Dictionary of IDWD:

"YASSARSTEIN" (n) yah-sir-stein. A photo where the main character's face is the only face that is in focus. The face has a different contrast as compared to the rest. There's also a patch of white background around the main character's head that is non-natural, making it look like it's from a completely different picture.



If any of the pumpers here think this stock is legitimate even with this obviously doctored photo, then by ALL MEANS provide a good reason why you think this photo is legitimate!

If you meant that IEEE is made up of non-english speaking people who have no real idea of our complicated usage... that's a really hard explanation to buy.

1) Who corrected the spelling error? This event alone sets off a bell. If the award was a rescan from a reissue then it would have different alignment, contrast, tone, etc... but it does not.

2) IEEE is a world wide professional organization. Do you see PGA Golf tournament committee handing out awards that say "Best GLOF Professional Award"?

3) The IEEE Chairmen himself claims that it's a fraud. Where's the proof from the student governing body as promised by clapperhead clowns and his pumping shill databoy?
