Hey, why don't you start a thread on ihub that deals with this stuff, your cluttering the SHPS thread here with your own agenda, time to call out the dogs, imo.
Go SHPS, strongest OTC out here, imo, and the chart looks strong:

On mytrack, it shows an order of 40k at .25, but it also says "cancel" next to it, so it's nothing... what's more relevant, and disturbing, is that Herzog dropped their ask to .095 with two minute before the bell, completing over 150k at the ask in a row to close... and they don't budge, I hate going up against herzog, i never win, OK Harbie, I give, uncle!
imo
Looks good, good DD on the thread too, sounds like a favorable situation to be a shareholder in as the events unfold.
imo
I think it was more like 15M last year.... I could probably look it up in an old LHED post, but the float was like 1.5M I believe... I dunno who has benifited from the increased float, probably PR groups and pumpers got more than TGHI management has... then again, they've made 3 acq's since then, so perhaps they were issued some free trading shares for quick revenue.
yes, I do think it will move less quickly when it goes up, which should turn out OK if they do what they are saying they will upon returning to the OTC.... probably .20-.30 before PR's I think, after that, who knows!
imo
Thanks for buying my shares, I'll be taking them back now that it's back under a dime, OK?
OK, should be another opportunity for us to load up in the .09's, maybe lower, dunno, but the chart does hold out hope for us making something here... I hope.
imo
or down... 4 times a year, which is more likely for the OTC's. It's a good one to accumulate under .10, as it pops a double from there quarterly... STWW.
PUNK has some big contract news upcoming, but I don't have an impact date for it, will post if I find out. CMIX as well has big news upcoming that I'll look for a date for.
imo
oh, me too! Looked like more accumulation ongoing here, MM's moving it pretty good from .06 to .10 so far this week. I should go up to the mid .20's after relisting, whenever that occurs.
imo
You like to do that, don't ya! STWW getting some attention today.

The cash balance increased by $269,565 and the accounts payable and accrued liabilities balances decreased by $1,098,236 as of the aforementioned dates. Furthermore, bank overdrafts have been eliminated. Stockholders' equity has increased by $3,915,625 from a deficit of $(899,754) at June 30, 1999 to a balance of $3,015,871 at June 30, 2000. Overall, the balance sheet has increased by $4,028,585 from assets, and liabilities and equity of $2,460,885 at June 30, 1999 to $6,489,470 at June 30, 2000.
The Company showed an increase in revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2000 in the amount of $140,044 or an increase of 38.4% over the same period for 1999. For the nine months ended June 30, 2000 in contrast with the same period of 1999 revenues decreased by only $18,037 or 1.3%. The reduction in revenues may be attributed to the downtime for the installation of the new press for Chronicle Commercial Printing, and the elimination of the retail portion of Americomp Computers. Management was able to decrease the cost of sales by $365,830 and $521,579, respectively for the three and nine months periods ended June 30, 2000 versus 1999. Additionally, the gross profit margin improved to 58.0% and 35.2% for the three and nine months periods ended June 30, 2000 in contrast to negative 58.3% and negative 0.5% for the same periods in 1999.
Net loss per common share, basic decreased by $0.12 to $(0.01) for the quarter ended June 30, 2000 versus ($0.13) for the same quarter of 1999. Additionally, net loss per common share, basic decreased by $0.21 to $(0.05) for the nine months ended June 30, 2000 versus ($0.25) for the same period of 1999.
From the period ended June 30, 2000, compared to the period ended March 31, 2000, revenues increased by $160,421 or 46.5% for the quarter ended June 30, 2000 in comparison with the quarter ended March 31, 2000. Cost of sales decreased to 42.0% from 85.7% and gross profit increased by $243,519 for the same quarter to quarter comparison. Additionally, to consider the impact of the increase in weighted average shares outstanding at June 30, 2000 on the net loss per share, the June 30, 1999 weighted average shares outstanding is applied to the three months and nine months loss at June 30, 2000. This results in a net loss per share of $(0.08) and $(0.22) and a decrease in the net loss per share of $0.05 and $0.03 for the three and nine months periods ended June 30, 2000, respectively.

re-entering mkt adding buys to PUNK, NSTG, STWW this week alongside adding to SCRO and TGHI... holding SHPS, CHOD CMIX LONG.

yea, I got 5k today at 1.21, had partial fill sitting there all day till they dropped the bid/ask to 1.125/1.25 and got the remaining 3k filled; then just a bit later, when I thought it'd go lower, TRAV, MGSG, and SLKC bring up the bid pretty strong.
+15% move today, ending with a tepid hope that we've struck bottom, and it's safe to come out and accumulate more assuredly.

Adding Directors, nice addition, a BOD for the message board's stockholders, great idea :)

This guy has never sent a message yet on ihub, but I got his PM, replied, then erased it, now I want to get ahold of him again... !

Good point FG, and I am totally open to seeing criticism on the stocks I own... I think k4s here will keep it clean... if errorl has a point, he ought to be able and discuss it, not just proclaim "scam" "pump and dump" without a factual basis, otherwise he's toast here.
Hope to see the 8-k here soon.
imo
CMIX trading strong today, lots of continued accumulation. I think things are about to start rolling now, everything seems in place. And the ask is now up to 1.5 when it breaks through resistance at 1.6-1.7 then it'll be off to $3 imo, that could be even before the rumours that are talked about becoming public.
imo
"Still a board that, by decission of one board owner, can remove on topic posts is a stinky board."
Look, I pointed this out before, this is a democracy, and if you got a problem with errorl being axed, take it to a vote... I got a feeling that you'd be the only one voting for errorl to remain.
What would be stinky is if there were no way to get rid of the pest....i.e., RB, Yahoo, SI... or further rank would be if one person (like yourself) could keep him on here against the others wishes.
Your backpeddling on errrol being credible is funny to watch. I made two bets with the guy on the threads, he owes me $200, and said he was going to honor the bets. I emailed with him, sent him my coast PO box #, I got nothing from him, no credibility at all there. He's got a business being here to trash this stock, probably, since I traced his IP to NYC, he's in with Herzog or Sharp somehow.
imo
OT: Your overextending this case, read it more carefully:
Insider trading regulations not only applies to the typical insider, but it also applies to employees, such as engineers, accountants or others who acquire material information from a corporate source.
You are extending others beyond the internal reference of the sentence, to mean any old other, instead of the other implied, i.e., under employees. Tsk, tsk... this case is actually very stringent, n/a to what you are attempting to apply it to here, as being it's an OTC, there is no such designation as the typical insider (like say for instance an analyst or specialist that gets inside looks at the books), but then, you'd like to claim any information under other, sorry, that's too sloppy.
In grad school I did learn that law is a tricky linguistic gambit, easy to mistake a loophole for a noose.... and vice versa.
Even if I were to grant that you had a case here that could be applied to OTC's, so what! It's irrelevant to the reality of doing DD and investing in the OTC (imagine the SEC proving what I should know), that would be some deliberation!
The only thing anyone ever gets nailed for in the OTC is deliberately and misleadingly pumping to dump, anything other than that is just too ordinary for the SEC to bother.
imo
Stop the innuendo's, if you think you've got something that's "criminal" here, cut and paste it, I doubt it. Yours is a 'flagged' post to make such claims without backing it up, and defending errorl as well, oh my.
FG, hope so, I'd like to think that averaging down further means that I'll make even more here, eventually.
I would guess that the MM's decided to close it quite down, and were willing to take out any buyers at 1.25 in order to do so. It's quite psychological at this point, the fundamentals are being ignored by potential investors, the MM's are portraying a tanking stock, and those long are tired of averaging down. I've gotten nervous just like everyone else here, so I'll do more research.
If they come out with their 10Q on time, and it's got positive growth and continued earnings, I can't see how the mkt would react negatively. If they are late, you can bet the MM's will take advantage of it, and we will be probably be under $1.
All between the spread or at the ask, total BS.

I also talked with him about increasing shareholder updates, which he said would coincide with their relisting. I have been trying to get ahold of the BCI/BCAR president but have been unsuccessful so far.

Whatever it takes to get rid of the pests (i.e., errorl's kind).... seems more like a democracy to me, i.e., majority rules, or do you call that totalitarian? What do you call it when the smallest can become the loudest (like yahoo, RB, SI...) seems like not quite even anarchy, as the civil remain!
Here it's civil and to the point, the BS and OT bashing are given their due.
That sounds more correct than the IR's statement to me today.. her reasoning was actually quite bizzare...
So, the next 10Q will be for what period ending then, August, 8 months ending? If so then it'd be due by Oct 15th or so.
Yep, used to post on RB as 426figures, good to be here, thanks... SYCD looks like a good buy at .11, if CMIX or TGHI works out to form I'll load up again there... that Pokemon run thing sure was a fun one:)
Here's a fully reporting pink sheet stock I've been accumulating for a while now. Now at .04/.07 (bottomed out at .051 on the ask a week ago). Here's a link to the thread I just started here, and a post on RB about the latest:
TGHI
http://www.investorshub.com/beta/board.asp?board_id=222
http://www.ragingbull.altavista.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=TGHI&read=2471
Risk/reward is great, I'm loaded with about 200k at an average price of about .08
Also long right now on:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=scro.ob+shps.ob+chod.ob+ttxi.ob+&d=1ym
SCRO, Their IR firm (how many OTC's do you know that pay cash rather than shares to their IR's?) has a new website profile of the company-- http://scro.stockpr.com/
Chart looks like a falling knife that has made for a lot of blood on the streets, but the stock seems bottomed out right here, http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=scro.ob&d=b, and it looks soft on the L2 ask... considering that I just added 10k at 1.78 a few weeks ago, I think under 1.50 here is a hell of a bargain.
SHPS, you all know this one by now. I look for the 8-K to cause this to shoot over $5 based on the % of involvement by their heavy alliances. Has consolidated, uptrending slightly between 1.5-3 now for long enough.
CHOD,, ****ty mkt for this 9 month ending .09 earning per share stock, MM's have it corraled under .50 at a 50-100% spread now for over 6 months... but I like the story, and they are well positioned for webTV and seameless electronic trading buyer to seller, with no MM's, whenever we get there...
TTXI, I like this shell alot, and think that Don is going to find a really nice fill for this shell, so I continue accumulating, having moved over 100k this month...
CMIX, you should get some of this pink sheet, as I think Plato is right, it's gonna rock:) the pinks are now the OTC of a few years ago, the wild west of investing.
FG, here's a new DD webpage link for SCRO from their IR group, looks good:
http://scro.stockpr.com/
Also, I posted this, if you care to comment on its accuracy:
I called the IR and asked about when the 10Q would be released and why it was 5 months ending with the last 10Q.... answers seemed satisfactory, but not entirely clear. Here's what I was told:
SCRO released 2 extra months with their latest 10Q, that included months June and July with their May ending report. The next 10Q will be 9 months ending and will include through the end of Sept, meaning it will be out before Nov 15th.
That's the thing, the MM's are trying to choke it with a 1/4 spread just over a buck!
I like the idea of a spin-off, and, if it is into a public company, shares become very valuable quickly, especially if conjoined with a FS.
errorl, deleted by the board, comes back under a new alias to respond to one of the only posts actually left. LOL, at least investorshub is going to make the bashers work overtime even to get a worthless word in.... SHPS looks very strong in this tepid mkt, wait till the mkt rebounds, it'll be SKY time!~:)
