Can someone help me understand this warrant piece? Specifically, the execution of warrants, is this a bad sign or a good sign?
I understand the increase in outstanding shares and diluted effect on the SP, but I guess I'm not confident in my understanding of what an execution of a warrant pre-news means.
Thank you in advance.
A bit off topic, but is anyone familiar with the 'large trader' filling requirement?
I've been messing around the last month with some scripting and based on the volume/frequency of some of the trades in the system I'm building, it may put me close to that threshold of $200 million in total value in a calendar month.
The wording on the large trader meaning is a bit unclear and I'm not sure it applies to a retail trader that is not trading on behalf of another company, etc. If anyone can clarify, would appreciate it!
Thanks in advance!
Liau Protocol here we come.
Totally reads to be applicable.
Learn a lot from you man. Thank you!
@BrightBoy I thought that had significance as well. Biden had referenced the blood brain barrier specifically in that video conversation with the neurosurgeon that was posted a couple weeks back.
reslabrat, thank you very much
Guys, look at this. This is in the 'Key Points' section in the article released by Linda Liau on March 26 which I believe is the upcoming book:
"KEY POINTS
-Vaccines are capable of mounting a peripheral immune response that can penetrate the blood brain
barrier for the treatment of brain tumors.
-Peptide vaccines against epithelial growth factor receptor variant III, survivin, various heat shock
protein complexes, and personalized tumor antigens have been developed for the treatment of
glioblastoma.
-Dendritic cell vaccines can be designed against a variety of targets including tumor lysate, known
antigens, and messenger RNA to combat high-grade gliomas and have demonstrated robust im-
mune responses."

I think this is the article we need. The first page is available: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1042368021000036
Dr. Bala, or anyone else on here, do you guys have access to this? It looks like Linda Liau's new book or part of it might be available here: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1042368021000061?via%3Dihub

These are all guys that have been here for years and years, and have quantified some of the best due diligence I've ever seen.
The signs for success are all here.
Cheers
Read any 10-K for any small public company with no major products in production. Its a mandatory obligation to state the known risks. They're all the same.
At this point you need to either believe in the science and the company or you dont. There really is no in between at this point. The reality is that there is significant risks in any investment and if you can't afford the loss, then either derisk or pull out completely.
From my perspective, I am very heavily overweighted here in my portfolio because I believe there is are so many indicators and so much information, much of which I've learned here on Ihub, that significantly reduce the risk of failure. I believe in the science and I want to see a cure for cancer. I'm all in on that and willing to lose it all.
Happy Easter

So sorry for your loss. Horrible news, will keep you and your family in my prayers.
???? Source?
While I do agree that this is definitely a possibility, isn't there an equal possibility that they are using consultative resources in these executive positions for the time being? This would result in them not having to disclose any new information. We've already seen that they are working with several companies - for example the one (I can't remember right now) that specialized in up listing work, etc. We know that they've hired a new financial firm recently as well. Thoughts?
Thread is littered with misinformation and skeptics. I don't have the energy to refute some of the ignorance on there though.
Not sure anyone has shared this but seems like we're getting some traction from a great post on Reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/wallstreetbetsOGs/comments/m8npd3/dd_northwest_biotherapeutics_nwbo_go_big_or_go/
@BrightBoy you sound like a very intelligent man and someone I would love to hear life advice from. I'm almost exactly half your age but I relate to a lot of your posts. Cheers buddy.
You guys are so funny to continue reading. Trying to compare this study to probably ANY previous study is comparing apples to oranges. This is a 15 year, I repeat...15 year study that will potentially change the entire cancer SOC starting with one of the most deadly and previously most untreatable types of cancers.
TLDR; I do not know of any others in recent years that can compare to the length and amount of data to NWBO.
Agreed, was just about to post verbatim. This is another major breadcrumb.
I'm actually in the process of building something similar to this for DD discussion. Had the idea a while back but you all have given me reason to move it forward. Will be reaching out to some of you soon ??
I was just about to re-post this here Sentiment. I just put a check and some encouragement in the mail for him.
Wow this is an awesome post. Thanks for sharing @BrightBoy
Also, can I just give everyone a reality check again on why we are all here? Dr. Liau is treating Matt Henkel as we speak right now, see the latest update:
Matt returned to Cali yesterday and he has had a handful of appts today along with his infusion.
— Matt Henkel (@mphturf_79) March 10, 2021
Our family just finished a zoom appt with Dr Liau. She said that the symptoms that sent Matt to ER March 1st/2nd could have been caused by response to cancer vaccine, which could
Can I just ask what we are doing to celebrate when we find that cancer is on its way to being cured?
Zoom call toast? ??
Why don't you just ask @thermo? Thermo has been competing with Streeterville on these financings in the past.. I don't see anything wrong here.
Hey DC, I'm going to reiterate something you posted a month ago (quoted below):
"Cut LP some slack, put yourself in her ??, what would you do?"
----
"Although I was born three days ago here, I have been following this board for almost a year, that is when I put some skin into the game.

Thanks for the valuable information you all have provided, even the doubters and frustrated folks have valid concerns.

From my perspective, NWBO as a small BIO company, is much different than a large BIO or Pharma outfit. Big Pharma has multiple trials going all the time, if one fails, it's not the end of the company. If they have one successful drug or treatment come to market, the profitability of that product can carry an untold number of failures.

NWBO has one shot, no pun intended. They must get this right, if not, the chance of NWBO sticking around is highly unlikely. They would not be able to continue on without a significant cash infusion. That IMO would not happen, rather, they would be bought at a very small price, and the SP would diminished very significantly.

I guess my point is, put yourself in their shoes, it's basically do or die for NWBO at this stage of the game. What would you do? Announce TLD and hope everything works out or get everything lined up on your terms before releasing?

For me, if I had one shot, and one shot only, I would be extremely careful and cautious. Making sure I did everything I could to make it work. Monday morning quarterbacking is not going to work for NWBO.

If TLD were released, even if good, but in the wrong manner, may allow some bad players to work their mischief.

Cut LP some slack, put yourself in her ??, what would you do?"
Just a reminder in regards to ATL's communications. This guy has been dropping logic and legitimate data points since 2016.... close to 5 years now: https://www.inspire.com/groups/american-brain-tumor-association/discussion/ict-107-phase-3-clinical-trial-for-newly-diagnosed-glioblastoma/
RedneckHoosier - it's also well documented here as well:
https://smithonstocks.com/northwest-biotherapeutics-blinded-data-from-dcvax-l-phase-3-trial-is-extremely-encouraging-but-we-still-need-to-see-unblinded-data-nwbo-buy-0-29-2/
TY - Sorry for false alarm. I'm not good at searching IHUB lol.
Hey guys - in my combing of the internet, I found something interesting that talks about the DCVax trial as completed and in past tense. It was published 81 days ago in the Journal of ImmunoTherapy of Cancer. This link is only an abstract, but could someone more knowledgeable have a look at this?
http://dx.doi.org/10.1136/jitc-2020-SITC2020.0787
One thing to note about Philippe is that he worked for Cognate as well. Go figure.
Also, this one is interesting. I didn't know DCVax was approved in Switzerland, did anyone else?

"DCs play a central role in linking innate and adaptive anti-tumor immune responses [266].The principle of dendritic cell vaccines (DCV) is based on the ability of primed DCs to process/present tumor antigens and activate cytotoxic lymphocytes [267]. DCVs are prepared by isolating CD14+ monocytes from patient peripheral blood and further culturing cells ex vivo with granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), interleukin 4 (IL-4), and tumor antigens, prior to injecting the cells back into patients [268]. Although interest in DCV is further compelled by an FDA-approved DCV for the treatment of prostate cancer (Sipuleucel-T), most DCV-based clinical trials in GBM are still under phase I and II evaluations. For example, DCVax, an approved DCV for treatment of GBM in Switzerland, is currently being assessed in the US in patients with newly diagnosed GBM (NCT00045968) [269]. In a recent phase III study, DCVax was used alongside standard options and resulted in the extended survival of patients by 8 months compared to the control cohort [269,270]. Personalized neoantigen vaccine has also recently been tested in GBM clinical trials. For instance, in a Phase I/Ib study in newly diagnosed MGMTunmethylated GBM, patients who did not receive dexamethasone had better neoantigenspecific CD4+ and CD8+ T cell responses with a higher number of TILs [271]."
Not sure if these have been posted yet, but in my daily search for more information -- came across these entries referencing DCVax which are somewhat new:

LC- I read this when you posted it and actually kept it up on my phone so I could re-read when I landed at my destination. I couldn't believe you calling out positive, in between the lines data. You're not-too-bad after all.
Merck already back up. They released the bad Keytruda news, knowing this announcement would be out lol. "Biden administration confirms partnership between rivals Merck and Johnson & Johnson to produce vaccine" https://twitter.com/i/events/1366744855716585474?s=09
