expansion of the bundle, it adds a new layer of dynamics to the core Pro Product. Is in the filing #Numbers was not the point of the post..
So i did not care if it was a k or a q..
But spinning wheels here with you have a good day..
Got other fish to fry..
Pilot
Re Read that and then shoot me an email with your thoughts on the
question I had. I research stuff., And am not really a #s man..
So your input would be great. And thanks.
Pilot
Q or K don't really care not the point. And I also hold in high regard the CFO. But glad your getting into filings. it takes time and a lot of effort but after a while they present a pretty good picture of what is what in a firm. Frustrating to say the least on how many are presented across the board. Not a simple format to say the least but at least edgar has made some attempts in the last couple of years to make it more user friendly. But I have to keep in mind that people go to collage for years to be able to write this stuff up. So the least I can do is take time to really read them..
Pilot
What I find unique about the 10k filing is that with the expansion of the bundle, it adds a new layer of dynamics to the core Pro Product.
But not only that the provider who is working with has in the past
leaned towards what MMRG is doing but never really presented any product. This is important I feel. This puts mmrg in a favorable position to CAPITALIZE on the turn key solution along with Visi.
And even if this speculation on my part is just a pipe dream.
The VAR is powerful tool that to me should alert more investors
who may of had this on the Radar but was waiting on the sidelines.
Time will tell...
Pilot
Tiff seems like it coming together nice..
Next time you talk with Dave suggest putting this into
jail system. It is a major cost reducer.
huge market and getting bigger by the day .. ya know.
That is OK I am just a fly by night research analyst as a hobby.
I know nothing nothing I say.
Heck I don't even know who left.
Thanks for asking though.
Via3 Just in case anyone does not understand that from the pr..
are part of a Visi/MMR/Via3 product bundle you can find out
about it here.

Sub,, Stop take a look a close look at the last 10 filing
Sit down and read it really close.
your smart and you will find it.
think we might of just turned a major corner on this one.
I am very pleased with what I saw. While I am not one to say
they are going to get such and such for the deal as stated by the firm.
I can see this as a solid move by mmrg. I am planning on getting out of some of my not so active plays and move some more this way. But that is just me. everyone needs to make their own call. This is still very much a speculative play as I have stated year over year. But to me the ground is getting much more firm.. I think a lot of longs have been waiting to see something like this go into play and now that it has there is going to be some movement. There is still the concerns that Three and I locked horns over some time back and in all fairness he was correct. But my hope is that moving forward that will become a non issue... will be so glad when I can stop holding my breath and the research pans out.
Pilot
They is doing well both of them on the same day different issues.
Both under the knife some months back. Of course I am still the sick
one paying what the insurance did not pick up.
Ah well..
Mind if I stick my head in for a sec. But I am thinking that the Patient side of the EHR is coming up in the near future.
I think it is a tier type of deal Stage 1 Meaningful Use, then Stage 2.
I think in stage 2 is where the patient engagement has to kick in.
to qualify.
This is the tough part of it for the EHR vendors and doctors.
Because they are now trying to figure out what needs to be dragged out of an EHR into a PHR,to engage the patient. Funny thing of it is that they could stop stressing if they looked at the bundle at mmrg..
And I am not the only one saying this. Not just some investor. but others in the field are saying hey they got a good thing might want to take a look. But like all of us. they will wait till the last possible second. Heck they may even go to the AMA and cry oh no it cost to much.
But in reality a majority of the medical community have their collective heads so buried in the sand searching for the penny some patient dropped while going out the door they don't see the thousands of dollars they could be making in a few weeks just by getting the Pro system.. To Funny .. But in the Q I see some are getting a clue. and they are not some fly by night place either. I was pleased when I looked into after the filing. Well got to run sorry if I intruthed.
Pilot
Shoot me an email addy sometime would like to keep up with you
H___@@ I don't know Dip.. I have to think that they are doing some follow up. We do see progress in the #s in different area.
Ever been cast fishing. Catch a lot of things that just don't fit into the bucket for dinner and toss it back. Keep some in the cooler
for later. Then when I find the right one I go cook a meal.
The light bulb was not a first time hit either.
I have more faith on the continued efforts of mmrg than many a
stock trading much higher here on the hub. This will happen some day.
When beats me.
Surf,, Long time no see where have you been ol man..

Look near bottom.
Stumbled on... I was backtracking some one on twitter who
commented on one of my long holds. Any way say hi some time...
Pilot
As I am sure your aware the sub penny market is filled with new
investors, tying the waters. So any though out info is a positive.
Sure it is not some huge bottom line thing. So what it is a way to
keep in contact and pass the time, I figure.
Anyway try to stay warm.
Very well thought out and stated Three..
Thanks..
About 2-3 years behind my vision but a good thing is going on..
The fact is stated in the pr with the shortage. But unless there
is a PHR attached that can be kept by the person who uses the program
they are limited to one program or set of doctors. This should break into a basic program for tier one access for all non emergency doctor access. The second tier should be more situation related field of care. Third tier the call to either move from computer to live care access. This would take a huge burden of the industry as a whole.
It would be a major cost savings to the end user. ie you and I.
And as time goes by the basic exam could be done by computer aided
tech. Think about that computer Watson, who btw now has a medical degree.. Yeah,, This is where the tech is going.. This is why it is so darn important to understand the use of the EHR/.PHR.. I figure the EHR should be the = to a short hand doctor notes that any doctor can understand quick and easy to use. Still has all the info but is short hand for professional use. But an Algo should be set up to drag that info into the PHR so the Patient can understand the end result of the visit. And if they really focus the PHR should be set up to do
notification of medical needs via email and smartphone. ie. hey time to take your cold meds. With this to prevent readmission rates the meds should have a bar code on them that could be scanned by the smart phone each time a person uses the med and then records that info back into the PHR. Armed with this info if the patent did all that was ordered by the doctor and the results were not positive then by all means the next visit should be on the doctor.
Why because the medical field has to move from the per visit mode to the results mode. And this is important, to overall cost savings. While the mmrg offering is good for now, I hope that Bob and Company take heed to the need for a more dynamic system as time progresses. The long term success of this firm depends on pushing forward in the tech as understanding of the market demands opens up. And to be frank the Market is chomping at the bits for some darn down to earth ready to go solutions in the industry. Times are changing brother and sister. We can either sit on the sideline saying whow we got a good product or we can continue to grow..
Pilot
While a lot of folks look to the phone side of this firm,,
The under the radar piece to the pie is the telehealth side.
They have some really good things going on there and
could very well walk into the sector as a major player with
cost saving solutions. dig around a bit.
PM it again will email you..
N/P Sometimes happens. Hope your keeping up with this tech..
A player just put out a PR.. that could impact this in the long run..
Time will tell though.. Just by watching and reading the sector
is heating up. After this one the next will be Nano. That imho is
going to be a nation changer if they can regulate the science so it is safe. amazing stuff going on in that field.
Anyway have fun

Also ALU is Gapping up in Pre market..
Here you go..

'First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win.' - Mahatma Gandhi
Just with that last post most anyone who has a few bucks of Beer Money should take a speculative position.
It is going to be unique to be able to see how all this plays out.
Not only on this stock but on the way the it is being done from a
business plan side of things.
You and I see the same thing but come up with different conclusions.
To darn funny. anyway the results come out in not in pr's but in
10k's.. That is the bottom line here.
"However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results." ~Winston Churchill
Been some time since I ran into you Earnest, someone asked me to look at this one . Had a bit of time with the extra hour so here it is.
First this is not VRMlQ Gail is not here, there is no pending FDA approval sitting on someones desk. There is no staff as posted by the last filing. The group that started this pump got in around the .0009 area Check your charts. That is the neg side of it.
Now that is with my short look at it. I was in VRML prior to BK through BK and walked away with a great play. Maybe once in a lifetime. Not to say this can not go somewhere. There is science to be researched. Patents to look at. reading of long and boring notes if any in journals etc. But to just put my capital into it right now.
Well got other issues I am dealing with so to the person that asked. Just dig like you know to dig. research it out. if you want to play use your beer money. If you find gold keep it to yourself until you have the fact in line then present it to the board.
Best of luck to you.
And no it was not Earnest that asked I just happen to respect his post over the years.
Pilot
To a point yes. But reason I asked was it could be simpler for someone
to just buy the float and take the tech along with the patents in a quiet manner. If they do see value in them. It also could be a way to ease out of court costing less for some others. Anyway thanks.
Hey math types. How much cash would it take to but the current or last know float of this firm. ??
Long term vision will produce long term results.
I do hope Bob sees what I am seeing and fights forward..

Meanwhile, some countries - notably Ireland, Scotland, the U.K., and Japan - are aggressively researching technology-driven solutions.
Orlov said some countries are experimenting with what is called "tele-healthcare" - physicians' visits conducted via Skype or other Web-based technology.
For some of the really longs..

Guys and gals When Forbes start to see the vision good thing will happen. how involved this firm will be is predicated on the willingness of those involved to follow up on a very long term goal.
Some of you will recall my rants on the telehealth part of this with
VisiInc PLC.. Sometime June 2011.. I know in my heart that there will be a time that the world will have in place the digital framework to support the streaming of medical data and those who are in forefront will be standing not only to make a handsome profit from bringing that tech into play. But they will also be standing in line to help those who can not have been helped otherwise. There will have to be a balance of profit and humanity with this tech that will reshape the way people think of health and profits.

Thanks for the link Blue this tells me that there is enough concern for people to start making plans to defend their position.
I will assume that there will be some cases that will end up in
court to set the standard on what is what in the not to distant future. The outcome of those cases will let us know where we will stand in the future.
The history of Bob in court shows he is no slacker when it comes to
defending his point as we have seen when he whooped the U.S. Government into submission.
If he is as on the ball with this, then this board is going to get really busy.
till then
Pilot
Just some reading nothing really to do with MSGI direct.
Well unless they can get this back on track..
http://www.nanowerk.com/spotlight/spotid=27065.php
That is not what I was saying and you know it..
Give me some facts to deal with.. Speculation and
grumbling about bob has little value. but what ever..
post away. have fun
Not the point.. Take that quote "cannot stand the test of time with anyone beyond private doctors."
Then go here..
http://www.regentsurgicalhealth.com/Pages/Partner+Center
Now that is not just a private doctor is it>>> NO it is not..
They use the mmrpro bro. (and that is just one. btw)
How do you know the biomed's value?? do you know what is what in that area?? no no one does. I doubt Bob did until he hired folks to look them over. And at least one firm thought they were worth some serious cash out lay.. But noooo let's forget that and attack Bob...
And how in the world can you say bob's compensation is grrrrreat.. he is paying himself from himself and only if this thing takes off will he ever be able to recoup what he has paid himself. not to add a lot of the staff of mmrg.. Buttt nooo lets deal with half truths and negative posts. That is why I don't visit this board to much.. Because there are very few here that can come up with legit posts to
look at either positive or negative.
Rant over. have a good day...
Pilot
Just in off BL Facebook..
Makes me go hummmm ...
Maybe Omidi has seen the true value of the mmrg platform..
http://www.dr-michaelomidi.com/omidi-brothers-michael-omidi-on-news-of-sharing-medical-notes-with-patients/
Ok Conix, Break this quote down, research and come up with counter points. this is a quote from ol boy. I know the below quote is not true
I have the facts based on the research and knowledge I have but you want to pass it on as oh something good for the stock and board.
"Lorsch doesn't give a crap about patients otherwise he would not be trying to corner the electric market when his own PHR system cannot stand the test of time with anyone beyond private doctors."
Keep in mind that Bob was very involved with this effort to make this happen.
And how cool is this...
