Thermite, it's got to be "your decision" when it comes to buying or selling any stock. As far as this one goes there are definite pros and cons. On the negative side, number one is the out of the blue announcement of a reverse split. Originally the numbers were even worse, but by shareholders showing their displeasure, they amended it from 1/1000 to 1/500. This means we cankeep twice as many shares now than we would have with the first numbers. There's still a lot of confusion among stockholders, regarding the films Imperia is involved with. Will they be successful, will they have enough money to promote them , will somebody sponsor them, etc.etc.etc. Will the shares outstanding remain at 4 million for one full year as the company stated they would? Although there's not a whole lot on the positive side right now, a couple of things do come to mind. If things are really not looking too good, why did someone purchase 30 million shares just the other day, half at 0.0009, and the other 15 million at 0.0010 ??? Why did somebody raise their bid to 0.0009 this morning and buy 15 million more shares ??? Why has the company been extra quiet before the split officially happens, as I'm pretty sure they could release something of interest ??? It all boils down to whether or not you believe in the company and trust them. If your answer is yes, then buy your shares. If not, don't sell what you have, but just watch. This has got to be your own decision to make. Whatever you decide, good luck to you. Florida
