Bottom line, even if there is some value there. By the time they convert all the prefred to common. There is nothing left for the little investors, or should I use the term BAG HOLDERS.

For whats it's worth. After all it is only one mans opinion. I would be suprised if the deal closes at a dime. Eight or nine cents looks more like it. To me it looks like they are basicly buying it for the shell. It is better to buy a little company like this than an emtey shell to take your private company public. You get your shell, and a product that looks like it has some potential. Also the current share holders that would never find your current company. Many will keep the new stock because they believe in the orginal product. It's hard to get long term share holders. You need them to keep the float down. If you look at a lot of companies you will find that even with a hundred million shares out. They will have less than 100 shareholders. I personaly would not add at this level, would not sell either. Best of luck to all.THE OLD GUY
I have lost a ton on this one. While I still have a small position, I have not followed it. I know they have new management that has put a lot of their own money in to it. While it looks like it will do better. I don't think that they will get BIG, very fast. I have taken a very large position in CDXC. Look at PMI and MANP. For a cheap one. Shell Oil Has spent 75 million drilling a well on one of their properties. The results will be out in the next few weeks. I like DSKX. They have had their reverse split. Very few shares out, and look like they will make money this year. If you have a time frame of at least one year. I would buy CDXC. Best of luck.
Darn, I bought it too soon. I thought my 100,000 at .14 average was a good buy. O well, some times its the other fellows turn.
Now its getting down to where I can start to pick up a few hundred shares. .13 to .14 Would force me to buy.
Millions and millions of sales tied up because of the Goverment SEQUESTER. This company is the poster child for bad luck.
The only thing that matters with this stock is NR. This may be the holy grail in this industry. For hundreds of years rich people lived longer than the average person. Better housing. Better food. Better medical care. But the part no one tells you about. They paid for wet nurses to provide them with colostrum. Rich in antibodies and minerals. This is only my theory. NR is part of colostrum. If I am right. This will become a billion dollar company. I for one will not be too quick to sell this for a small profit.
It is obvious there is no money. So this merger will have to be done with stock. More delusion. But on the bright side. We put the two together and we got a chance to get well. Other wise, no chance at all. I will not buy more. But I will keep what I have and see how it all shakes out. Best of luck to all.
For what its worth. Since my backround is in micro nutrients. More specifly agriculture minerals. In which I have knowledge of extreamly small amounts makeing a major change in crop yields. I feel comfortable taking a position in this stock.
There will be a lot of happy people here, 6 months from now.
It will get better. Not a lot, but better. It does not trade like a stock thats going sub penny.
Just my responce to the low voloum. To me a plus. Glass half full, not half empty.
Every trade made with in 30 days of any MAJOR announcement is scrupulosly examined by the powers that be. It may be in our best intrests to PRAY that low volume continues.
The Money Show is going on in Orlando as we speak. It is being PUSHED as you would call it. But that being said. The more exposure, the better.
Question 5 Who is buying these millions and millions of shares the last 2 months.
Wish I knew for sure. I would like to add a hundred thousand.
We crack 5. I will buy a million more.
No I am not. The bulk of my millions of shares have been bought in the last 6 months. So my 3 to 4 years are just starting. It is not my fault if you bought before there was any thing there. I have a small 10,000 share position in ENZR. Only so I don't forget about it. When its time too. I will take a big position in it. If you check my posts on it. You will fine that I said it will take at least 2 years before any thing will happen to the stock. If and when it does, I will buy it.
It takes time to grow a GARDEN. It takes three years till you can harvest your first asparagus if your starting with seeds. A whole lot longer if your trying to grow trees.
Are my 2 years up yet ? I have lost track of time.
For what its worth. I am now in the process of adding a million shares.
The important part is some one is BUYING THEM. We must assume ALL the buyers can not be STUPID. If some one did not think there was some VALUE HERE. It would be at a PENNY. BEST OF LUCK TO ALL.
You are twisting my words. Post 13868 says it all. But if it makes you happy, you may continue.
The most important thing in the last 6 months is DOW and BORAL. For them to come on board it means the patent has been done well. It can not be circumvented. Other wise they would not be here.
BEST OF LUCK TO ALL.
I know nothing. But hear all kinds of rumors. They are doing well. They are getting ready to move to a bigger exchange. And BLAB BLAB BLAB. SO I will sit tight and wait a few more more months.
I agree. some of us have been here for years. I had two million shares. But when management told me one thing and then did another. I cut my position down to 500,000. Since they have been paid for out of profits from trading this stock. It is easy to hold on to them. Plus I do think they have a good chance of doing well. That being said, it will not be the big winner it could or should have been. One thing that bugs me, why would my last post be deleted. All I said was 465 posts were made in the last 18 hours. Intresting. Which to me it was. Why would some one put that much time and effort into a rather small group of people on a small web site. Makes no sence to me. I was hopeing to get comments as to why.
Go to stockhouse.com on home page up in left corner click on bullboard then put in symbol.
Stockhouse has a very active forum with some times 40 comments a day.
I will assume your question is how do you get to the number 60 million. x number of factories x number of products x number of applications of INTK products to each product = 60 million in sales. Lots of things happen along the way. But it is a starting point in what could happen.
Rumour is they will use 60 million in product for 2013. They are going to coat all their roofing tiles with it. Maybe some other products as well.
I see they are advertizing the stock on KITCO.COM. Not every time you log on. But 1 out of 4 seems to get it up once. I like the only 53 million shares part.
I added over a half million in the last few days. But I don't know why.

If it was being sold in the market it would be a lot better. But they sold goo gobs of this in private placements at a penney a share. Some day there will be a 20 for 1 reverse split to clean it up.
I never try to pick the bottom. Once it stops and starts to stablize. I get in if I like something. The guy running the place is a nightmare. Other people have products that are very similar. But they don't have the patent that allows then to spray it on. I always liked that the German goverment approved the product. This is one of the things that come along that will succeed in spite of poor management. There is so much smoke, there is got to be a little fire some where. Best of luck to all. THE OLD GUY
I am not sure. I had orders in three diffrent accounts. I don'y all are filled yet. I will know more at end of day.
One of the most inportant things in trading is time. It is the most overlooked factor. 30 day periods are to be watched for momentum changes. Such as the first week of the month, money always comes into the market. End of the month, people are selling to pay bills. And on and on.
Don't get excited. Its just me picking up a half million more shares. No, I don't know any thing. Just replacing the ones I sold.
