UAMA CEO convicted of stock fraud. Convicted on over 40 counts, upon appeal. Never paid $900,000 fine imposed by court and rumored to be a personal bankrupt for 10 years. Canadian Judge went on court record commenting on Benoit Laliberte's business practice of regularly breaching agreements and written contracts. As Benoit Laliberte was convicted of stock fraud in a Quebec Court this has the potential to interfere with UAMA and BDC business in Quebec.
