PRZ has the same problem that many others have. however, in keeping with the attitudes and modus operandi of the people involved, they pushed the envelope a bit far. those companies that paid fair value for their aquisitions aren't suffering much at all. those like PRZ that overpaid are getting smashed.
rollups are always risky because their existence is highly dependent on rising stock price. at least these guys had the sense to be involved with profitable aquisitions this time. problem is they overpaid and those that hold restricted stock are not happy. if the PPS goes to low, they will be in a loss position and seek remedy from those that conned them into believing that nirvana was just around the corner.
all things multiply to the point of starvation.
