Hey GR, what's your prediction for close today? Hint: current price is $.0007 (up 40%). btw-making a nice little profit on this end. How about you?
Some interesting news in the 10-Q about a new MagShoe model:
"The decrease in revenues and cost of goods sold during the 2010 period as compared to the 2009 period was primarily attributable the design and development of two new prototypes of the Magshoe device in response to greater height requirements and networking capability requested by potential end-users. The design of the prototypes was completed in April 2010. We expect, subject to and pending raising additional capital, to be able to commercially launch the new models. "
It's happened to me before. I bought in at $0.0006 and sold at $0.0072. How many bags is that anyway?
MiltonTonic, let's be honest here. I'll go first...
I'm here because I see potential with IDOI. I know they are a long way from being a profitable company. I realize they are bleeding money at the present time. I realize they have billions of shares OS.
Given all the negative aspects, there are positives. They have a "real" product that is not like any others (and not exceedingly common for sub penny stocks). They hold patents for their designs. They do have their product in various airports across the world and trying to do the same here in the USA.
Given both the positives and the negatives, I see potential. Will it materialize into a profitable investment for me, we'll see. I have made some money off this stock already, but I'm holding out for a bigger move. Will it happen, you don't know and I don't know. It could, but it may not.
I'm neither a pumper or basher, I'm an investor. I'll tell you how it is.
However, I am very curious why those who are consistently negative against this (or any) stock do so on a daily basis. What is your motivation? Did you get burned by Ray on a prior investment? Are you picking up shares for yourself on the cheap (that's fine, if you are)? Honestly, what motivates MiltonTonic, inquiring minds want to know.
I hate to break it to you, but there some of us here who have done quite well with IDOI. I bought 5m shares @ $0.0006 long before many folks on this board ever heard of IDOI. I then sold ~$0.0072 and made a nice $8+k profit.
So, you might say I backed the truck up with some cheap shares and dumped them at the right time. Oh yea, I did buy more @$0.0007 to do it again just last week ;)
Yes, I think it's been shutdown for ~1 week. Perhaps permanently.
Honestly, I don't think it was a good idea to have it. Unless they plan to respond to the posts, it's pointless and they weren't doing a very good job of responding. They have a Press Room (link: http://www.netgenpr.com/idosecurity ) that served them better -IMO
Garage Sale
I added another 1m yesterday. This is a garage sale price from my standpoint. This isn't my first time on this roller coaster. I bought last time at $0.0006 and sold at $0.0072, made ~$8k. I'll do it again. I'm playing with money from my previous profit. I'm riding 5m shares now that were essentially free.
Now, I'm ready for it to move north! I'm in. Personally, I expect them to be bought out by a larger fish. Someone mentioned Raytheon in a previous post, I don't think that is beyond the realm of possibility. Is it likely? Who knows.
The company has been very quiet over the past few months. That could be interpreted in different ways. If a deal is in the works I would expect silence before the move. Then again, they could be running out of money to continue operations. Both are possibilities, among others. But, the upside potential if making the right guess far exceeds the risk of inactivity on my part.
All just my opinion.
Something is definitely brewing. Don't know what it is though...
This is an investment, not a religion.
Some things take time, I for one am willing to wait and see. Is it right for someone else? That is up to them to decide.
I'm with you, I'm holding and still think things will turn around soon. I'm a bit bummed about the current SP, but confident it will turn around.
That said, I did lose to GoldRusher on my estimate on the SP last Fri. Oh well... it was just a prediction that didn't come true last week. I still think it will soon.
Ok, will do. I estimate the SP to be ~.0032 (or higher) by Fri. 3/26/10. For the record, I've been watching this stock since June '09 and holding ~4m shares at present (sold 1m to cover my initial investment).
My "guess" is based mostly on the last PR from Mr. Goldberg and some of the key statements that were made in that PR, along with a few other tidbits I found via Google.
Totally an opinion... but will check back on Fri. to see which of us is closer.
GLTA
It's true I was wrong once before, but I had too much Guinness that night so I blame it on the hops ;) Again, we'll see...
I have a feeling that this week is going to present some good news for IDOI. I have no insider information, just an opinion. Based on recent posts/videos being released it seems like this week would be good timing. But, of course, I could be wrong... We'll see.
IDOI Lands Extensive International Orders for MagShoe™ Technology

Nice post, thanks ANNI Bull.
Nice volume!
I'm holding my shares and waiting for this baby to take off. Hope to see mid-30's (or higher) by this afternoon.
It's a shame, for you. I'm up $15K on this "POS" as you put it, 100% profit since I already sold enough to cover my initial investment. It's all how you play the game ;)
As they say, assuming makes an...
That post was made by the PR firm that was hired by IDOI, not Mr. Goldberg. From what I understand there are a handful of people at their PR firm that respond to the Facebook page. The [ME] at the end of the post is who made the post at the PR firm and I've contacted him directly to recommend they respond. IMO - The post should have been worded more carefully and in coordination with Mr. Goldberg.

I am assuming that it was Goldberg that posted this on Facebook.
"IDO Security, Inc. I apologize for the lack of activity over the past several weeks. I know you guys deserve better. I'm going to try to get as many of your questions answered as I can this week - it doesn't mean I'll get them all answered but I'm going to try. Start listing your questions in the comments for this post and I'll get to work. [ME]Tue at 8:49am"
If "this week" means a normal business week, our wonderful CEO has
failed us yet again. Was I expecting more??? NOT!
cheers
PS Guinness is good for you
There is a new IDOI video posted on YouTube, check it out here:
IMO: I fully agree with this statement, huge potential with IDOI. I fully expect IDOI to become profitable within the next 12-24 months (if not sooner). While I'm not expecting the TSA to make immediate decisions(would be nice if they did-of course), it is a possibility for them to deploy the MagShoe and one I'd certainly welcome. There is a huge market for the MagShoe: airports, prisons, court houses, sporting events, schools, etc. There are other factors that are to be considered as well that could add a twist including: Acquisitions (GE? -their product was rejected by the TSA), Mergers, etc.
If IDOI was trying to scam us, why on earth would they place a huge emphasis on social media? They are the first (sub-penny) company I've seen that employs Facebook and BrandStream PR to put their stock holders at the forefront of communication about the company. Such a move would be devastating to companies with bad intentions, lousy products and no plan to be successful.
That says allot in my book about what IDOI thinks of us and their own expectations for their future objectives. No, I'm not a pumper just a holder of 4m shares of IDOI stock and want to see the markets perception materialize into what I think it is worth.
I'm here for the long haul. I'll sell when I'm dang good and ready. I've already sold some of my shares sometime ago that have covered my full initial investment plus some profit. Stick to your goals and watch them materialize!
Just my .02
As you may have noticed, there are at least a few bashers here on the IDOI board. If you are unsure of how to detect one, please see the following link:
http://www.basherbusters.com/temp/identifyBasher.html
For a more official definition, please see the Investopedia definition:
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/stockbasher.asp
Below is what to do when you encounter one. I've not done a great job at doing this myself, but will keep this in mind in the future.
What do you do?
It is important to find answers on your own terms. Pick up the phone and call the company, talk to the investor relations person or the CEO until you get a satisfactory answer. The problem here is that the advanced basher has you doing his bidding; you have essentially joined his ranks. So, develop your own little “Due Diligence Package” and answer questions by placing the information into the package. Then you can refer new investors to read your well-researched answers to questions raised in the Investor Information package.
What you need to avoid is getting into a conversation with the basher himself or herself about the topic. Once you get into direct conversation with a basher, you give the basher credibility. Answer the question if you need to, but do it indirectly. Never use the basher’s name. Never get into a personality contest with a basher.

Over the past several months I've done some research on the Mag Shoe. First of all, we all know it is a device that allows detecting metal in shoes. The need for such a device is due to a weakness in traditional metal detection devices that are essentially blind from the bottom of the foot up to slightly above the ankle. Please see the first 30 sec. of this video to backup this statement:
Nice little movement up with increased volume. Looks like someone knows something the rest of us don't 8^D

Let's assume IDO Security was able to get the financing it needs; it is possible that it may be IDO Security that acquires another company. Just a thought...
This response was buried deep in another thread this evening on Yahoo's Message board. I spent sometime responding and wanted newcomers to understand more about this stock and why the product it is needed. The original poster's questions and answers follow and relevant to this IHUB message board. That said, here is my reply based on what I've learned over the past month or so... Best to All!
*Question #1:* "Data that suggests that the magshoe is being looke at by the TSA..CURRENTLY"
Answer: This is tricky to find, in a previous post I was accused as a pumper for not being able to demonstrate this better (not my fault, blame Facebook). Anyways, go here: http://www.facebook.com/IDOIinc , then click the "just Fans" link. Near the bottom of the page you'll see a question (July 29th @ 11:15pm) that states:
"tsa is testing-what stage are they at?"
the response from IDO Security, Inc was:
"We have no control over what and when the TSA says or does anything. But we are confident that the Magshoe will continue to be placed in more venues."
Not perfect, not exactly the answer you are seeking but it's the best and most relevant answer I've seen in my month or so of research.
*Question #2:* "PLease give us some data of why the stock is a buy."
Answer: This is a harder question to answer. Why? Because none of us can predict the future. That is the true answer you seek and we can't give it to you. Perhaps the most realistic answer you can get is from someone inside the company. Only they know the "true" answers, right? Well, at least they would know better than you or I. That said, employees of the company are infact buying the shares some of us have sold over the past several months. Please see this link: http://biz.yahoo.com/t/95/7828.html
*Question #3:* "If the TSA decided not to use the magshoe in 2007-8."
Answer (mostly opinion): I have yet to find a single reference/statement on-line that has stated they (TSA) have decided against the use of the MagShoe. IDO Security recently (July) released a new management console that allows monitoring of ~300 MagShoe devices. I presume the reason for IDOI investing the time and effort to develop such a device/solution was to fulfill a customer (or potential) customer requirement. Could it be the TSA? I have no idea, but I can't say it isn't either.
Questions not asked, but good reasons for the MagShoe:
1) Taking your shoes off in public (sweaty feet and all) can lead to the spread of diseases/fungus. While it is presumed that the H1N1 virus can spread from coughing/sneezing, I've yet to find any studies that state the virus can't be spread from sweaty feet at an airport. A relevant link: http://www.10news.com/news/9463455/detail.html?rss=sand&psp=news
2) Traditional metal detectors at airports cannot detect metal from the bottom of the foot to around 6" above the ankle. The jackass (a.k.a SOB) "Richard Reid" exploited this vulnerability in his attempt to set off a shoe bomb. Unfortunately, this is why the MagShoe is needed today.
3) Other options for detecting such materials on your person are invasive. I for one do not want TSA employees seeing me naked. Unfortunately, aside from the MagShoe, that is the only other option on the table that I've read about.
I hope I've answered your questions. I'm not a pumper nor a basher, just someone who has invested in this company because I see a great product with potential. I may be wrong, if I am I'm sure I'll figure that out eventually. But I've only been wrong once before and that time didn't count. :D
GLTA!
According to here: http://www.investopedia.com/terms/b/bidsize.asp
Seems to mean "50" shares, which is pointless -IMO.
Can someone who has more experience than I please explain why the bid/ask sizes have hovered around 50 shares? Who in their right mind would buy/sell 50 shares at a time? Is this a game that MM's are playing to manipulate the share price? At what point will they get bored playing "pong"?
I agree also. I expect to see some big gains tomorrow. I wouldn't be too surprised if we see $.01 in our sights again.
True point eur06 IDOI is public already, of course. The key phrase was "seeking a merger, acquisition or other business combination." This was in April, things may have changed about whom to seek out. IMO
What we know:
* Ray Willenberg works for LIT Consulting which advises companies on financing, mergers and acquisitions.
* Ray serves on the board of IDOI
* As of 8/4/09 he also serves on the board of Plantation Lifecare Developers Inc (PLDI)
* PLDI stated on April 14th 2009 "We are presently seeking a merger, acquisition or other business combination transaction with a privately owned entity seeking to become a publicly owned entity."
I won't state the obvious here, draw your own conclusions...

Thank you BB-ADVISOR for the great idea! Hopefully this will make it easier for others to do the same.
Submit news to your Local TV Stations
Someone posted a statement to notify your local TV News Stations about the MagShoe. Seemed liked a good idea. Here's a write-up I made to submit. Feel free to make any edits/additions and use it yourself if you want:
"Anyone who travels frequently knows what a nuisance it is to have to remove your shoes at airport security checkpoints. The reason why this requirement exists is because metal detection devices can’t detect metal from the bottom of the foot to about 6” above the ankle. Removing shoes is more than a nuisance, it is a health hazard. Studies have shown that shoe removal in high traffic area leaves behind bacteria and fungus that can spread from person to person (Link: http://www.10news.com/news/9463455/detail.html?rss=sand&psp=news). While there are no definitive studies at this point, the potential for the h1n1 virus spreading through such areas could become an area of greater concern.
One company has the solution for the above problems, it’s called the “MagShoe”. Developed by IDO Security (Ticker: IDOI website: http://www.idosecurityinc.com ), the MagShoe allows passengers to proceed through security check points without having to remove their shoes. Scanning takes less than 2 seconds and is in airports across the world including: Australia, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Western Europe. Interestingly enough, North America and more specifically the USA is absent from this list.
My question to your news team is, Why?"
TSA Report - June 10 2009 - Relevant highlights
Link: http://www.tsa.gov/assets/pdf/061009_rossides_progress.pdf
Key point at the very bottom states:
"Additionally, TSA is purchasing and installing reduced-size explosive detection systems (EDS) to increase security effectiveness and improve operational efficiencies through improved throughput."
Quotes from the report ...
"... TSA is purchasing and installing explosives detection systems (EDS) and equipment that will greatly accelerate the deployment of new technologies in airports across the country. These ARRA funds will not only improve security, but also will create jobs and strengthen our economy."
More relevant to IDOI:
"With the support of this Subcommittee, we are expediting the upgrading of technology at passenger checkpoints and for checked baggage screening. AT X-Ray and WBI technologies greatly enhance our ability to detect small IED components made of common items, which remain the greatest threat, resulting in fewer bag checks and faster throughput, as well as the ability to upgrade the system with enhanced algorithms. WBI technologies enable TSA to detect prohibited items such as weapons, explosives, and other metallic and non-metallic objects concealed under layers of clothing without physical contact. TSA will continue to deploy in 2009 Bottled Liquid Scanners that are used to ensure sealed containers do not contain threat liquids. Additionally, TSA is purchasing and installing reduced-size explosive detection systems (EDS) to increase security effectiveness and improve operational efficiencies through improved throughput."
Thanks for the information on what asks prices are coming up next! My question is, how do you know? What tool are you using to view this?
Bid is showing .0069 and ask .007 right now! Looks like it's going to be another exciting day.

For the very latest info., I highly recommend signing up as a "Fan". You get info. there faster than you'll see on the message boards.
That said, today's posts are VERY encouraging.
Fan Stated:
"are they (Edit: TSA) really going to approve the mag shoe soon?"
IDO Security Responded:
"We are hoping for a confirmation soon. Just stand by more updates!"
Once this information becomes widely available I'd expect it to jump substantially. It will be much more expensive to get in on this stock once this happens and noone knows exactly when the confirmation from TSA will occur (hours, days, ?). -IMHO
> FACE BOOK NEW COMMENT ON TSA
> IDO Security, Inc.We're still waiting on them to approve it.

This is awesome news!
A new Post from IDO Security's Facebook page indicates a news release may be posted on Tues. (7/20). Statement reads:

Positive news from IDOI Facebook page
A statement was made regarding their new sales to SE Asia. Stating:
