".
If they are in fact going to use Frank-Lin, the approval process will take two to three months.
Company got a bit ahead of itself marketing BBV.
They now have to decide which way to go next with BBV. Judging from the silence from PB's and DR, they obviously don't know what to do next.
I won't be surprised if pics are taken of DR with a BBV bottle, (empty) at the OEC Friday. It would be a great PR move.
I would like to know how much glass The Company purchased, and why the other vodka company bailed on the BBV idea.
Go BRND
Real bottles, yes, The Company bought the glass from the largest vodka seller in the US.
The Company is months away from be approved with Frank-Lin to bottle. The Company is not licensed to sell (or give) away product in FL, per radio station personnel, Ocala complex personnel, and Rueban (he books DR's events).
That doesn't mean The Company could fill their bottles and take pictures of people with it Friday night.
Unless The Company has an agreement with a different bottling company, no legal, filled bottles will be seen anywhere soon.

Understand.
The Frank-Linn site was confusing to me, concerning distilling. When I spoke to them, I quoted their website, "Frank-Lin can innovatively create any distilled spirit and coordinate its effective production.", thinking this was "distilling". Well 30 minutes later I was schooled on what that meant. doone1998@yahoo.com

Have talked to a few people over there, and will be staying in touch with them. doone1998@yahoo.com

Not by Frank-Lin.
The Company did by the glass from another vodka company, so in theory, The Company could fill the bottles themselves by hand and show them of in Ocala Friday.
That would keep things alive.
Running out of time, however.
Can't wait for them to fill the bottles.
Has not been bottled by Frank-Lin.
Where did your bottle come from/
TIA

Why doesn't The Company use the same bottler they use for their tequila to bottle BBV?
I understand and agree with the first two sentences.
Company's that want Frank-Lin to bottle their vodka deliver bulk ethanol in railroad tank cars to Frank-Lin's railroad siding near the San Jose rail yards, then water and flavor is added.
In the case of Skyy, their distillation plant is in Pekin, Illinois.
I am not an expert in this process by any means, however I am getting call backs from people in the industry that are experts, and I am learning fast.
I understand what your saying. Just clarifying some mis-information about who bottles. I know it's big. Frank-Lin can handle it. (They bottle Skyy).
I was not guessing on the time frame for the approval process. That info came from the company. I will be continuing to speak with them to get more info.
The Company may be able to get some product in a bottle sooner, but it won't be from Frank-Lin for 2 to 3 months, if ever.
To help make my trades profitable.
You have most of it correct.
However, Frank-Lin does not distill, they do bottle and distribute, you are correct.
Premier Brands has been "in discussions" with Frank-Lin to bottle their product. They are 2 to 3 months away from bottling, in the approval process.
Of course The Company would have to find someone to distill their product first.
Found out The Company bought the bottles from a large US vodka company.
Incorrect.
Premier Brands does not bottle. They may claim to "package", but that is not bottling. The Company does not own a bottling facility.
This is fairly easy to confirm.
Frank-Lin bottles and distributes, they do not "create" it.
Whether or not they ever bottle BBV is yet to be determined. They have not as of today filled one BBV bottle.
Correction, this is the bottler not the distiller.
Frankl-Lin has not filled any bottles. They have spoke with The Company and given them prices for bottling. Awaiting the "approval process".

The Company does not file with the SEC.
The radio station's website talks in great detail about the Rodman event on the 16th.
How can he give away samples of a product that has not been produced yet.
What was the reason for The Company's delay on the July 27th distribution date.
TIA
Go BRND
Agreed.
I missed the reason the shipping date was pushed back to the end of August. What was the reason?
TIA

The email response from the online seller does prove something. It confirms the fact that they have no product.
Of course they have not seen a bottle yet, none have been produced.
No BBV sales.
The Company has to make it first.
No question, imo, the picture of a BBV bottle looks much nicer.
Long article in The Chicago Reader talking about the many aspects of Illinois' law that was signed yesterday by the gov.

Don't get me wrong. I have traded many stocks, (including this one) without tangible proof of the speculation and rumors.
The price of this stock is where it is now for a reason. It could very well "explode", but The Company will have to show investors it is real. If the right things happen with The Company, there could be some nice trades made from current prices.
Have been refreshing the Edgar page looking for that 10-k. IMO, that will be a boost.

Forget the "mega news". The Company can say they have pre-orders of thousands of cases. It does not mean anything.
The Company needs to show production and delivery. Until then, everything else is just speculation and rumors.
She's got a deal with Smirnoff.

Don't you have level lll?

Nice action. Do I sense a filing on the way? Volume will go nuts if that happens.
Go AGDY
So around August 12, Monday what will the news be regarding a pushback on the delivery date?
1) A few minor issues with the distillery regarding production, no problem.
2) Taking a little longer than we thought to get the proper licensees to ship across state lines.
3) Small problem with the artwork on the bottles, had to go back to the designer.
4) Small snag with some of the contract details with DR. Will be easy to work it out.
Any other guesses?
Winner gets a picture of a BBV bottle.
Just kidding.

The fact that The Company is filing with the SEC is good.
Unlike some other companys that fool investors to think they are filing by updating their OTC Market page.
Morning,
Has anyone spoke with Ms. Collette recently?
I noticed The Company's address is a strip mall in Rosevill, Mi and the phone number is in Cell in Cocoa Beach FL.
Nothing filed this morning.
Still looking for it and hoping.

All the attorney is saying is that the filings are viewable on a News Service (OTC Markets). He states in the letter "I make no assurance as to the accuracy and adequacy of such documents."
AGDY may indeed be "getting the filings in place" as you say. They may be. But until they are filed with the SEC, it does not mean anything. (as shown be lack of buying interest) If and when The Company does actually file volume will be strong.
Richard is assuming very little, if any risk signing the Letter.
He is not saying the un-audited financials are accurate, he merely states they were prepared in accordance to GAAP standards by a real CPA.
Real Transfer agent.
One 10% or more stockholder.
No promoters or consultants. (at this time)
No insider, 5% or more under investigation. "To the best of my knowledge" (Lawyers line)
No risk to signing of on this.
Looks good on their OTC Market page.
OTC Markets does a fine job of giving companies a place to publicly place information to shareholders and potential shareholders (for a fee of course) to view.
When and if The Company actually files with the SEC it will be game on. Wonder why didn't file since they appear to have things "lined up"?
