Remember. The Russia agreement was 50000 cases for $7.5 million a year. That was an agreement in principal and NOT a binding contract for a certain amount of product like Israel is.
So, Russia got their Trump alone for $150 a case. Anybody care to guess where between $84 and $150 Israel gets their vodka?
The point is, you can pick anywhere you want. This Israel deal is worth far greater than $3.6 million a year. On a cost basis alone, it is double that.
Patrick, Patrick, Patrick! You sly dog! Put it out to the masses as far less than what it really is so you can blow away numbers every month going forward for 15 years. That way, he can no longer disappoint!
Ummmm, has anybody bothered to do the math?
Below are some average online prices for Trump and Olifant:
Trump Vodka: 26.95. Case: 161.70. Size: 750ml. Bottles per case: 6
Olifant Vodka Price: 12.49. Case: 149.88. Size: 750ml. Bottles per case: 12
The ONLY reason I put these up is to confirm how many bottles to a case. Online prices have no bearing on the Israel deal whatsoever except to also prove Drinks' cost is roughly half of what the products sell for online.
I can tell you this for a fact. It costs Drinks no less than $14 a bottle to make Trump and $6.50 a bottle to make Olifant.
Here is the guts of the Israel Contract:
11. In the past two months you have announced $120 million in distribution deals just from two distributors in Israel and Germany. As CEO and the largest holder of Drinks stock, can you comment how at the beginning of the largest growth phase in Company history is resulting in the stock sitting on all time lows?
I think our stock is considerably undervalued. In the long term, I believe we will prevail with that viewpoint. Perhaps our story is misunderstood by the market. I draw reference particularly to the Israel Agreement as a case in point. This is not a distribution contract but rather a contract obligating our partner to purchase a minimum of 72,000 cases of Trump, 12,000 cases of Olifant, and 2400 cases of other Drinks' brands on an annual basis.
Trump Case Cost(6): $84
Olifant Case Cost(12): $78
Trump: 72000 X $84 = $6,048,000
Olifant: 12000 X $78 = $936,000
Total Trump and Olifant at Drinks' Cost/no mark up: $6,964,000
Plus: 2400 cases Other: OWR, Sparkling Vodka, Aguila
Read the Shareholder Letter again. The deal has NOT changed.
I can understand some volume buying incentives and some discounting due to the magnitude of the deal, but let's face it, it is NOT 50% of cost w/ no mark up!
Today's news was in fact GREAT news. The original contract was delayed by no fault of Drinks due to the WORLDWIDE economic slowdown and credit crisis. Of course, Letters of Credit have to be obtained from the PURCHASER. Now those have been obtained along with payments for products shipped. I would imagine there were some logistical hurdles to overcome in putting products in Israel. I welcome anyone to call PK on Monday and ask just what those were. Once again somebody tries to turn it into bad news when in fact it is all good news that not only is the agreement being fulfilled as agreed to, it is still a 15 year agreement that commences now.
Oh, no question. It's an offshore large position held and being worked out of Canada to skirt the DTCC. Now they have no choice. Cover or be drowned. The large short came off the pipe in 2007 at $1.80 and higher. Now they have to get it all covered or lose it all. So they trap it against the box at all time lows for two months.
Single largest one day gain for stock means alot more is coming!
This does not happen by accident.
Two solid months to load up as many as you wanted. No excuses now.
So I would imagine Cohen is buying.
Micheal or Stephen? How about both!
For $50K and a run over $2.00, I would say money well spent!
Welcome Cali. And you would be correct!
DKAM: About to blow BIG higher. Record volume coming in. No resistance. Big buys on today's news of more than doubling sales BEFORE the company's biggest release ever within 30 days of Kid Rock Beer.
UOMO all over again? Absolutely!
True! Doubtful but makes sense.
Correct. And thank you for reminding on $75 million.
I didn't put it up because the PR said $300K minimum per month. Didn't want to get slammed when they will try to find other ways to pick apart the news on non existent crap. Even PK didn't completely do the math right saying $3 million per year when it is actually $3.6 million per year.
20% is 20%!!!!
DKAM: Sales gonna shoot to $15-$20 mil now with the release of Kid Rock Bad Ass Beer in 30 days or so. On par with CEO's slightly understated 300% increase in sales as quoted in the Wall Street Journal that nobody paid attention to. Existing sales $3.3 million.

Excuse me but!
The trailing 12 months of sales is $3.3 million+.
Everyone has beat it into our heads for months that that is the only measure this company can be looked upon for. Never for growth until it is way, way in the past.
We should know.
Get your calculator some new batteries!

Existing capital base means they have cash for day to day operations. That means other sales have been coming in.
DKAM announces record sales!
The initiation of this 15 year distribution contract in today's news pushes sales to new reocrds for the company.
This, of course, the pre cursor to Kid Rock beer being released in less than 30 days which will more than triple sales again.

Make that three!
DKAM ANNOUNCES RECORD SALES ON THE HEELS OF ISRAELI CONTRACT!
ADDITION OF $3.6+ MILLION IN SALES ADDED TO EXISTING $3.3+ MILLION TTM SALES BASE PUSHES SALES ABOVE $7 MILLION IN THE MIDST OF ECONOMIC RECESSION!

The last two times we had pre market trading of any kind was right before a decided move to the upside.
If it is being argued that the speed with which Kid's beer gets to market over his line of cigars is irrelevant and off topic then...
It is equally irrelevant and off topic that Dre has a Dr. Pepper ad with no line of beverages on the market yet.
Not at all happy. Take Castle for instance. No new products. No sign of increasing numbers. Losing $1.64 per share. Price 50% higher than DKAM in the same sector.
Yes, 400 years. Market system came from Europe back then. Actually, now that I look, 900 years. The first markets came about in 11th century France.
My point exactly. The stock hit an all time 100+ year low this morning at roughly 50 cents in full bankruptcy, and is now positive for the day running over $1.00 earlier. Most all stocks currently in bankruptcy still maintain higher market caps than DKAM. The relevancy of a stock's price can only be compared to its valuation as long as it trades with the market. When the market goes higher, valuations are increased across the entire market. You cannot change 400+ years of thinking.
DKAM now discounted to the overall market environment by 50%. The overall broader market has had an average move of 50% higher since the lows in March while the Dow has surged over 37%. Many, many companies who have seen no change in their business whatsoever, and are still feeling the pinch of a reduction in orders and billings have surged from 20% to 500%.
Yes, stocks can and should go up because the market went up.
Not going to let that one get away because by accident we do all agree on one thing.
Buy before it is too late! IMO, about to go with reckless abandon.
Agree completely. And if Drinks proceeds with Kid and buys Rolling Rock, that is exactly what they'll be doing.
Well, as iHub Admins have clearly told us, this board is about the company. So, for that, your LIQR comments were more than likely deleted because there is another forum for that. You can protect them over there. As they have also told us, the board is not about the posters. So, as soon as I have a clear understanding of the pure insignificance of a "reporter" hanging out on an OTC stock message board where anything that is written here is purely heresay, then I will be more than happy to offer pure heresay on what my stated position is. Since the former will never happen to my satisfaction, then the latter will not happen either.
I again draw to general knowledge of the corporate world and to general business principals known since the beginning of time. You buy something, you pay for it. You can't buy more until you pay for it. Just that simple. No smoke and mirrors.
So to just assume without talking to the company and having the CEO go on record that Drinks did not ship $150K of product that LIQR showed as "an outstanding order not filled" is in fact reckless reporting, if not slander in and of itself against DKAM. After all, you made the assumption that something was amiss. I'm making a logical contrarian response. Yet, I'm the one slandering LIQR.
You don't have to agree with "my position." It's just too easy to point out where any other "position" is with respect to mine.
I would know "that" because I've been around corporate America all my life. You do not provide products to people who do not pay you. End of story. And you can quote me on that.
100%. There you happy?
So, the entire transfer of stock is happening on the open market. Kid will then sell it to In Bev for around $500 mil.
Then In Bev will spin it off into its own separate company and pick up Rolling Rock in the process.
There, chew on that for a few months.
Thank you Phils! The important thing to note here is what has been going on for over two years. People always remember the last line of anything they read. Read the last line of the article you posted. It says it all as far as I'm concerned.
WTF are you talking about? You cannot be serious? That cannot be any more of a blatant attack against this forum and the intelligence of everybody here.
Kid Rock OWNS Kid Rock Bad Ass Beer. He is being paid to PROMOTE Red Stag from Jim Beam.
The signature drink is the two combined.
Win-Win
Well, we knew about Jim Beam. Kid is going to go gangbusters on his Red Stag Bad Ass 22 Ouncer Bomb for the tour....and beyond.
Kid Rock Gives A Boost To Veterans Coming HomeThursday, May 28th, 2009
The Detroit rocker and his tour sponsor, Jim Beam, will donate 50 cents from each concert-ticket sale to Operation Homefront, a nonprofit group that assists veterans returning home from duty.
With more than 70,000 fans expected to attend Rock’s two July shows at Comerica Park, the organization should net at least $35,000 from his hometown dates alone.
His Rock n’ Rebels tour kicks off June 26 in West Palm Beach, Fla. The sponsor partnership with Jim Beam will be launched when Rock serves as grand marshal at NASCAR’s LifeLock 400 race in Brooklyn.
JIM BEAM™ PARTNERS WITH KID ROCK AND HIS 2009 ROCK N’ REBELS TOUR TO LAUNCH RED STAG BY JIM BEAM
“A Different Breed of Bourbon” Joins Forces With a Different Breed of Rock Star to Support America’s Military
Red Stag by Jim Beam(TM), the all-new cherry-infused offspring of the world’s No. 1 selling Bourbon announced today that it will partner with multi-platinum superstar, Kid Rock, as the headline sponsor of Kid Rock’s 2009 Rock N’ Rebels Tour, which will hit 25 cities across North America this Summer. Fifty cents from every ticket sold for Kid Rock’s upcoming concert tour will be donated to Operation Homefront, a non-profit organization that provides assistance to America’s military veterans returning home to their families.
Kid Rock will kick off the Red Stag by Jim Beam(TM) partnership on June 14, when the Detroit native will serve as Grand Marshal of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series(TM) LifeLock 400 race at Michigan International Speedway. Through their support of Operation Homefront, Red Stag and Kid Rock will help fund emergency aid, moving assistance, computer programs and care packages in local chapters throughout the country.
Red Stag by Jim Beam is scheduled to launch in June and is the latest innovation from Beam Global Spirits & Wine Inc. [Fortune Brands, Inc. (NYSE: FO)]. “Kid Rock’s unique style and music set him apart from other artists,” said Kelly Doss, senior director of Bourbon and Whiskeys, Beam Global. “He’s a longtime Jim Beam fan who puts on an amazing show. And like Jim Beam, he’s an avid supporter of the U.S. military. A different breed of Bourbon and a different breed of rock star - there’s no better match.”
The Rock N’ Rebels Tour is scheduled to kick off June 26 in West Palm Beach, FL. Throughout the summer (and where legal), Red Stag by Jim Beam(TM) will be offering legal purchase age consumers in select markets access to download a free, exclusive Kid Rock download, as well as opportunities for VIP passes, access to post-show meet-and-greets, and Red Stag by Jim Beam(TM) merchandise.
“I’ve been drinking Jim Beam and singing about it my whole career, so when they approached us it was a no-brainer,” said Kid Rock. “Add the support we’ll be giving to Operation Homefront and everybody wins.”
Awwwww cmon! You can't fool us! Anybody who's been around these markets long enough knows they always get scooped up at 10% or less of their former selves!
We just love the smoke and mirrors of it all. Everybody take a bow for showing up to keep em as cheap as possible!
That post right there just confirms buyout for me!
Check out Wild Oats! We know!
Well, they can't keep this up for much longer! Otherwise, filings will have to go through or we'll be acquired on the open market before your very eyes.
We'll be acquired long before then!
Ooops! There I go thinking outloud saying things I shouldn't.
Well, use this for comparison. Come Monday, you can add GM to the list of companies, along with WAMU and LEH that are bankrupt. And all with a market cap in bankruptcy higher than DKAM.
And hitting even further to home. GM in MI will be bankrupt and Kid in MI putting people to work making beer for DKAM to put out.
Duh factor personified.
Well, certainly we have a quandry. Flat line for 8 weeks. Uncommon for certain on DKAM. But here's my take. Three things.
About the time this all started, all the news surrounding the actual release of the beer began. Somebody has warrants to put up to turn into cash. Kid is buying.
At the same time, the Snoop deal was being inked. He knows what he's got. He knows what Kid has. Same as above but Snoop is buying.
We know the company needs money. Something has happened with the money. Whoever that somebody is with the money, is in here trapping the price until they are done getting their shares.
It isn't just us on the bids. NITE is making darn well sure they are getting most of them.
All good and clear sailing as far as I can see. There is of course the fourth option. Whatever anybody else can make up with "...." or endless paragraphs drawing the yawn effect.
