For the people that own both BKMP and IPRE, you had a decent day with both stocks. They closed at the very same price, 0.0012, and strangely enough they both have the same bid and ask at the close. Maybe they will continue to rally the next couple of days. Florida
tag, you should get filled, as there were 4 sellers at that number. If you don't, try calling your broker to make sure they entered your order. Regards, Florida
Banana you are absolutely correct. I'm in the same boat as everyone else on this board, operating at a loss like the rest of you. If you've read some of my e-mails to this company, you would know that I don't always agree with them on many different issues, especially the reverse split which I maxde known to everyone, the company included , that I didn't like it at all. Since the company has said this had to be done, and, it's now just about ready to become official, I like you have no other choice but to accept it. As far as posting the answers I receivedfrom James, I thought you people would be interested in reading them. I have absolutely no ties to this company, except as a shareholder. Therefore, if and when I contact them again, any correspondence will remain with me.Good luck to everyone, even the bashers. Florida
How about this for a "wild thought" !!! What if, and I don't know if this is even a possibility, but what if, MLMD which is approx. 85% owned by Imperia, and has around 5 million shares outstanding, and IPRE which after the split will have 4 million shares outstanding, ever decided to merge??? If you merge a 35 cent stock, just going by todays price of course, with a 0.0010 stock, wouldn't you think the price of IPRE would be "just a little bit higher" ??? When things are a little quiet as they are right now, optimists like myself are allowed to have these pleasant thoughts. Regards, Florida
MLMD now at 0.35 with 12,500 shares traded so far. Bid is now 0.35,and ask is 0.38. These are our "free" shares guys. Florida
Since there's a bidder at 0.29 for 5,000 shares, and one at 0.30 for another 5,000 shares, and still one more at 0.33 for 5,000 shares, why worry how it got this high on low volume??? Anyone wanting to sell shares right now, could sell 15,000 at these levels. And even better, it's probably going to go even higher!!!! No complaint from me!!! Florida
tag, I really don't know if he has one ? The things I say to him aren't always what he neccessarily agrees with, but since people like this joro, are continually attacking him, the way he does his job, and the company itself, perhaps it gives him an opportunity to express what he feels. If I perceive a person as a basher or follower of this company, then that's the way I will say it. As long as I don't identify anyone by name in these e-mails, I have every right in the world to express my opinions, and, the answers I get back from James. I thank you for your support, and I will continue to express my views in my own way whenever I want to do so. Regards, Florida
Joro, I'm speaking for myself, and the way I see things. If my support of the folks who post in favor of IPRE and their President James annoy you, so be it. While you take every opportunity to tell us that you have every right to your opinions, and will post what you like, why shouldn't I have the same right to do the same? You would criticize anyone who doesn't think the same way you do. If the "backers of IPRE and James",tell me they don't want to read these back and forth e-mails, then and only then, would I refrain from posting them. I'm certainly not going to take the advice of anyone that spends days, even weeks, telling the world what a terrible company, and useless president Imperia has!!! In this case I would have to ask you, "what right have you to speak for any of us"??? Florida
Florida,
Thank you, I very much appreciate that and your support! Also thank
you for your suggestion, we will certainly take it into consideration.
All the best,
James

gold, you posted two completely opposite point of views. In your message #18266, you stated the company didn't give people nearly enough time to buy shares on Monday. You said they pressured people to buy when they knew they only had three and one half hours to do so.This according to you wasvery unfair to folks who didn't have the chance to buy. Then in message #18281, you state that "nobody" should have been entitled to buy shares, unless they owned them over 1 month ago when the reverse split was announced. You can't have it both ways, either the company did the wrong thing by announcing this on a holiday shortened day, or the company did the wrong thing by announcing it at all? Aside from being a pretty angry stockholder, you don't seem to know what you really want. According to your statements, whatever Imperia does is the wrong thing to do! I don't remember reading anything in their release that said, "current shareholders of this stock were not allowed to buy more shares"!!! As James said, buying shares, whether you owned some already, or, were buying them for the first time, was a "no brainer"!!! You or anyone else could have bought more shares in IPRE, and sold them the next day. You would then still own "free shares" in MLMD!!! Grumble away, this company will reach its goal, even if you don't think so! Florida
gold, I have a hypothetical question for you. What if, and this most likely will not happen, but what if, "this company had a change of heart", and gave everyone one more full day to purchase shares of IPRE, thus entitling them to free shares in MLMD???? Would that change the way you feel right now??? After all, the mistrust you speak about would then disappear wouldn't it??? As I stated this is an improbability, but just a "what if" question for you. Florida
Hello Banana: You've hit the nail on the head. The mood on this board has improved 100% since the close on Monday. When they read the e-mail from James regarding the free shares, his earlier comments which he explained perfectly, and got reassurance from him that he's doing and will continue to do, what he believes is best for the company and its shareholders, they reacted very positively. In spite of a couple of people that "never" seem to be satisfied, we'll be fine. Let them work at getting things done. July could turn out to be a very good month! Regards, Florida
Right on Tag, happy fourth to you and everyone on this board! Regards, Florida
Florida,
Anyone who is with this company long term will appreciate us rewarding
our investors. Only those who were out to make a quick buck and got
caught in the RS will look a gift horse in the mouth. No matter what
I say or what we do such people will bash the company. Even when we
gave them a free gift (which we by no means had to do) we were still
bashed for it. You will see that one of the phrases attached to my
email is "I'm too busy working on myself than to criticize anybody
else." Those who constantly want to criticize the company, do not
want to take responsibility for their own buying choices.
What I meant by the "brainiacs" comment is that anyone could have
bought our stock today, got the free stock in MLMD (which does have a
value and increased again today) and sold IPRE the next day and keep
the MLMD or even better, keep both and see what the future brings.
Instead of doing something like that, many people didn't buy and in
fact some even "sold". To me that is not very wise on a day when the
company is basically giving away shares in a two for one sale.
We did not get one thank you for giving away a dividend today (with
the exception of your support). Only people writing nasty emails
saying that it wasn't enough or it was this or that. Personally I can
take the abundant criticism, as I have a thick skin now. But I can
tell you that the temptation from management to a response like that
is to not give anything away in the future in terms of dividends or
otherwise. If a company does something perceived wrong, then
shareholders should speak up, but if a company does something right
and all they hear is more complaints, then there is the temptation to
become jaded and to not want to give away anything in the future. It
seems at times that we will get bashed no matter what we do anyway, so
the temptation is there to not even bother to think about others. I
am not blaming anyone; I am simply stating basic psychology.
I also think it is poor practice to talk down a stock that you own in
public. New people look at the boards and consider if they want to
buy or not, and if all they read is "scam", "incompetent CEO",
"liars", investors will simply move on to something else. I am not
blaming shareholders for the stock price, the market sets the stock
price but I don't think that bashing a stock that one owns is going to
help it get any higher. It is kind of like trying to sell a car to
someone new and starting out by telling him or her that your car is a
piece of junk. The stock market is a "market" and for someone to
sell, someone else has to buy.
I speak open and honest. Some people like this style, some don't.
Again, I don't have to talk to shareholders at all. I could simply
say that I am no longer answering questions and spend more time with
my loved ones. I communicate to investors because I CHOOSE to. If
people want to bash me for responding to shareholders or the way that
I respond, then that is their choice. We are not selling shares in a
504 to the open market so I am not trying to sell the public shares.
If shareholders want me to be unapproachable like many CEO's and not
bother to be accessible at all, I can do that. I still get my
paycheck regardless. I communicate because I care about this company
and the shareholders.
The bottom line is the RS is necessary to get on to the bigger boards,
which we have announced that we wish to do in the next year or so. I
am focused on the long-term growth of this company, not in making
flippers some quick cash. Sometimes as a CEO you have to make
unpopular decisions that are best for the company in the long term. I
will continue to do the best I can for this company.
Thank you for your best wishes.
All the best,
James

Thanks Paramount, Tag, and the rest of you folks that have remained positive in spite of some negative posts by a few. I sent an e-mail to James expressing how I feel about him and this company. It will follow soon. Regards, Florida
Paramount, I'm with you. Considering the fact that we're trading this low, the bashers can have a field day for the time being. Whether some people sold their shares at a loss, or are waiting to sell them on the next rally, really isn't the point. Can you imagine when James really starts getting results from the numerous irons he has in the fire, how some people who knock him every chance they get, will react. Most of them will disappear from this board. Others might stay a little while longer trying to squeeze every penny out of their shares, even their "free ones" in MLMD. What will they do when Imperia succeeds, and I believe they will, when they can't knock James anymore for trying to be honest with everyone. Some of these people who say they don't trust him, because he does tell the truth, probably don't trust anyone, not even themselves. Keep working James. Most of us are in your corner, and will remain there with you to see this thing through. Like many movies, this one will have a happy ending. Regards, Florida
XR, How do you figure that the only ones offended by James's statement were the usual "bashers" of this stock? Have you read any posts by the "loyal investors", that said James hurt their feelings in any way" ??? I don't think so. Our shares are worth as much now, as they were before the press release. The only thing that changed was for the better! We now own free shares in MLMD. While the bashers feel they are worthless, as long as that stock has a bid and ask on it, they have value!!! No mention of having to hold them for any length of time, so why wouldn't anyone view this as a bonus to all IPRE shareholders??? I'm sure that the folks at Imperia read our message board. All these people that were so offended by the use of the word brainiacs, are probably the same ones that constantly put James down. They don't have their feelings hurt when they tell him to resign or take a lesser job that he'd be more qualified at, do they??? Only because he's in a position where folks can take all the pot shots at him they want, knowing he has no alternative but to take them, as he's a very easy target, do they openly attack him. Most of these brave James bashers, who's feelings are so easily hurt, would never say most of the things they do, if they had to face this man in person. As far as those of us that still support this company, even though we paid a much higher price, as long as our president, and C.E.O. continue to put so much effort into making this thing work,we stand a very good chance of this "holywwod production",ending happily. Happy fourth to everyone, Florida
You hit the nail right on the head! The people selling, who could still sell any day this week, makes no sense at all. "Free shares" at any price are still "free shares" !!!! This remark was "definitely not meant for his shareholders". In fact this was a gift from the company to the "loyal ones". He's opened the door for some more loyal folks to take advantage of this bonus deal. Those not intereted in"free shares", shouldn't buy IPRE. Selling it today, in my opinion is senseless!!! Florida
Florida,
I don't know exactly what stage we are at with the Reverse Split as
Ken is handling that. I just know that we are moving as fast as
legally possible. Maybe the dividend slows things down legally
because of the complexity. I guess we will just have to see what
happens this week. It should be interesting.
BTW, I don't know if the brainiacs realized it yet, but the dividend
is given out based on who holds shares by the end of TODAY. In other
words, those who are selling off now, won't get it, and those who
still want the dividend have about 45 minutes left before they miss
out. And those who want more of the dividend only have about 45
minutes before the store closes.
All the best,
James
Thanks Banana, good weekend to you too. Regards, Florida
Banana, with "only" a 4 mil. share float, which is probably one of the smallest on the pink sheets, and this tiny float in the hands of people that paid 0.0009 and "some much higher", I see the opposite of what you do. While you say there's nothing to sustain this stocks share price, if their game plan is as good as "some people" believe it is, then with a few positive press releases after it splits, "how could the price of this stock be kept down" ??? The "only" shares we should be concerned about for one full year, and lots of things will happen in one year, are the outstanding shares totalling just under 4 million. More than likely, with the exception of some traders who have bought at the bottom, and a few investors who will sell when it runs up a little, the remainder of this limited number of shares, are in the hands of people that have used this opportunity to accumulate! Whether it splits Monday or any day next week won't matter. There were some heavy buyers at this 0.0009 price the last two weeks. Even though they bought these shares at a very cheap price, when you multiply the number of shares bought by the price of 0.0009, it adds up to a nice piece of change. When folks invest this kind of money, they are looking for a nice profit. Don't look for these shares to be "given away"! Next week should be very interesting, and the following week maybe even more interesting. Let's all sit back for a few more days, and as you said, "see what happens"!!! Florida
Folks, my alltng was meant to be alloting. Sorry about that. Florida
faster, are you saying that because James had suggested that a few people who asked about the reverse split, and the possibility of allting some MLMD shares to current shareholders, were told to "contact me on Monday" ???? Or, were you thinking about the burst of buying at and right after the close, of some 20 million shares all at 0.0009??? You might br correct, next week, even though it's a little shortened, could be a good one at last!!! Florida
The time to announce a "bonus" of free shares to IPRE stockholders, would be the day it officially reverse splits. Even if they only distribute a moderate number of MLMD shares, so as to leave them with enough MLMD shares in case more financing is needed, and it most likely will be down the road. The important thing is, to give it to the folks that are shareholders "after the split". Not only would this help build a base for "long termers", but just imagine how many "new" shareholders a move like this would invite. We would then be pretty certain of going higher after the split instead of going lower. Maybe I should move to sunny California, and apply to Imperia for a consultants position. Only kidding guys, but I do think this would be a great press release to make at the proper time. Regards, Florida
Incidentally, MLMD has some buying today. Up a little, and the bid and ask raised to 0.15 to 0.17. Free shares of this little stock are starting to look better and better. Florida
Bob, I thought the same thing. When I called E TRADE on a pinkie, they called their man on the floor, and within 15 minutes my higher bid was showing. Florida
The market maker has to show the highest bid price. If your bid price of 0.0008 isn't showing, call your stock broker and have him call their specialist in IPRE. i'VE DONE IT BEFORE. YOUR BID WILL APPEAR. Funny, I'm fairly certain if you put in a sell order at 0.0008, it would be bought very quickly. Florida
joro, by constantly knocking him, you're not helping the rest of us. I can understand your anger and frustration, but continually attacking anyone will not help. Whether you like him or not is not the issue here. The man still has his own convictions and believes this company will be successful. As dark as things might look right now, things could change for the better very quickly. From you guys reading some of my past e-mails to James, you mustsee that I'm not always in agreement with the company. However, it's their company, not mine, and I do respect him not only as a person, but also for the constant bashing he has taken, and still answers folks back, regardles of whether you like or don't like what he says. I still feel we have a better than 50 50 chance to succeed. Let's see what happens. I don't believe we'll have to wait too much longer. Incidentally, there are now 4 bidders, and 1 person at the ask. Regards, Florida
I just sent James a short note requesting they release a definite date "now" for their reverse split. I told him that it would put many shareholders minds at ease, and that almost everyone that wanted out of this stock, is out. Let's see if we can get some feedback today. Florida
Very good 500. Maybe you could e-mail it to Imperia. They're overdue for a "rally"!!!!! Florida
Thanks lgb59, and insanity, appreciate it. Florida
Could "someone" please give us the current lineup on level 2 ??? Thanks, Florida
Just from the response from James that I and a couple of others received, he mentioned to wait until next Monday, and then we could contact him. Why pick that day unless it has some meaning. Then again, nothing is ever for sure! Florida
500, just how many at the bid and the ask? Thanks, Florida
500, does that mean that there are more sellers than buyers ???? Thanks, Florida
Just a guess, closes at 0.0009 again, and reverses on Monday at 0.45. This scenario might change, but it doesn't look like it will before Monday, the "magic day". What happens after that, is anyones guess?????? Any early lineup on level 2 ???? Florida
Do you realize that if you take him up on his offer, and purchase some units in one of his films, you'll have become a "film backer" ??? Who knows, if the revues are good, you could make more backing one of their films, than you could with the stock!!! Florida
Joro, relax, we'll have our r.s. He won't have to make any excuses to shareholders. Either you do it or you don't, and IPRE had to do it to raise much needed money. It's now up to Imperia when they want to announce this split. I still believe it will be done Monday before the opening. Why they waited the extra week, only the company knows that answer. Florida
Thermite, it's got to be "your decision" when it comes to buying or selling any stock. As far as this one goes there are definite pros and cons. On the negative side, number one is the out of the blue announcement of a reverse split. Originally the numbers were even worse, but by shareholders showing their displeasure, they amended it from 1/1000 to 1/500. This means we cankeep twice as many shares now than we would have with the first numbers. There's still a lot of confusion among stockholders, regarding the films Imperia is involved with. Will they be successful, will they have enough money to promote them , will somebody sponsor them, etc.etc.etc. Will the shares outstanding remain at 4 million for one full year as the company stated they would? Although there's not a whole lot on the positive side right now, a couple of things do come to mind. If things are really not looking too good, why did someone purchase 30 million shares just the other day, half at 0.0009, and the other 15 million at 0.0010 ??? Why did somebody raise their bid to 0.0009 this morning and buy 15 million more shares ??? Why has the company been extra quiet before the split officially happens, as I'm pretty sure they could release something of interest ??? It all boils down to whether or not you believe in the company and trust them. If your answer is yes, then buy your shares. If not, don't sell what you have, but just watch. This has got to be your own decision to make. Whatever you decide, good luck to you. Florida
The noose is tightening. You can buy at 0.0010, or you can sell at 0.0008. Market makers seem to do this when volume drys up in a stock. Florida
