All the attorney is saying is that the filings are viewable on a News Service (OTC Markets). He states in the letter "I make no assurance as to the accuracy and adequacy of such documents."

AGDY may indeed be "getting the filings in place" as you say. They may be. But until they are filed with the SEC, it does not mean anything. (as shown be lack of buying interest) If and when The Company does actually file volume will be strong.

I'll say it one more time, then I'm 'doone' explaining this to you. If you still don't understand, you'll need to go to someone else for help.

I stated that AGDY is getting the filings in place, then linked the attorney letter dated July 24, 2013, which states, "In connection with this letter, I have reviewed the following AGDY filings..." The letter then proceeds to detail those filings.
