Actually I believe it has been stated by management that we can expect an update in early January. This is what I am referring too. My mistake calling it an annual report. Oops! I don't expect the 10k for 90 days or so. Joe
Are most of you fine folks aware that we can expect an annual report from the company in early January? Now what would one expect to be in that report, hhmmmmmm??? Joe
STTK, is certainly slowing in it's descent. Might be worth a buy at this level of 0.22. They retired a ton of shares recently and news out of China is expected in Early January. I will begin to nibble in here with more interest if this begins to uptick tomorrow or the next day. Hold through January for the potential of a 4 or 5 bagger.
Also a look at a serious 3 to 5 bagger GZFX. Can't miss with this one going forward since Circuit City is selling their subscribtion based service in 27 of it's stores. full roll out expected and will be announced in january.
I believe we see the next 10Q with the 10K at the end of March. They have 90 days to file. I will be most curious about the following 10Q which we will see in mid May. Joe
whizknock, and it is worth repeating. Wick did the almighty DD and deserves major kudos. Repost below;
Coincidence??????...guess again....
At a meeting of the Circuit City board of directors on Saturday, December 17, 2005, Philip J. Schoonover was elected unanimously to the board, effective immediately, and named chief executive officer effective March 1, 2006.
Lead director James F. Hardymon stated, "On behalf of the board of directors, I want to thank Alan for his accomplishments in building a new Circuit City. During his tenure as chief executive officer, he orchestrated the transformation of the company's senior management team, a team that has already demonstrated its strong capabilities and intense desire to win, and he has made the difficult decisions necessary to turn around a company in a tough competitive market. Today, Circuit City is better positioned to succeed in the future thanks to his efforts."
McCollough, 56, joined the company in 1987 as general manager of corporate operations. He was elected assistant vice president in 1989; vice president and Central Division president in 1991; senior vice president, merchandising in 1994; president and chief operating officer in 1997; chief executive officer in June 2000; and chairman of the board in June 2002. McCollough has been a director of the company since 1999.
Hardymon continued, "The board is excited about Phil stepping up to the CEO role and leading Circuit City through its next chapter of success. He combines exceptional experience in the consumer electronics industry with strong vision and great leadership skills. Phil has clearly demonstrated those skills over the past year as he led the operational transformation of the company and started our innovation work, which is a critical component of the company's future success."
Schoonover, 45, joined Circuit City as executive vice president and chief merchandising officer in October 2004 and was named president in February 2005. Schoonover has been responsible for the store operations, marketing, merchandising, supply chain, business development and strategy groups. Prior to joining Circuit City, he was executive vice president -- customer segments at Best Buy Co., Inc. from April 2004 until September 2004. Schoonover joined Best Buy in 1995 and served in various senior management positions in merchandising and new business development. He has also held senior management positions with TOPS Appliance City and senior sales and marketing positions with Sony Corporation of America.
and Schoonover was there for this.....

Best Buy and Netflix Offer Co-Branded Online DVD Movie Rental Service
Cross-Channel, Joint-Marketing Alliance Makes Purchasing and Renting DVDs Easier than Ever
MINNEAPOLIS, MN - September 11, 2001- Best Buy Co., Inc. (NYSE: BBY), the nation's number one specialty retailer of consumer electronics, personal computers, entertainment software and appliances, and Netflix (Netflix.com), the largest online DVD rental source, today announced a strategic marketing alliance designed to make the purchase and rental of DVD movies easy and accessible to consumers nationwide. As part of the agreement, Best Buy and Netflix have launched a co-branded DVD rental service that is accessible through BestBuy.com, SamGoody.com, MediaPlay.com, OnCue.com and Suncoast.com.
The alliance brings together two early pioneers of the DVD market: Best Buy, the first major retailer to devote a considerable in-store presence to support the DVD platform; and Netflix, which launched its innovative subscription service nearly two years ago and has quickly grown to become the Internet's largest DVD rental service with more than 300,000 active subscribers. Through Netflix, movie fans can rent as many DVDs as they like for $19.95 a month, with up to three movies out at a time. The movies are delivered via first class mail in a postage-paid return mailer and there are no late fees or no due dates.
Under the agreement, Best Buy has introduced a co-branded version of the online DVD rental service to its customers through its five online Web sites and will launch joint-marketing programs at the Company's 1,800-plus retail stores this fall. In turn, Netflix directs its customers interested in buying DVDs to Best Buy's Web sites to make their purchases.
"The agreement with Netflix is a key initiative that supports Best Buy's commitment to providing new entertainment solutions to meet customer needs," said Scott Young, vice president and general manager of Entertainment for BestBuy.com. "Adding a DVD rental subscription to our mix of entertainment products and services builds on Best Buy's leading position with entertainment customers today and prepares us for the future."
The alliance further positions Best Buy as a full-service movie destination, creates ongoing relationships with customers through a subscription model and strengthens Best Buy's market- leading position in entertainment and technology. In addition, the relationship will position Best Buy and Netflix for the potential addition of future digital service offerings such as Video-On-Demand.
"This relationship has considerable advantages for both parties," said Mitch Lowe, vice president of Strategic Alliances at Netflix. "For Netflix, the agreement provides a highly visible presence in more than 1,800 retail stores nationwide and exposure to consumers who visit Best Buy stores and Web sites. For Best Buy, the relationship provides a steady stream of consumers who want to buy DVDs and a tangible stake in the rapidly growing DVD rental market."
The co-branded DVD rental service is currently available online and will be promoted through Best Buy, Sam Goody, Media Play, On Cue and Suncoast brick and mortar stores this fall. Internet users can directly access the online DVD rental sites at www.netflix.com/bestbuy, www.netflix.com/samgoody, www.netflix.com/mediaplay, www.netflix.com/oncue, and www.netflix.com/suncoast.

Reb, no one can accurately predict the future share price, as you know. Many things could undermine the stocks progress forward. This is OTC land and fraught with risk. We have a chance of hitting 5 cents by the time we see the 10K at the end of march or official news from CC. Other than that it is all a crap shoot. The float is huge and has a dampening effect on the pps. Any significant news could spike this up through 5 cents but we could also sit at a penny for sometime without news. News seems to come infrequently with GZFX so waiting this out for the 10Q and 10k seems the best course. The rumors of roll outs and higher revenues with increased sub growth is suggestive of a higher pps going forward. That is why I am in with a ton of shares. 20 cents is a real stretch but not impossible in the the next year or two. Joe
Welcome to our humble board and thanks for sharing what you found out.
I too have asked myself why the pps is still so low. It is a bit complicated but includes way too many traders, (intraday flippers), pretty big float, ok, ok , a huge float and there is a little mystery propagated by bashers about the possibility for a huge increase in shares outstanding.
You also have to look at the past 10Q's which were quite dismal at best. And the lack of follow up news is having an effect. Finally one has to look at the pps prior to the CC announcement, .002 and dropping. We have based 5 to 6 times higher than the .002 and that is a pretty decent base move all things considering. One last thing, the MKT hates uncertainty and there is still a lot of mystery surrounding the full CC rollout.
Anyone else want to wade in here. I may have missed a point or two. Please keep in mind that this stock has huge potential for big gains over time. Mid January should be our next bit of news and with that a higher high is likely. Again, glad to have you here and keep diggin. Joe
I don't normally reply to these types of posts, causes board clutter, but....! young jeezy, there those of us who did not think we would be mentioned and stated so on this board. Please review the last 2876 posts to find the nonhyped posts on this call. It was a wash, about 50% of the board was saying yay and about 50% were saying nay. Take that for what it is worth. Joe
GZFX.....CC.................................................Great combination. Wait for the January Annual report for an uplifting experience. Joe
It might have been the new GenX stores that opened in the Mass area. Not sure though, and my name for these new stores could be suspect as well. Of course GZFX is now trialing in some of these new stores so ya never know, Just a WAG, Joe
OT: LMAO, that was funny Todd!
TWilliamM, Wisconsin? A store in Wisconsin has GZFX stickers all over their games! That is not a pilot store, so why would they be doing that and who gave them permission to advertize for us? Things that make you go Hmmmmm! Nice find by the way. Joe
At the very least we will be hearing from management in early january. Anyone think this will move on this annual report? I believe it will be the beginning of a move north.
GZFX WEBCAST HIGHLIGHTS...
Q: When do you expect to show an uptake in subscription revs?
A: This will be detailed in the annual report early Janauary.

mwjoy, I think everyone should do as you ask, especially since you have been so forthcoming with info about the CC alliance. Keep posting that removal of photo post to be sure that people comply. Joe
Then this is as we expected but very good to see in print. Almost like a PR. Ok, now the mkt needs to wake the f... up and realize this is a monster, lol. Joe

GZFX.OB - This stock has bounced nicely from support at .01 as can be seen in the chart below. We’re not surprised to see the dip here, but we are not expecting a fall below .01. If this were to happen it would definitely be a bad sign.

I'm out of PTSH for a quick profit. Probably out for good, don't like this puppy, lol. Good luck to all, Joe
Goldshooter, any reason you can see for this run up and down today? Looks mighty suspicious of a pump and dump. Could be news is around the corner though. Joe
PTSH has to have something cookin for this volume today. We will know tomorrow! I nibbled at .0033. Joe
PTSH has been stirred not shaken. It is safe to go back in the water yet. What a run and what a drop. I am sooo tempted to buy a piece in here at .0035! No news? Nothing but air, but ya never know what tomorrow might bring. Good luck to all who enter here, Joe
Bought another 200,000 at .0138. I put my order in at All or none at .0139 and they filled me below that. Sweet! Joe
Right on, Chartinator!
I respectfully disagree, the rollout of all the CC stores is not factored into the pps at this time. The street has raised the pps base on the alliance with CC and the 17 store trial and on the CFO's recent insider purchase of 5 mil shares. And that is all that is factored in at this time, other than a possible double in the sub growth, (sweet).
Most buyers who will come onboard if we get a PR on a National roll out are only aware of the trial. If, and this seems to be a big if, CC and GZFX make a news item out of the roll out the stock will head north in a big way and sell off after this doubles or triples from here.
I don't see this any other way. The rollout wording in the first PR has left huge uncertainty in the minds of many. A full roll out PR eliminates that uncertainty and allows for buyers to come rushing in. Look at how much uncertainty exists here on the subject as an example. The mkt. hates uncertainty by the way.
One other note on this subject. We ran to .015 on the first PR with a selloff and a subsequent run back through the .015 to .025. Another sell off occurred and we are now in another uptrend off the recent low of .0105. This has all the earmarks of a stock that will break through the .025 and make a new high with an eventual higher base. What will cause this push is anyone's guess but it is certainly likely over the next 30 to 60 days and my WAG would be early January. Just be patient enjoy the higher highs and higher lows. Joe
Yours is the only OT post I would go out of my way to read. Great pics, lol. None of us mind taking a peak at what you intend to buy with your GZFX lotto money, lol! Joe
Very true. It is hard to find stocks this early in a cycle in Pennyland. Most if not all penny stocks are pump and dump varieties. Not so with GZFX. This is exceptionally rare folks, believe or not! LOL. Joe
Some of us have already tagged this for 2 or 3x's gain on the original CC PR. Heck, I still own a ton of shares I bought at .007. I see some serious potential here for stellar gains but as you say, it is going to take time. Still, it is not unrealistic to expect a 2 bagger off these levels before the end of the year and a 3 to 4 bagger off these levels in January. Not bad if ya plunk down 15,000 bucks at .015 and buy 1 million shares and hold till the end of January. Now if ya want to make a lot of money, hold this till the next 2 10Q's. I intend to hang around for the big bucks. Just a matter of time, Joe
Thanks Xanadu, So we have a long wait for anything in writing on sub and revenue growth. Might we see a Pres. letter or update in january. No 10Q/10k till March 31st is one heck of a long wait. Imagine how much lift off this will have from the numbers out in the 10Q/10K. People do need to keep their expectations in check though, this is going to take sometime to move up into the 5 or 10 cent range. joe
Need a little help. Does GZFX's fiscal year end on Jan. 1st? If so, we might get an annual report in January, correct? If not, we can expect a 10Q due out by Feb 15th. TIA, Joe
jrod, I like those sub bumbers and believe that 100,000 sub growth this first year is possible. Good luck to you, Joe
Ot; Yes, how could you tell, lol. Joe
Yeah, people need to quit looking at comparision stocks like QBID which will never survive due to the most massive, largest dilution ever seen on this planet, EOM!! No offense to those still holding QBID. Joe
GZFX has hit the big time! If what we are confirming through CC store visits and from phone calls is true than the Rollout is guaranteed. Does everyone here really know what this means. I mean really know??? This is huge, as I have said from day One! Huge, Friggin monster huge.
The pps does not reflect the earnings potential of a CC rollout. It is real simple, the pps is undervalued at this time. If the rollout is in effect, and in my opinion it is, than the pps should reflect 50,000 or more subs worth of revenue at the very least, low ball estimate of course going forward a year. What is the stock worth if the revenues reflect 50,000+ subs? My Wild aas guess with a float of 2 billion shares would be around 5 to 10 cents.
The market looks to the future and should certainly see the huge potential going forward for GZFX. I don't think I have ever seen a situtation that is as undervalued as GZFX at this time. Screw the float, it is about very large increases to the quarterly growth, which are in the bag. The "street/mkt" will wake up soon and price this stock accordingly. I say buy as much as you can and wait just a little while for a 3 to 5 bagger from here. Whew, Ok, I am over the top, a bit excited but hey, this is huge, lol. Joe
Yes, I am talking about GZFX.
"Netflix will begin to come into the picture as we = GZFX ramp up our = GZFX sub numbers. At the moment we = GZFX are a speck on the wall that seems to grow larger every day. GZFX Should be an irritant anytime now for the giant Netflix. Joe
Gold, Netflix will begin to come into the picture as we ramp up our sub numbers. At the moment we are a speck on the wall that seems to grow larger every day. Should be an irritant anytime now for the giant Netflix. Joe
Thanks Xanadu, I consider that an honor to be included in the halls of memorable posters. I have really enjoyed being a member of this forum and have found the GZFX discussions to be quite enlightening all the way around. Looking forward to the next 6 months to a year. Joe
