Thanks for the link Blue this tells me that there is enough concern for people to start making plans to defend their position.
I will assume that there will be some cases that will end up in
court to set the standard on what is what in the not to distant future. The outcome of those cases will let us know where we will stand in the future.
The history of Bob in court shows he is no slacker when it comes to
defending his point as we have seen when he whooped the U.S. Government into submission.
If he is as on the ball with this, then this board is going to get really busy.
