UAMA in distress due to Bankruptcy of former largest touted independent provider of telecom services in Canada and Receivership of Investel Capital Corp. Bankruptcy stripped them of cash flow and most of employ takent base. Over $40M Bankruptcy filing. Receivership has effectively placed all key assets in jeopardy including IP and Patents.
