UAMA has no upside. UAMA CEO is a criminal, found guilty, after appeal on 41 counts of stock fraud and he should be in jail.
Caveat Emptor. UAMA convict CEO has never built a company of enduring value.
Low probability of UAMA success. Bankruptcy and Receivership have hollowed out the business. Key assets in hands of Receiver to satisfy security agreements with creditors. UAMA CEO convicted on 41 counts of stock fraud and market manipulation. Access and read the court records and pathetic pleadings of the criminal CEO. You can't make this stuff up. CEO should have gone to jail.
UAMA CEO has never built a business of lasting value.
UAMA CEO is a criminal. Convicted on 41 counts of stock fraud and market manipulation after appeal. If he had been convicted the following year, under Quebec law, he would have been jailed.
LOL!!! Only response is name calling! Truely complicit in perpetuating this fraud.
UAMA CEO. No track record of building companies of lasting value!
UAMA CEO and his management team failed to build any business of lasting value.
UAMA in distress due to Bankruptcy of former largest touted independent provider of telecom services in Canada and Receivership of Investel Capital Corp. Bankruptcy stripped them of cash flow and most of employ takent base. Over $40M Bankruptcy filing. Receivership has effectively placed all key assets in jeopardy including IP and Patents.
UAMA in deep distress. Still in Bankruptcy and Receivership Proceedings and Benoit Laliberte regularly involved with both. No working capital, assets in hands of Receiver, no expansion capital and running out of luck and time.
Look for Wells notice soon from SEC.
Time running out for UAMA!
Bankruptcy and Receivership have severely compromised UAMA upside.
Time for a Wells notice from SEC. UAMA CEO failed to divulge details on his conviction on 41 counts of stock fraud and stock manipulation and serves without SEC Waiver. Also UAMA CEO rumored to be an undischarged bankrupt for past 10 years.
Caveat Emptor. Read the court proceedings on bankruptcy which has hollowed out the Company. Also read the court proceedings on Receivership of Investel Capital Corp. and the fact key assets, patents and IP in hands of Receiver. UAMA is a train wreck with a rich history of mediocrity. When you listen to the conference call remember Benoit Laliberte and his team have never built a business of lasting value.
No SEC record that UAMA CEO filed details of his stock fraud convictions and obtained an SEC Waiver to permit him to servebas officer of a US public company. No record of required divulging of his stock fraud convictions per SEC Regulations.
Hey Mr Laliberte, how is the bankruptcy coming along? Be two years since you filed in November! How about your personal bankruptcy? What about Receivership for Investel Capital Corp? Got any assets left?
Ask CEO about TNW Wireless failure to comply with ISED Conditions of Licence and non-operative cellular network. If they had any working capital this would be up and working. CRTC and ISED will soon deny TNW Wireless. Another example of mismanagement by UAMA.
Hear CEO convicted on over 40 penal counts of stock fraud and market manipulation. Dial in but rightfully doubt everthing he says since he can't be trusted.
Demand details on highly touted contract. Who is Woodland the customer? Are they real? Why don't they have a website. Why didn't USMA Press Release divulge information on the other party to the agreement. Where is Press Release from Woodland. Is this another of Benoit Laliberte's misleading announcements like those he was convicted on? Without real details this may be another of his frauds.
UAMA is poised to fail. CEO convicted of over 40 counts of stock fraud and market manipulation. CEO is personal bankrupt for 10 years. His companies still in court proceedings for bankruptcy and separately for receivership and still spending time and money on legal expenses with little or no upside. He has effectively poisoned the well with critical suppliers and lenders and is personna non grata in the telecom industry. A Canadian Judge was sufficiently disgusted with the business practices of Benoit Laliberte and his regular breaching of agreements and written contracts that Judge entered comments into the court record.
Supporting posters offer no evidence. Empty claims without substance. Where's evidence UAMA has any working capital, any cash flow, any earnings and access to expansion capital. Predictably another failed venture from a management team with a long track record. Note that ghis management team has never built a business of lasting value.
BDC contract? Prove it! No information on other party and no matching press release. Is Woodland a real operating company or a consulting company? Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO, found guilty of misrepresenting contracts by the courts. This smells! Where is the solid proof of a real contract with specifics? Who are the parties? What is term of agreement? How much real money changed hands? What are the deliverables? Who are the signatories?
UAMA management team are experts in fraud.
UAMA management can't be trusted. Check their record!
UAMA CEO has mismanaged every company he has run. Check out the record. Court records say he's lied and misled investors and been convicted on over 40 counts of stock fraud and market manipulation. Look to past performance to predict what will happen to latest foray. More than likely another fraudulent enterprise!
Financials will expose the weak financial foundation. Caveat Emptor.
UAMA CEO never built business of lasting value! Caveat Emptor!
Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO found guilty of announcing signed contracts when only letters of intent had been signed. Caveat Emptor!
Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO can't be trusted. Not by the Courts, Suppliers,Customers or Investors. He's been convicted on over 40 counts of stock fraud and court records regularly criticize and censure his regular breaching of contracts and written agreements.
Benoit Laliberte, UAMA has mismanaged every company he has touched!
Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO still in bankruptcy proceedings and Receivership of Investel Capital Corporation. Rumored to be a personal bankrupt for 10 years. Court levied fine of $900,000 for stock fraud and stock manipulation remains unpaid to Quebec Court.

UAMA CEO fails to build viable businesses. The pattern is clear this guy has never built a business of enduring value. Distinguished only by his convictions on over 40 counts of stock fraud.
UAMA CEO convicted of stock fraud. Convicted on over 40 counts, upon appeal. Never paid $900,000 fine imposed by court and rumored to be a personal bankrupt for 10 years. Canadian Judge went on court record commenting on Benoit Laliberte's business practice of regularly breaching agreements and written contracts. As Benoit Laliberte was convicted of stock fraud in a Quebec Court this has the potential to interfere with UAMA and BDC business in Quebec.
UAMA fading fast. No capital, critical assets under control of Receiver and still entangled in bankruptcy proceedings. Check it out, this management team has never created a business of enduring value. Are yhey inept?
UAMA is late with financial reports. SEC should HALT trading.
UAMA CEO convicted of fraud and serves without SEC Waiver.
