This response was buried deep in another thread this evening on Yahoo's Message board. I spent sometime responding and wanted newcomers to understand more about this stock and why the product it is needed. The original poster's questions and answers follow and relevant to this IHUB message board. That said, here is my reply based on what I've learned over the past month or so... Best to All!

*Question #1:* "Data that suggests that the magshoe is being looke at by the TSA..CURRENTLY"

Answer: This is tricky to find, in a previous post I was accused as a pumper for not being able to demonstrate this better (not my fault, blame Facebook). Anyways, go here: http://www.facebook.com/IDOIinc , then click the "just Fans" link. Near the bottom of the page you'll see a question (July 29th @ 11:15pm) that states:

"tsa is testing-what stage are they at?"

the response from IDO Security, Inc was:

"We have no control over what and when the TSA says or does anything. But we are confident that the Magshoe will continue to be placed in more venues."

Not perfect, not exactly the answer you are seeking but it's the best and most relevant answer I've seen in my month or so of research.

*Question #2:* "PLease give us some data of why the stock is a buy."
Answer: This is a harder question to answer. Why? Because none of us can predict the future. That is the true answer you seek and we can't give it to you. Perhaps the most realistic answer you can get is from someone inside the company. Only they know the "true" answers, right? Well, at least they would know better than you or I. That said, employees of the company are infact buying the shares some of us have sold over the past several months. Please see this link: http://biz.yahoo.com/t/95/7828.html

*Question #3:* "If the TSA decided not to use the magshoe in 2007-8."

Answer (mostly opinion): I have yet to find a single reference/statement on-line that has stated they (TSA) have decided against the use of the MagShoe. IDO Security recently (July) released a new management console that allows monitoring of ~300 MagShoe devices. I presume the reason for IDOI investing the time and effort to develop such a device/solution was to fulfill a customer (or potential) customer requirement. Could it be the TSA? I have no idea, but I can't say it isn't either.

Questions not asked, but good reasons for the MagShoe:

1) Taking your shoes off in public (sweaty feet and all) can lead to the spread of diseases/fungus. While it is presumed that the H1N1 virus can spread from coughing/sneezing, I've yet to find any studies that state the virus can't be spread from sweaty feet at an airport. A relevant link: http://www.10news.com/news/9463455/detail.html?rss=sand&psp=news

2) Traditional metal detectors at airports cannot detect metal from the bottom of the foot to around 6" above the ankle. The jackass (a.k.a SOB) "Richard Reid" exploited this vulnerability in his attempt to set off a shoe bomb. Unfortunately, this is why the MagShoe is needed today.

3) Other options for detecting such materials on your person are invasive. I for one do not want TSA employees seeing me naked. Unfortunately, aside from the MagShoe, that is the only other option on the table that I've read about.

I hope I've answered your questions. I'm not a pumper nor a basher, just someone who has invested in this company because I see a great product with potential. I may be wrong, if I am I'm sure I'll figure that out eventually. But I've only been wrong once before and that time didn't count. :D
