How about a response from one of their suite mates in the same building that knows about Vois's company and officers and can verify their residence in an office building. Tell their suite mate that many out there think they and Vois operate out of a Panda or UPS operation and see what you get. lolol
Joe would be long gone by now, or would never have taken this assignment unless he was almost 100% sure they had the goods LAST MAY! Only needed the validation and refinements from the beta testing. He's still here and selling tickets to the auction which will be coming up shortly. I bet he'll run a MEAN auction for a company that has the rights for a product with the potential that the earpiece does (and future applications as well). Would love to have a front row seat for that deal as it goes down....
A clear attempt to cultivate FUD from angle angle that may work. Ludicrous address in a shopping center (Panda, UPS or otherwise), so obviously bogus and suspect to say the least. If Vois will lie about their corporate address, then what can you really believe about the company. And if they are willing to file false information to the SEC then what do you think is going to happen to your investment dollars. Nothing is beneath them.
Nice way to make a living....but that's what they do. Some are good at it....lots of practice.
would be nice to have a green candle today after the way it gapped up this morning.
Share price dropping on great news and wonderful prospects for the future. Has an eerie feeling like when the ocean recedes, exposing a sandy beach for hundreds of yards just hours before a tsunami devastates everything in its path. Feels like the calm before the storm to me...
I hear ya Esassin, but this is like skiing on rocks today when the weatherman forecasted a foot of snow by Monday. Lounging on the deck, feet on the rail with a cold beer and a snow bunny. Maybe 2 feet of powder in store for tomorrow. whaddya think??
smart move!
Could be game over right now. My guess is more than one entity with deep pockets has already seen this earpiece in action more than once while the late stage beta testing was in progress and repeatedly since it's been finished. Certainly before the rest of the world knows from a video. I'm still in the camp of whomever wants this bad boy bad enough to jump in early and has the financial muscle to wrangle with Joe to own it...then it's already in the works.
impatient....
I truly believe it works as well Jim. I was just spoofin' as you could tell.
if it doesn't work, why produce the video (unless you expect to fake it).
If it does work and it's a fact that a company has just invented something that will revolutionize how the whole world works going forward.....you can't convince me that when we finally see the video that we will be the first to know and Google will eventually read about it in a high tech news publication. lol
the credibility issue would be shored up immensely with a PR stating EXACTLY where Joe's efforts have been concentrated and EXACTLY the status of his progress of each aspect. If it's distribution (better be ready to produce something) give us some specifics to let us know we are getting close to jumping in with both feet on that front (not that Joe is working on it). If it's a possible partner or buyout, tell us at least how many it's narrowed down to and if they are household names.....but give us something! A video demo is only going to go so far. The Moneytv unveiling piece amounted to a 1 day pop and then blood letting for 4. A video with mention of a production time frame or highly interested influential parties... and now you have something! If Microsoft wants to see the product in action and receive mountains of user feedback before negotiating, then I would say they will have missed the boat 'cause its then 2nd Q 2015. Kick the daily sellers of the stock in the rear also with some solid information. It will put THEM on notice that THEY'RE going to miss the boat as well, it will help move us out of sub pennyland.... which in turn will begin to show us in the light of the somebody we are about to become.
Give us the beef....please! IMHO.
I question where the money is coming from for the initial run of product as well as a full on marketing effort. In addition where is the mfg. plant? I think I read that the prototypes were made in Hong Kong?
Lots of questions as we cross our fingers that the product works as well as anticipated and Joe has his pieces coming together as well.
thank you bjl....wasn't expecting that, but might very well be the answer. Wonder what the advantage would be to go that route. Been reading that it's very secure once you have the full patent designation along with the patent number stamped on the product. Pretty iron clad at that point, but what do I know.
any idea how long before the patent pending status moves to a full patent? I think it was applied for in 2011 and takes about 3 years. Gotta be getting close.
The pervasiveness of cell phones has become a reality for the whole world. By 2014 the world will have more cell phone accounts than people on Earth at the current growth rate for that service, concludes a recent study by International Telecommunications Union. The ITU expects the number of cell phone accounts to rise from 6 billion now to 7.3 billion in 2014, compared with a global population of 7 billion.
Over 100 countries have the number of cell phone accounts exceeding their population.
If only 1 in 100 owned a Vois earpiece they would have 73M customers for phones alone (plus additional software) and this is only one industry.
Now tell me....WHAT IS A COMPANY THAT MAKES THIS PRODUCT REALLY WORTH to a guy that can afford to buy it all...TODAY!!
Absolutely....Get that check ready....and be prepared to add another zero after you feel you have offered all you can afford to pay ! lol
exactly my thought this morning
thank you Jim. Been a question in my mind since my first purchase a month ago.
Valuation of the "intellectual property" that the company presently has will play the key role for a buyout offer of VOIS IMO. What that's worth would be all over the map if you talked to 100 people just as it is here on the board. The company has no history of sales numbers, percentage of market penetration. Hell, no one even knows how many market applications are possible other then "a lot". When Joe sold his 2 companies for a billion dollars in the middle 90's to middle 2000's the price of a gallon of gas averaged under $2 and the cost of a dozen eggs was barely a buck. Fifteen years ago...and boy has the cost of goods, services and purchasing whole companies gone up since then.
If the new earpiece works as well as advertised and is a product that is perceived as one that will turn the tech world "on it's ear" (sorry, just has to) and change the way we live in the future, how many tens of billions in potential revenue would that create worldwide? If it works as well as advertised I would think that a progressive and aggressive company that just "has to be the leader in this space" is not going to hang around to see if it can be marketed (hello Joe), to see if it can be massed produced (who wouldn't want this contract) and to see if it will sell before I stepped up to the pay window. If you feel from your research that all of these conditions will undoubtedly be met and if you absolutely HAVE to be first in line, then you have to act first, have a pretty healthy pocketbook and be willing to part with nice chunk of it as you sit across the table from Joe discussing the value of the intellectual property. Valuation based on share price may provide some financial yardstick in conventional analysis of a company's' worth, but I don't see it taking anything other than a minor role with VOIS. Joe has a $$$ number if a significant party were to step up tomorrow, and he probably has a good idea of Vois' worth in 6 months if sales projections and user satisfaction ratings are achieved. If I want to be first to the table I'm in Joes' office before the holidays banking on the fact that all of the above conditions will be met....and growth numbers will be completely blown away as new markets are discovered. For me, acceptance of an offer of 500M would be a giveaway for the pioneer in a multi, multi, multi billion dollar industry that has technology that is presently years ahead of the competition. I could be as far off as the other 99 people you might ask this question, but one thing is for sure...someone want's to be first in this arena and Joes' going to make sure they pay every last cent of what he and the board feels the company is worth.
Obviously this is only my opinion.....love to more from others. (sorry for the length).
"We had a conference call with Microsoft a while back." Wonder how far back?
my bad then...looked like a cut from the Jan 30 PR. Even better then.
But I would have to say that the rest of the post stands. Someone is going to want to pay heavily to be first. How early in the game that is...who knows. Could be shortly after the video and a personal showing to the right party for a big number that has a huge number of zeros in it.
"However, at the time they wanted to see more “critical mass” with the product being used by more people before there was an interest to get involved."
That was last January.
At this stage of the game if they wait much longer, they may find themselves behind a couple of other BEHEMOTHS that have their check books in hand who didn't need to see anymore than the video and witness a personal demonstration of Joe answering his phone while wearing the earpiece.....game over....all he does then is haggle over the price!
LOL....I would love to be the fly on the wall to see the look on their faces.
can you hear me now ??? lol
I was responding to the most critical question at hand in everyone's mind which is" are we going for a buyout. Referencing your question about critical mass...others more qualified should respond buy I will offer this
"Critical mass is an important or crucial stage in a company's development, where the business activity acquires self-sustaining viability. When a company reaches critical mass, it is thought that they can remain viable without having to add any more investment.
siting in the sweetspot stochog. Joe will take them to the last card and someone will have to go "all in" to grab hold of the world's future in the EEG technological age.....and VOIS holds the patents.....awesome!
The most critical question that could be posed to the company at this juncture....coupled with the most reasonable response you might expect from the company. Everything appears to be tracking........Thank you for your effort Brooksda.
how could you expect to accomplish that without the new VOIS earpiece. Gorge yourself during the holidays....packing it on and then next spring you can take daily walks wearing your earpiece until your pants are saggin' like the youngins' these days
Wonder if you can think yourself skinny wearing the earpiece as you sleep. hmmmmmmmmm. gonna have to email Casey on that one. GL Long
Slow today...fence sitters are reeling a little from late news yesterday and now, even with the stellar announcement this morning....people are still holding until they see the video before they jump in. When it comes out the non thinkers will be dumbfounded and write it off as a Photoshop or the man behind the curtain pulling the strings trick. Techies and savvy investors will salivate. All good things take time to come to fruition....but I have a feeling that the VOIS story will run a little faster than most.....a lot faster. Get in or be wishing you had!
you will then have to think yourself skinny!
thoughts on whether Joe's deal is a nice paycheck (every month/quarter) from the sizable profits that will be generated when the product hits the streets. Or is it a "hit and run" with numerous zeros from a "full on" buyout. Done deal, send me a big check.
I'm on the big check side. He has other small fries he can make a 100M+ with if he can concentrate his time...... after vois is off the financial charts.
If I owned a company that was seriously thinking of buying VOIS out, I sure would want my company name, logo and anything else company related plastered all over the video from the very first time it was introduced to the public. Just as though we had pioneered and developed the product our self.
one of the only reasonably posts I have read here that wasn't an out right pump job or defensive move to deflect a question that offended the group.
JP..you speak from the heart....damn the masses
nice read...your sniffer needs to be recalibrated
hoping?....or REALLY hoping? get in line.
Obviously waiting for a PR on the final beta results and a demo date. But if you assess all of the developments since the January Microsoft PR and his hiring in May, it's highly possible that the next PR is that Joe is or has been (for some time) in a poker game will well healed players concerning VOIS and the stakes keep going up. A POT HE HAS NO CONCIEVABLE CHANCE OF LOSING....only how much can he WIN for the company. Joe involved in a scam?...get outta here. Shorts can cover or fry!
cant be soon enough
Fear...Uncertainty and...Doubt.The triumvirate of emotions that the short contingent has crafted exceptionally well to coerce you in to coughing up your hard earned and lucrative shares to them because you now have remorse in your purchase for no good reason at all. Nothing has changed with the fundamentals of the company but the FUD fu**fed up your perspective. Don't let them do it to you. You are smarter than that.....GL
more FUD attempting to delay the inevitable. Hey shorts....come clean with your kids about what you do for a living when you tuck them in bed at night. I'm sure they're going to wanna' grow up to be just like daddy if you give them the true goods about the scum bag life you lead. Good luck tomorrow...daddy.
and it takes a lot of money to make sure your SEC filings are in order...WITHOUT A REQUIREMENT TO DO SO. Dark side is living on borrowed time. One PR with Joe wearing an earpiece and it's a wrap!
