Thanks for following up. I guess you are following my picks? I am clear about the rules but that doesn't change the fact that many companies have reports done and call them NI 43-101's even thought they may not file them. Or they are not compliant for a number of reasons. It seems to be so prevalent that there must have been a major disconnect between the rules of the game perpetrated by someone in the transaction, property owners and the entire cast forming up and running these companies.
I have looked at lots of companies who by definition are non compliant and I don't believe the most of them are crooks nor do I think that it is an indication of the core values of most of these companies.
I'm thinking that the engineers and service providers would be the most likely culprits. Of course the knowledgeable crooks know what they are doing and will break the rules to gain advantage. But, when was the last time someone went to jail because of an NI 43-101 issue.
I cannot find Kimberly on SEDAR or the NI 43-101 mentioned in the SEC filings. Legal or not, it apparently exists in some form and some of it's contents are exposed on the company website and are frankly quite spectacular if there is a proven resource in the report.
The guys who just took over the operations are seasoned vets with strong resume's and it looks like they just put up $2 million to relaunch the company.
I'm thinking theirs is a long term play in production and it looks like there's not much to do to get started. These guys are playing it close to the vest so we don't yet know their plans and that is why I am trying to accumulate what I can before the lid blows off. My open buy order yielded only 1000 shares and that was the only volume today. Go figure.
You have been around this for awhile and you know that even the worst of companies can reach a breakthrough of some kind overnight and watch out, out of the sub-penny's into the dollars.
Again, thanks for your input and I hope you don't mind if I add some balance from time to time.
Is this is one of those times when reality has overcome fantasy and the masses are wondering if someone has stolen the goose that lays the golden EGG.
The many forces are complicated and they are global but lurking in the wings is the reality that there will be less not more of just about everything for just abut everyone. Including precious metals, especially gold.
There are 1000's of start up junior miners and exploration stage companies. Very few can boast a four or five year longevity. DGRI is one of them that has made it this far. This company manages to find new projects, hold on to the good ones it previously acquired and can amazingly find the financing to move forward.
I have come to believe that DGRI can do this because it has aligned itself with investors and creditors who all have the same goal in mind. Build a successful gold mining company that can produce enough and provide for a comfortable retirement.
I have surveyed the management of hundreds of these companies and found that the average age of senior management is in their 60's. When possible, I have looked at the creditors also. The average age is about the same. In contrast the average of a start up entrepreneur in silicon valley is under 25. The difference is that the silicon valley entrepreneur has access to lots of Venture Capital and most of the old guys don't. They must also become financial engineers and use the stock market for Venture Capital and sometimes they must bet the farm.
That is why legitimate companies are often accused of being scams.
Their actions in the early stages of development are often similar and it is hard to tell them apart.
My point is that DGRI is rapidly transcending it's past and if my gut feeling is right we as investors are in alignment with a management team with the same goals in mind.
It is much easier for me to sleep at night when I feel that there is nothing mysterious about the intention of management or the company. Intention materializes or it doesn't and the name of this game is that it materializes in the physical world when the shiny metal appears in the bottom of the pan.
They will tell us when it happens.
The property is located in the U.S. The company is listed in the U.S. Not in Canada. Thanks for your input.
How does one find filed NI 43-101 reports for U.S companies not listed on a Canadian exchange? I cheeked out SEDAR and could not find the company in question but the online listings only go back to 1997. A Google and wiki search did not produce results. Is there a searchable database for the name of a specific mine? Thank you in advance for help.
Thanks, Will do.
Thanks,
Question. How and where do you find a NI 43-101 report filed in Canada for a U.S. listed company that is not also listed on a Canadian exchange? Thank you in advance.
The company is a US based company.
Does anyone know how to find a filed NI 43-101 from the Canadian Institute of Mines? Links for direct search?
1000 share order filled out of my 5000 share order.
Does anyone know how to find a filed NI 43-101 from the Canadian Institute of Mines?
If we can get some definition on he resources it will be easier to value the company and may counter the horrible lack of liquidity in this issue.
And it depends on your filing status:
http://www.secfile.net/SEC_calendar.htm#EDGAR_Filing_Deadlines_for_Quarterly_and_Annual_Reports
10-Q: for Quarterly Period Ended 09/30/11 due Wednesday, November 09, 2011
10-Q: for Quarterly Period Ended 09/30/11 due Wednesday, November 09, 2011
10-Q: for Quarterly Period Ended 09/30/11 due Wednesday, November 09, 2011
it's a real trip trying to value this company. Can't find the NI 43-101 for the Rescue Mine so their is no resource definition. They just raised $2,000,000 reportedly and filed the REG D. Changed management to include credible mining and finance backgrounds but I have not been able to translate any of that into dollars and shareholders value.
It is even more frustrating trying to buy 5000 shares at ask. Didn't happen.
I think they report about 1600 shareholders but the historical liquidity of the stock is next to nothing. So,
if you are the new guys and have plans to develop production soon how do you loosen up the market so you can get some movement of the pps when you actually do something worthwhile if the current shareholders won't sell?
Authorize more shares?
Might depend on how many shares they got for the Public Offering.
You can probably tell that I'm trying to decide to overbid or not. I probably will to break the ice with 5000 shares but find it hard to commit to the 30,000 share position that I really want.
I'm pretty sure that once the gold resource is defined this thing goes through the roof? Maybe you can nail it down better than me.
Where is the entry point. No volume and tight ask. Most trades have been near the current ask in recent times.
10Q in couple of days and then we learn what it looks like going forward.
VICTOR: Yes call him and make an appointment to meet with all of them or anyone who might be there. Or, if they are all tied up to just stop by to see the office. How about taking some pictures if that would be appropriate.
Good luck
Easybet
Two coats of paint at the close.
If any of you have good research skills help verify that the O/S was around 40,000,000 shares about a week ago and now reported at about 51,000,000. That would jive with the Public Offering of just over $2,000,000 at $.20 per share. The exact terns were not provided in the SEC filing so we don't know what is attached but the warrants must be substantial. We will soon find out.
Otherwise it is difficult to understand the pricing of the stock and the current volume. There is an NI 43-101 on one of the properties but no link from the website. If any of you can look it up and bring it up it would be much appreciated.
It is interesting that all of this has been reported just before the filing of the 10Q.
Bing Crosby and Coeur d' Alene, ID go back a long way in my recollection.
My gut says go all in on this one but I would like to clear up some of the loose ends before making a big splash.
Why do I want to do that?
The horsepower is overwhelming. Is now the time to load up?

CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS*
The proof is in the process. Not in the imagination. Loopnet is a multiple listing service for commercial and investment real estate. The agent who listed the property wrote the copy for the ad. Not the owner of the property. What ever is included or not included in Loopnet presentation has nothing to do with the mineral resources that have been or will be found on the property.
After all, one way or the other, much more than a rock quarry had to be revealed to DGRI for the company to originally become interested in the property. Hollis certainly wasn't out there looking for a rock quarry when some agent brought him the property. An agent had to have knowledge of mining potential to gain the interest of the company.
Do you have any idea how many deals are presented every day? Of course not because you need to have some real mining experience to truly understand the upside and hidden gems just ready to be explored.
C'mon, think about it, the agent tells Perttu he thinks there's some Silver and other stuff out there and he should go and take a look because there is an actual permitted mine on the property. Maybe you can find enough to make it worth something and make a deal.
Do you think for one minute that Perttu believes anything anyone says? Nah! he believes what he sees, period.
And Oh, by the way, mining companies have been seriously admonished by the research group for making claims that are suspect even if they are the result of a NI 43-101 so why would anyone say anything about a resource without scientific proof. Isn't Basin Gulch a a good example that is now being handle much differently these days?
It must be getting pretty hard to find much to say about the Mini Moore deal getting stuck on what was or was not said in a promotion ad by an agent.
There is still time to get up there before the snow fly's. We would all like to know more about Carl and his family and how about his pets.
DGRI is morphing from what ever it was or what it was perceived to be into a well run, financed and productive company. The research group here probably had a lot to do with pointing out the actions that were necessary to achieve the companies productive status and slip away from being lumped in with the scams.
Now, it's not a big stretch to consider that the DGRI team including creditors are motivated to get the resources under production as soon as possible. Do they have any other choice. Of course not.
The pressure is on because, although hard to find, there is a growing number of gold mining companies competing for the same investment dollar that enjoy excellent stats and proven resources.
The difference is that the stock prices are 10 to 15 times what you can buy DGRI right now. Nevertheless good buys but when this thing hits $1.00 per share most of us would rather own 1,000,000 share in stead of 100,000 for the same it would cost for something a little safer.
As the DGRI story unfolds in the next month or so, I sincerely wish the best for all those who have kept the faith for so long.
Never a dull moment with DGRI!
I predict that the 10Q will lay out their plans for the use of funds and timetable to get into production. They probably need to do some testing and assay work here and there and then it's off to the races.
If they can move the stock around in $.05 increments now just think what they can do with some positive news about resources and production.
Don't be a stranger. Enjoy the ride.
At $2.00 probably 99% of all investors are green. Luxor is in at about $1.60 I think with options much less than that but i don't remember the deal exactly. None of this means squat unless they start pooping gold and the odds are getting better and better every day that they nailed it and the outside lab is validating the process in it's entirety.
When I first got into this I didn't realize we were such pioneers and that realization hit hard. You know the definitional of a pioneer is laying face down in the mud with arrows in your back. Bad feeling.
Then I got on the boards and ran into the fraud squad and at first they scared the life out of me. Then I realized they did a lot of really good DD and in the case of one stock I own I'm sure their constant bashing actually helped turn the company around from operating like a scam to a respectable operation.
Now I follow them around to see what they are ditzing to see if there is more to the company than a pure scam. If so, they are probably worth following and digging in deep to vette them out as an investment.
Thanks for watching after my baby.
There must be a couple of investors hitting the ball back and forth to play with the price. Volume is too thin. Have you learned anything about the details of the Private Offering? We should know the terms to see how they may effect the pps in the future. Probably see it in the 10Q but I'm sure they are marketing it already. The 8k said they are selling $1000 increments but didn't mention a minimum. This is where the SEC let's us down by not requiring the detail we need to make investment decisions and allowing a few people to control the bid/ask and manipulate the pps.
Just like you I know there is a winner buried here and I want to smoke it out before they get the price out of reach based on spec.
Is anyone on this board holding this? Do you have any idea how this can move so much on $400 worth of stock?
Sunset 88 is an LLC registered in Florida if you want to find out his name.
DGRI Moving past .009. Not many left.
When the pps hits $5.00 per share and hangs thee consistently, it will probably be up-listed to a major exchange to better accommodate mutual fund acquisitions who require listing on major exchanges.
Searchlight hired a finance acquisition guy last year who brought in Sunset 88 who is a Florida doctor to put up $6.5 million with a monthly rolling option for a total of 10 million shares. I think his average purchase price per share is probably under $.50. With kind of performance he won't have much trouble getting the plant financed.
I think it was Newmont who bought Frontier last year for about $13.00 per share. $2.3 billion for a proven resource of about 7 million oz. AG. That is why I think we could be worth $15 per share in a buyout.
Frankly, I think the share price has held up pretty well over the last year considering the necessity to retool.
And you are right, SRCH is the best kept secrete on the planet with only 141 reported shareholders we must be breaking a record.
When the next pop happens we can spread the word on the IHUB boards that will pull in some new blood.
Good Luck
They dumped about $20,000,000 in infrastructure costs for the previous experiment that did not work. Some of it will be used in the new plant but let's figure $25,000,000 to build a new plant and ramp it up to full production. If they started now they could be there inside of a year including engineering and scale up testing. I am figuring 300 days per year production giving room for breakdowns and screw ups. The original plan was to operate 24/7 360 days per year. I don't think that is possible. More like $600 million in annual production most likely.
I do think the deal has been shown to the likes of Barrick and Newmont and either one could be a candidate for a buyout takeover. The timing would be after the plant is successfully scaling up and with gold moving to $2000 the offer could be $15.00 per share or a little more.
It would be difficult for me not to take that offer.
I would guess that the proof of process is complete or near completion and or the validation process has begun and is at least far enough along to be satisfied to put together the feasibility analysis and study.
There is an adopted poison pill that makes it very expensive to do a buyout. The intention has always been to build and operate the plant.
With chain of custody assay results indicating .50 oz AG per ton and 20 million tons estimated with a production facility that uses 2000 tons per day as originally planned, the income will be quite phenomenal and result in a pps of over $30 per share depending on operating cost and the consistency of the material. Some folks think $50 per share but we won't know for sure for 6 to 9 months. There is only 127 million shares outstanding but options probably take that up to about 140 million. Financing the plant will probably add to that but not that much at $3 to $4 per share.
Thankfully we don't need to wait to much longer to get past the proof of process hurdle. With that you can plan your retirement.
Thanks, I know hotstocked has an abbreviated Level 2. Shows all transactions and a few buy sell quotes from a few MMs. I have been in SRCH for many years and within the next couple of months we should know that the entire process works and is then verified by an outside testing lab. When that happens, the value should accelerate rapidly.
OOPS, It helps if you know the rules. Changing the message is the answer.
OUTSTANDING: Follow up with "news coming", upward price or volume movement, PR, etc. Only positives and only if real. Most of these folks are day traders but will go long once in awhile. If they band together they can push you over the top any time they want to.
There are probably 20 to 30 general purpose stock promotion boards on IHUB. Go pick a few and post this:
DGRI up 24% today, .0068 to .0086 on news of acquisition and near term production of silver mine in Idaho. Production is planned for Basin Gulch Gold Mine in Montana by end of 1st quarter.
