yeah okay. I just reposted it (about half a dozen of my posts ago)
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=1268809
Now I know what you're talking about.
thanks
Tony
CL, my post was an (obviously) not so clear statement that I had no idea what you were talking about.
What were you talking about?
lotsa talk about price (and why not...a double from yesterdays close? yikes)
The message here is that Intel has give Wave legitimacy.Wave has been telling this tale for quite some time. NSM validated it some with their licensing of Wave's IP, and being in Intel's booth and the IDF was nice. This is an order of magnitude greater.
The Fall IDF should be extremely interesting
mig, I was at 1.20-ish...sheeeet, forgot about that...I thought red was a NORMAL color
Now, if I my, could we have an IBM ETS announcement (with downloads of Embassy Suite on IBMs page) and a design win or two announced with both NSM and Infineon that explicitly name Wave
That's all I ask...
cl, oh cryptic one...
article?
debate?
huh?
um, that comment I made about cubic being the best thing wave has done sin the HP/Embassy announcement? Can I retract that? please?
Remember this?
http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=8906
13th of April, Mr. Magee writes: "Of course, this quarter is 865 (Springdale) city for Intel, and it will push, push and push again to get large corporations to accept it as a standard, being as it has all that good Wave TCP trusted computing stuff and all, just like AMD will have."
Maybe that guy knows something after all...
so, premarket (at 9:21) is at a buck 30 ($1.30) witrh a quarter million shares...
Shorts getting squeezed? Or those in the know now allowed to buy?
Or both?
20n2004...ummmm,
never mind.
20n2004,
WHAT is up 54%??
son
of
a
mommy
dog!!!!!!!
nope...referring to the HP EMBASSY thing on Oct27 that create EMBASSY
hmmmm Cubic is not kidcard. Cubic is not globalwave. Cubic isn't even FINREAD. Cubic may be the best thing Wave has done since HP
no it's not. Proxy not fully reviewed by SEC yet
I wouldn't normally do this, but the effect is freaky...(Matt, if you end up deleting this, well, it IS off topic)
this is a non-animated picture...you're BRAIN is making it move...
ooooooo
big weird optical illusion
oops. These Cubic guys have serious 'in' with the gov't
http://www.cubic.com/corp/media/CDA.asf
(AGAIN, 13meg file...right click and 'save target as' is the wise thing to do)
At about 6:30 in this video, the steely knives and oily guns give way to security, smart cards and that kind of wave related thing...
So, I'm officially backing off my 'so what' post. I don't want to upset these guys...
Interesting video on Cubic's secure cards/card readers...
(it's 12 meg folks...right click and 'save target as' seems to be the prudent thing to do here...)

Interesting paragraph in the PR that I don't recall seeing before:
Wave's EMBASSY-platform trusted client technology is currently in use in a range of government environments, including defense and healthcare applications, and in commercial applications in Europe. EMBASSY is ideal for a wide variety of applications requiring access control of information, including HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations for the protection of health patient information.
The 'R' is a bad translation from the original of the 'registered trademark' symbol
"...will integrate Wave's EMBASSY® technologies..."
Hello Joe. From your link, the most recent buy was (counting on fingers) 5 and a half months ago...
BTW, I too am struggling for words to describe my "so whatedness" with this PR.
But on the other side of the coin, it gives us another third party to watch for activity. If Rubiks cube gets a sale, what is the likelihood that EMBASSY will be in it? (Not a sarcastic question, my inquiring mind really wants to know)
Dating, yes (Was George Best Pete Bests's brother?)
I beg to differ on Beckham being the best in the world, or for that matter, the best ManU player.
The past season he was 'okay', but nothing to write home about.
Ronaldo, Figo, Zidane, all rank better than him (my own personal ranking system, not YET sanctioned by FIFA) (oops, they're team mates now...will be interesting to see how well becks fits in)
Solskjaer is looking to be able to match Becks abilities on the right side.
As far as skill is concerned, NOBODY can match Nistelrooy.
But I have to get to work now, so,
later...
wavelover, please don't take this as a personal attack (which it couldn't be, as I don't know you)
The email 'he said/she said' is nice, but absolutely useless.
If it makes anyone feel better about their investment, well, good for them. I think this board would do better by finding independent (non-Wave) sources of information that supports Wave's story (with attribution)
Any e-mail I post I am more than willing to forward to anyone that provides me their email address. Can you do the same?
D&O
English is a lousy language to communicate with (but it's the only one I'm half way good at)
The 'abnormal' I opined on was the fact that the SEC was reviewing. They review all SEC filings, a little more diligently that in the past.
The delay cannot be considered NORMAL, but I expect in time, as more filings get closer scrutiny by the SEC, NORMAL will get longer, and proxies will be filed earlier.
Last month I asked AMD what was what re: TPM, specifically if they had chosen a vendor and what their plans were. The response I received is below:
Hello Tony,
Thank you for contacting AMD's Technical Service Center. AMD is currently evaluating TPM as a viable solution for the Opteron and Athlon 64 processors. Unfortunately I cannot comment on this technology at this time. Please stay posted to our webstie for the latest information.
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to
contact me.

August 15 (45 days after the end of the quarter for quarterly reports.)
Haven't pointed out the discrep to wave. Think I should?
Come on folks. I can discuss EPL fairly knowledagbley (although it's apparent I can't spell). Would love to get some insight into the MSL action in the US. I had no idea who the new keeper MAnU picked up wqas, and it turns out he was the number one MSL keeper the past season...
BTW, while it is a long way out, I have definite plans to hit the 2006 world cup in Germany.
Concerning TVTonic, there's a trippi mention here
http://www.boston.com/dailyglobe2/210/nation/In_changing_sphere_Dean_s_Net_fund_raising_outdoes_Chen...
(I don't agree with the politics of the man [Dean], but I admire his ability to get the grass roots involved)
Because I am not living in the US I don't have the ability to subscribe to TVTonic (or at least I couldn't the last time I checked) It's unfortunate -- I enjoyed Rawdio...
LHF, it's an unsigned approval. They review and make comments. If you are smart, you adhere to their comments. If they review and don't have comments, it's tacit approval. Let's not get too semantic.
SHM Date and Proxy Info
No, the date has not been set yet.
Yes the SEC is reviewing (not approving, though that is a fine point) the Proxy Filing (Form 14A)
No, this is not abnormal, and since there is a new focus by the SEC on Proxy statements (http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2003-83.htm) I would expect it to take longer than originally expected.
The bad news is that the date is not fixed (difficult for travellers) and the folks that put up the 5.5 mill will be slightly inconvenienced. The good news is that the 2Q numbers may be out BEFORE the SHM...
Wahoo, 14A ***IS** the proxy statement.
Can someone explain this to me?
Any shares of Class A common stock issuable upon conversion or exercise of the Series H Securities (the "Conversion Shares") in excess of the Share Cap will be redeemable by Wave at the option of the holders if the shareholders do not approve the issuance of Conversion Shares in excess of the Share Cap. Initially, two-thirds (2/3) of the number of initial Conversion Shares that are being registered for the Investors hereunder relate to the Series H Stock and one-third (1/3) relates to the Series H Warrants.
Exactly what happens if we shareholders do not approve the increased authorization?
Now, I must crash.
Later.
cpa, I've commented on this before:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=1251382
as well as this:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=1251413
LHF, the only further reference to the 15th of August follows with " The Issuer shall only be required to issue shares of Common Stock up to the Authorized Amount (as defined below) until such time that the Issuer receives stockholder approval to increase its authorized shares of Common Stock and files an amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware increasing its authorized shares as contemplated by Section 3.16 of the Purchase Agreement."
In other words, if the SHM is after the 15th, the share issuance can only occur up to the CURRENT authorized amount. No other bad things will happen. The remaining shares have to wait until the SHM.
Why do you persist in making this a life or death situation for Wave. It isn't.
cpa, get a grip.
There is/was no promise There was an expectation. Perhaps the investors should check with SEC and get them to speed things up for them.
The filing states :"The Series H Securities are not convertible or exercisable until the trading day following Wave's shareholder meeting which is currently planned for Monday, July 14, 2003."
LHF,
The filing states the following:
1. Term. The right to subscribe for and purchase shares of Warrant Stock represented hereby shall commence on the earlier of (i) August 15, 2003 or (ii) the Trading Day following the Annual Meeting Date (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) and shall expire at 5:00 p.m., eastern time, on April 30, 2008 (such period being the "Term").
So, what effect (negative, I am inferring from your 'toast' comment) does subscription and purchase in advance of dilution approval have?
OT:Yikes, a stutter...
OT: You ain't the real trance...and of that I'm thankful
