You have most of it correct. However, Frank-Lin does not distill, they do bottle and distribute, you are correct. Premier Brands has been "in discussions" with Frank-Lin to bottle their product. They are 2 to 3 months away from bottling, in the approval process. Of course The Company would have to find someone to distill their product first. Found out The Company bought the bottles from a large US vodka company.

They have all necessary equipment all the way to the delivery trucks. They also have the necessary labor force. Premier is managing and orchestrating the product creation process. Premier is also marketing BBV and taking orders for the product, etc. Premier has a huge responsibility in making all this happen.
