Good analysis, fashionman, on LMMG.
I agree with you on the need for LMMG to get over .085 or so to attract momentum traders. Earnings should be out by August 15--like everyone elses. I have only $2000 in it now--but will "average UP" at .09 if it has some goood volume. Don't you think this good run to .15-.20 pretty quick?
FPPC is a small energy play that I am in for the long haul. Already profitable--and their next quarter's financials will be off the charts with $65/barrel prices.

The two companies will Team Up to Develop Donation Tracking Application Initial Design for Washington DC Based Museum
HERNDON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 11, 2005--IceWEB, Inc., (OTCBB:IWEB - News), announced today that the company has entered into a joint agreement with Service First Consulting, Inc., a PeopleSoft consulting partner, to develop a securities based Donation Tracking System. The application will allow museum administrators to monitor cash, stock, and bond donations made to the Washington D.C. based organization. The software will also quickly track any and all securities received, determine the applicable internal account, and generate receipt to the donor for tracking and tax purposes.
G. Anthony Munno, President of IceWEB stated, "We are exited to be teamed up with Service First Consulting to provide this application to such an important and historic institution. In addition to filling this requirement, the application we are developing can be used in other institutions looking to track and control similar processes."
"We are pleased and eager to be part of a partnership that allows rapid development and deployment of these invaluable services for the museum. IceWEB creatively utilizes existing architecture to bring innovative functionality to the museum campus and their distributed regional offices without the use of LAN connectivity," stated Russell Phillips, President of Service First Consulting.

CTT chart
IWEB gapped over 5o Day Moving Average. Needs more volume/ But the bars on the left of these chart show NO overhang after today's price. Price by Volume bars show where investors had bought--and if the price can get through those levels, it means that the "break even" investors have decided to let it ride and hold their stock and they are now profitable.
MRKL
SA--if LMMG gets through .09, you could see .15 rather quickly, IMO, if volume picks up.
Anyone still in CWLC?
More coffee! lol. VYST here
VYST was fun, Buckwheat. Kept 20% of what my original was.
Got a little IWEB yesterday. trying to buy at .95, no dice. Earnings are due out in the next week. If IWEB can go up like this with hardly any volume--then supply is definitely tight.
Would love to see IWEB bust a move like VYST did from .14 to .45.

IWEB IS starting to move up. Not enough volume to buy enough to make a difference, but I may try to get some today. I have seen price lead volume before--and the moves can be huge.

Oh--here's the IWEB last Quarter financials . They basically say in this PR that they will be profitable in the next report TBA soon. However, would like to know why it went down after that news. Do you know?

IceWEB, Inc. (OTCBB:IWEB - News) today reported financial results, for its second fiscal 2005 quarter ended March 31, that exceeded previous guidance for revenue and met expectations for operating earnings. In addition, the Company updated guidance for the full fiscal year 2005.
"We had another quarter of excellent results based on flawless execution of the business strategy," said IceWEB's Chief Executive Officer John R. Signorello. "IceWEB is in a position to succeed and grow the Company; our financial position is sound and we are re-enforcing our already strong management team for long-term, sustainable growth."

Shipped and delivered IceWEB Vista, our flagship portal product
Outlook for the Remainder of Fiscal Year 2005
The following updated guidance is based on current expectations and represents "forward-looking statements" (as defined below):
For the third quarter ending June, 2005:
Revenue in the range of $1.7 million to $2.3 million;
Earnings per share in the range of $0.02 to $0.03; and
For the full year, ending Sept. 31, 2005:
Revenue in the range of $ 7.5 Million to 8.5 million;
Earnings per share in the range of $0.33x to $0.04; and
Diluted operating earnings per share in the range of $0.x04 to $0.05
capital, IWEB moving up on dinky volume. Checked their PR's--their First Quarter showed profit (not alot, but, hey, this is the OTCBB, LOL). But the revenue growth is strong. Watching this one. Thanks.
HOTT still on the downslide.
HOTT is in deep doo doo. They disappointed the Street even more than the previous earnings warning...and they cannot change their inventory mix fast enough to salvage the Third Quarter. There are 8 analysts with a Strong Buy or a Buy--and do not be surpised to see them fall off the BUY wagon one by one. HOTT could easily hit $14. Great short or idea for puts.
JMO
HOTT is a short for the next two months. Expect lower guidance on numbers for the Third Quarter.
MAGR on watch, bb.....

Holy Moly--DFTS has been nice. CYBL too.

Defense Technology Systems Comments on Recent Trading Activity; Company Clarifies Recent Amended Filing and Projects Substantial Revenue Increase from Quarter Ended March 31, 2005 to Quarter Ended June 30, 2005.
via COMTEX
July 28, 2005
HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Jul 28, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
The management of Defense Technology Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:DFTS), released the following statement regarding recent trading activity in the stock of the company:
On Tuesday, July 26th, 2005, Defense Technology Systems filed an amended Form 10-KSB for fiscal year ended June 30, 2004. The SEC had requested that the company amend its income statement on its recent annual and quarterly filings to separate, for clarification purposes, gains from debt settlements and gains from write-offs which had initially been reported as a single number. There was no change in the financial results for the 2004 fiscal year. It became apparent from calls received by the company that many investors had mistakenly read the recent filing and assumed it to be the current year filing and expressed concern that the recent acquisition of DCI Corporation did not result in a substantial increase in revenue, as anticipated. The expected revenue increase will be reflected in the Company's annual report on Form 10-KSB for the year ended June 30, 2005, which is expected to be filed by September 30, 2005. Management cannot determine with any certainty that this filing was the cause of the recent drop in share price on higher than average trading volume. However, the company does not have any negative material operational news pending.
