I've seen pump and dumps that don't even hit 75% loss from ATH

So $1 is off the table for 2021 I can see .10

Don't think this new Reg A will ever get done just like the last Reg A that was for .25 never got filed or approved, So if George couldn't accomplish a .25 Reg A what makes you think he can do .70 Reg A this time Same company same CEO In addition their are certain requirements for Reg A to be accepted and approved Don't think FORW can pass some of the requirements to have an acceptable Reg A
I always said since this crashed from $1.33 to .45 FORW is worth buying at .50 range but think that's all its worth no matter what Humble warrants are worth.

No .70 Registration A , just like the fake. 25 when he put out that .25 Registration A Never Filed but left it up on Forwardlyinc inc site for over 6 months just to pump it up. again no this will not get Filed either so ignore any Reg A for .70 what's it even matter isn't this supposed to be double dollars this year

Company can't produce these yet if they did would be dumb move without FDA approval it doesn't even have FDA APPROVAL and can't even find info even if they have filed for one which could take months to years to complete the approval process.

I think George forgot to Google portable Ventilator because if he did he would see that there are already 100s of companies already producing these things and some as low as in the $200 range. So this was not a smart investment in a company that doesn't even have FDA Approval for one and not even guaranteed to ever get an FDA approval. Probably CEO is a buddy of George and wanted to spread some wealth around to his buddies. Easy way to do it with no questions asked. The Ventilator will probably lead nowhere but his buddy got some cash. Smart move would have been to Google portable Ventilator and call the company and invest in one that already selling these.

Can you imagine your Avg is above .70 or you purchased any shares above .70 you may not see a return on your investment until 2022 or any one in over $1 may never see a return on their investment

Yea don't think any selling will be buying this again. Most investors are now investing in companies that have more upside potential.

Ok did anyone here really thi k that any news on ligand would move this stock up? If you have done any DD on ligand you know by now that that wasn't a good investment and any investment into a company who's been working on a ventilator for 5 years now with absolutely no progress in bringing it to market eith a updated design every year and going to have to compete with 100s of other companies that have a near same design and low cost already on the market you would then realize that ligand is a waste, that is why it's down now FORW just purchased 1/3 a company that may never make a penny.

If you really thought that ligand news come out with 1/3 ownership now would make a difference in PPS. AS the majority of investors think it was a bad investment and a waste of $$$$$$ and now they still do as shown in today's price.

if George would spend just just 50% of his time working as A CEO as he does researching, bashing and then posting about other tickers on Twitter that are in all actuality outperforming Forw I think this would be above $1 now, George is a Lawyer not a CEO.Just look how a real CEO acts and posts on Twitter Read Brian Footes posts only one company ever mentioned, Only one Job he dedicates 100% of his time working for Humbl.

GS may not even be looking or willing to invest he is set for life with those Humbl warrants, once cashed in he can keep doing what he is doing For FORW spending little time as CEO However until now FORW was nothing no money, Now he can give himself a 10 million a year salary fo 30 years and just hold on the CEO title.

Anyone here think that when humblpay is launched its going to be a bust like humbl financial there were huge gains expected once Financial was launched but gain only lasted 1 day now its under where was before it launched.
