great piece Broods...especially enjoyed the statement
"Larry (CEO) will look at potential deals at a very early stage,” Google’s VP of corporate development said.
it doesn't get more "early stage' than where MS is now, with the kicker of moving in to tooling in preparation for production within the next 30 days.
I think Google is probably in the running...there may be a few others...ok LOTS of others!. Joe knows who they are and they have a dollar sign pasted on their foreheads and don't what it is. This is like playing Indian in cards as a kid. Pay me now or pay me later, but you will pay sooner or later.
may depend on whether they are negotiating on a buyout or not. At that point...who cares!
a man for the ages. someone us greedy bastards should admire.
good man...but when Vois is .02 or higher, revisit this post. That's where the character begins. Thousands ahead and not in the red any longer. If it goes in to the millions for you (which I hope for) then I believe you will make the most of it. Some for you and your family and some for those that have none. Go Vois Go
Boris..you have it all.....it was Will Rogers

truer words were never spoken. the man was light years ahead of his time.
pretty much thought that you were "real" Brooks but in this crazy cyber environment all gloves are off until intent is validated. You are one of the good guys as I see you (60's westerns). Make your fortune Brooks and by all means I urge you to help others in need to make theirs. You have the power, the knowledge and the gift. Hoarding wealth is obnoxious. You will never regret assisting those less fortunate than you. NEVER !!
good for you Brooks and not so good for mom and pop in a farming community somewhere in Iowa that purchased VOIS at .038 today. First entry in to the market and aren't sleeping tonight over their losses. .0030 tomorrow and mama says "sell" / papa does! and then we go to copper after that....mom and pop are road kill!! I hope it opens "up" and it moves through the 30's in to the 40's building committed shareholders as opposed to the short/long/retail road kill scenario that is continually the norm. We need to keep every investor we can attract to the company. GLTU
my thoughts on the latest timeframe for 'explosion' would be 2Q 2015. 3 months production time, 3 months in product use, 2 months assessment of feedback, 1 month negotiations to buyout. The earliest explosion timeframe IMO is "this week". Someone want to be "FIRST" to own this BEAST and that doesn't mean waiting 8 months so you can come in last. only my thoughts.
you are just plain lost dude....GLTU in your next life. Read my last 250 posts before you formulate opinions of what my intent or "agenda" is. Put down the bottle or "J" and wake up...life is happening out there and you are just not keeping up!
you really don't get it..do you! the premise was...who needs a damn video, marketing or anything else if the company is sold for 500M+ before it comes out. The new owner will make one "Hollywood style" that could win an Academy award. A video on MoneyTV as the worldwide introduction to this product and you believe this is adequate? ..lolololo.
and the reason for not making any reasonable attempt to aggressively promote your "next best thing can't live without" product would be what JAM?
agree....Something doesn't seem quite right with all of this, especially with Joe in the mix. Why would a company that has been working diligently for years and years to develop technology such as this...finally refine it to where it "exceeds all expectations"...and then not be prepared to absolutely media blast it to all reaches of the planet. Archaic website with hardly any news about the new product, a third rate TV infomercial spot for the "big splash" and no use of social media which would totally get the job done quickly... for FREE. Why would you do that!, especially with Joe here to tell them..."we need to sell this thing guys, I have suppliers in the mix now" and we need marketing. I'm thinking you ignore all of that because it's not needed..."we won't own this company in a week so let the new guy pay to market his own product". I don't think Joe has been working on distribution channels hardly at all since May. I think he has been virtually 100% looking for a buyer and is on the cusp of closing the deal. That's why he doesn't care either. Don't spend time, money or effort you don't have to. NO pr last week or today about the video unveiling because "we just need the rest of the week to hammer out the final details" and the announcement will be our next PR. May be crazy thoughts and it's only my opinion but none of this makes sense to myself and a lot of intelligent people here...but I bet it makes perfect sense to the people that are trying to sell this company. No stoning please...I'm not thinking clearly these days.
is this the earth shattering"WOWWWWWW" DD information you found last week....or is there something else in the mix that we sure would love to know about?
If they really were serious about this other company, then they absolutely HAVE TO KNOW about the MS earpiece, the glowing beta testing results for ergonomics and function and MS' willingness to be bought out with Joe out there waiving the "for sale" sign. And they don't need to see a video to know what they already know. If they want to be first in this technology then all they need to do is step right up to the pay window or they might just wind up being a close second.
funny how management hasn't figured that out.
I HOPE there are a lot of people other than those on this board waiting to see the video to make a decision whether to buy or not. This thing really needs to make peoples jaw drop when they see it. Either that, or MS already has a suitor and are just haggling over the price...in which case it doesn't matter one bit.
thanks cazual. totally have a grip on phase 1 information and videos of the company history that we see repeatedly.
watching closely for the catalyst of phase 2 that creates the BOOOOM :)
Home team is up to bat and Joe is on deck.
I believe it would be closer to $.10 on a little over 1B shares, but whose counting after copperland. For the record...I haven't been through a buyout either my friend. Breaking new ground here and possibly creating a fortune for the family and grandkids while just trying to make the mortgage payment. lol Go VOIS GO
with emphasis on the word "extremely"!!
maybe the price is good for you today, but MoneyTV is not the answer or it stays in subpenney land until we hear from Joe. I'd rather you and I have to buy it at .008 and rising by Wed because something is now happening other than waiting for the next short attack.
good information for the newbies just taking a look at the company this week. Too bad it's not updated to let them know the video comes out in the next week so they can invest beforehand.
The pony express is delivering the news about VOIS's achievements these days when the speed of light is how viral marketing actually moves in the 21st century. We need an upgrade sooooooon!
the voice of reason...
seems to me like an "instant gratification" pay me now syndrome that has replaced "patience brings reward' attitude that has somehow mysteriously disappeared in the last 50 years. Nothing wrong at all with .25 mind you, nice money. Until you compare it to possibly $1-$2 in 4 months. Bird in the hand thing I get it, but I'm just sayin'. Do the math. One beamer now...a whole garage full of Lamborghini's by spring. To each his own......GLTA.
these will be real hits from impartial parties and friends to friends sharing the next best thing....not a paid for infomercial. Sorry to the purists here, but those shows are really not very far removed from the shopping network. The hits from the last piece speak volumes. Frustrating when you have no VOIS in the matter. Tree falling in the woods with no one around.
don't think Joe would go for it. he knows what real genius is worth....and you own a part of it. hold out until orders come in and production is underway.....make them pay through the nose. Their nose smells huge, huge, huge money...and so should we.
I second that sir....in spades!!! and then hand it over to the kids with social media. 500 contacts in my family alone and 3 of them are shareholders. How could you not be able to market a product such as this in the viral connectivity age such as the one we rely upon daily. It's as mind boggling on the downside as their achievements with the technology are to the upside. You can do it slow or you exponentially. I have my opinion about the answer to that question. Winner either way. Pay me now or pay me later....
Could be that hardly anyone knows about any of that. Many this weekend have been beating the drum about avenues on how to get the word out on a large scale. The couple of thousand hits we got last time from the MoneyTV spot evaporated. The video will be the crown jewel that documents the culmination of the company's progress and achievements to date with this earth shattering technology. It needs to be delivered TO THE MASSES as such. If you want to whole world to buy it...the whole world needs to know.
one more time and that's positively it!
I absolutely have to agree with all of that!
it's been mentioned that MS has instituted measures to prevent a hostile takeover of the company. I am wondering what type of "shark repellant" is being relied upon to thwart such an attack of MS. If you wish, copy and paste the article below for an explanation of they numerous avenues that can be taken. I found many of them to be extremely disturbing and detrimental to the pps and the shareholders in order to get the job done.
Corporate Takeover Defense: A Shareholder's Perspective
By Ian Huntsley
need to put the tech giants on notice. Someone wants to be first on this and is willing to cough up the $$$ that will be required by Joe to have it. Who finds who first is just dancing. If you want to sell it...then sell it. If it's too good to even have to peddle it, then wait for the highest bidder after the numbers become astronomical which will be driven by overwhelming street appeal. I'm good wherever this goes.
makes sense to me as long as it dovetails with what Joe is up to.
my calculator won't let me input a number with that many zeros.
if a buyout doesn't occur early on, I'm thinking that the pps could still easily run up at least a few pennies in the near term. The fact that the earpiece would be in tooling for production (validation that it undoubtedly works "very well"), some early orders are now on the delivery schedule and the ultimate hammer of THE POSSIBILITY THAT A BUYOUT COULD OCCUR "AT ANY TIME" and if you're not in you miss the majority of the initial surge to the buyout price (too late to the party). What motivation to buy VOIS before the big money comes calling!! But what people don't know, they don't know. Vois is WAY too big of a secret at this point. Hope management has some serious marketing planned immediately after the video airs. Knowing what we know about the gem we have here, the "one tells two and two tells four" method of communication would be excruciatingly painful to endure waiting until we have customers in NUMBERS to really drive sales. We need real exposure. C'mon guys...you're coming up to PRIME TIME here....show us you mean business!
sorry....mother lode!
thank you for your insight. Sounds as though you had a good conversation with Casey about this very subject. Just wondering if they would go for an early buyout for a smaller number or fund production and distribution using the purchase order financing format that was suggested and push a potential sale in to 2015.....going for the motherland $$$$.
thank you...will reply tomorrow morning
and on a scale of one to ten Stockman...what is your confidence level that VOIS is the real deal and Joe sells this puppy for 300M plus and when. If an immediate sale is not in his plan, then what do you anticipate might be his next step? thank you for your thoughts.
wish I was you....go for it bud!!
brooks....get out of the pinkies. the ulcers will kill you
