must be last night's rot gut.
so is mine
i have a poach bid at 1.25 for today. see if it hits. good for tomorrow too i think.
i didn't get my poach bid at 2.75 in this mornig for JADE. got distracted and was too late. pissed.
i just didn't like the green on my screen.
then....we shall comiserate....old habits run deep. there are differing degrees of patience required depending on what we're holding.
i'm holding half for quite a while, just pissed that this market influenced me to sell my traders at the top of the last squirt instead waiting.
BUZZ probably has the cajones to hold till 9. huh? I didn't. (LBIX, STKL, ETC.)
that's now that i sold out half at 7.63
lookin' for 9 now.
ETLC someone seems a bit excited about it today
SYNP...nice after hours....sold out....i love those extended hours traders. might flip back in a few tomorrow when it's lower. probably should have held some to sell premarket in the morning but didn't think.
YAKC attacked.....starting to look interesting....like a PRZ
no....that's WHOOOOAAAA
the opposite of weeeeeeeeee is eeeewwww
laying on the runway and watching the planes land about 20 feet above.........on acid. was seen but got away as the flashing red lights approached.
july 31, 1971. last of the foolishness. actually it was nearly having to face trafficking that brought me to my senses. i did a lot of stupid stuff back then.
any high would be a 35 year high for me.
florida
CYBR...last case no. i have is 05-27268
Dream...nothing public but massive debt, lawyers fighting over some recievables. check on RB CYBR board, there are a couple of posters that have kept up on things. GOTMYCYBR and chipsfl
KGOC halt?
yep...ooops
check your decimal point. etrade can't be that bad can they???
.15 just went through for me on ameriturd
consider that a vaccine for VD.
sorta like STKL, LBIX, etc.
yeah, and i sold the dab i was going to hold a while for 2.40
painterdude...i sorta agree but still gonna hold some.
think that 20/1 rs will put much downward pressure on? i'm gonna continue to hold a few.
been lookin' for ole milberg. just happened to be on screen when it hit. now, time for a bit of a rise?
milberg was a bit slow though. their mode of operation is...look for a big drop, look up the guy who has shares, file. then look for a reason the stock dropped. their philosophy is file first, ask questions later. in milbergs words, "if it dropped, i'm sure i can find something to claim."
hey BUZZ....there's your millberg filing.
MWSE---midwest exchange
PACX---pacific exchange, extended hours player quite often.
there was a warning in the last filing, something that a lot of companies will have to deal with, but no doubt, there were some who knew of the magnitude.
Tere's the PRZ pr.
another one in a similar situation as PRZ is CMVT. much better company and look what has happened to it. i think a trade there is worth looking into.
they seem to be a little slow on the draw here.
yeah...i trust them to lie through their teeth any time they're talking. i think most "investors" have lost what misplaced trust they had. it'll be a couple of good years before they can regain any confidence, and that will be with a new batch of suckers. that's if they survive that long. let's see if they sell anything back to the former owners.
PRZ will probably put out a pr about how the suits are baseless and how they will defend to the end etc. etc.
oh, and i bet there are more nasty editorials coming. the mob loves a killing frenzy.
scam is an appropriate word. not total scam, semi-scam maybe. they painted too rosey-a-picture.
just as scammy are the stock drop CAS's. these firms have access to holders of nearly every stock traded. this gives them quick access to the requirements of filing. they file first using the name they have on file as a holder, then they beat eachother up trying to be lead plaintiff.
make a big enough noise and maybe the insurance co. will pay off.
PRZ has the same problem that many others have. however, in keeping with the attitudes and modus operandi of the people involved, they pushed the envelope a bit far. those companies that paid fair value for their aquisitions aren't suffering much at all. those like PRZ that overpaid are getting smashed.
rollups are always risky because their existence is highly dependent on rising stock price. at least these guys had the sense to be involved with profitable aquisitions this time. problem is they overpaid and those that hold restricted stock are not happy. if the PPS goes to low, they will be in a loss position and seek remedy from those that conned them into believing that nirvana was just around the corner.
