The time to announce a "bonus" of free shares to IPRE stockholders, would be the day it officially reverse splits. Even if they only distribute a moderate number of MLMD shares, so as to leave them with enough MLMD shares in case more financing is needed, and it most likely will be down the road. The important thing is, to give it to the folks that are shareholders "after the split". Not only would this help build a base for "long termers", but just imagine how many "new" shareholders a move like this would invite. We would then be pretty certain of going higher after the split instead of going lower. Maybe I should move to sunny California, and apply to Imperia for a consultants position. Only kidding guys, but I do think this would be a great press release to make at the proper time. Regards, Florida
