La Jolla Cove Investors has half a billion shares (10% interest) registered under an SEC form 13D. I believe this needs be amended within two days if that position changes by more than 1%. So, hypothetically, if they had liquidated during the Wed/Thurs time frame, that filing would have been due no later than today, suggesting they are still holding the large position they took in 2019 and held it through the recent high volume run and pullback. Sounds like they are holding strong even though they could have easily flipped into the volume for a profit. Why?
Appreciate your insight. Certainly high risk/high reward. If I'm parsing the limited public domain information, IMMB also holds some amount of stock in ENZC. Looks like an ongoing dust up between Harry and Dimitar on rights to the IP and mfg in Bulgaria. Guessing at some point there will be a filing that exposes what IMMB is worth. Possibly even some form of settlement on the controversies. Agree it is a tough buy right now. Let's see where it goes.
Questions regarding filing status of IMMB and Harry Zhabilov:
According to Nevada Corporate search, current entity status is REVOKED as of annual report due date of 4/30/2018. This would mean no annual report was filed as of the 2018 due date and remains delinquent.
Harry Zhabilov is listed as President, Secy, Treasurer, and Director.
Is Harry still President/CEO of IMMB?
IMMB, it seems, owns 49% of Immunotech BG, and IMMB, it seems, owns important IP rights relative to ITV-1. On the new Enzolytics website, the references to ENZC owning 49% of Immunotech BG appear to have been removed.
So is Harry Z still CEO on BOTH companies? And also,
How much of the ENZC IP portfolio belongs to the shareholders of IMMB?
Big question is whether La Jolla Cove dumped their shares into the volume.
Low float garage sale going on, but not many shares to pick at.
$0.0101 to $0.043 range with most of the trades on the high side. Very weird action on this. Why would anyone put in a bid at $0.043 unless they were trying to scoop up shares?
Who bought 777,777? Lol.
Sell off Thursday giving it all back.
Ticker got a little active today, but ALL over the place.
Looks like most of the volume in the 0041 to 0045 range. Might get interesting when these get taken out.
Looks a tad oversold.
Outstanding analogy. Stale IP can get fresh quickly.
Jefferies moves price target from $3 to $6. Cannacord moves from $5 to $7. EOM
In the world of technology, "stale" patents and IP can get very fresh quickly. Do your DD! GLTAL
Sounds like a PERFECT play for an "activist investor." Looks like lots of very valuable irons in the fire.
I have no idea. But if their recent claims re: ITV-1 are true, this appears to be EXTREMELY undervalued.
UP SHE GOES!!!
Cannacord (CSTI) also in on the action.
Big retail front runner.
Why would they take a position in 2019 and flip now?
Looks like La Jolla Cove Investors took a big position in 2019..

Guessing there is a wall from the ATM, but that get turns off PM and AH.
They have "more than enough," yet they do this. This is why TC pisses off the street so much. He views every milestone and catalyst as a cash register and tamps down what should be great runs.

Agree. But there was $44 million left on the ATM. Whether that was responsible for the price wall yesterday or not, it's trading up in pre-market today.
Good analysis. Now all IMMB needs to do is get their filings current and remove the CE.
That's where this gets confusing. IMMB claims 49% of Immunotech Laboratories BG and the license for ITV-1, and vigorously contests ENZCs claims.
Meanwhile, in the ENZC filings..
Guessing they punched the ATM pig hard today. Seems very unlikely that longs would be exiting on today's news. Hopefully it's over now and we have enough of a cash runway to make it to August 18.
It seems like an important question. Harry Zhabilov is associated with both entities, but looks like he departed IMMB to start ENZC. From IMMBs FB page, looks like there was a dust up with HZ, and they deny that ENZC owns 49% and claim they own the rights to ITV-1. Wondering which side the dispute to play, or both.
Who owns the IP for ITV-1? IMMB or ENZC? Looks like there are conflicting claims about the the ITV-1 rights and also ENZC's stake in IMMB. Anyone have the real skinny?
They are determined to fill the gap from open. Put a net out an caught a little.
Who owns the IP for ITV-1? IMMB or ENZC? Looks like there has been a bit of a dust up between the two entities and conflicting claims, but who actually owns the rights to the product?
Call went great. Also pipeline and Roche milestones and royalties mentioned. Of course, greeted with selling pressure at open. Hopefully just trying to fill the gap. Looks to be on the rise again.
Call very exciting. Priority review.
Market makers are doing a number on this today. Lots of herky-jerky price movement and bidding between trading increments.
They get high placement on news feeds, but craft ridiculous articles that say we really have nothing of value to add, but still reiterate our sell rating even though we contradict every other analyst on the street. What's next? Adam Feuerstein piles on? Lol.
Typical Zacks nonsense. Zero relevant info, but a chance for them to trumpet their sell rating at the top of the news feed, even though we are 5 days away from a major FDA milestone.
Zacks BS hatchet job days before BLA. C'mon man!
Low volume tree shake.
Very low volume tree shaking, imo.
Up she goes!
