Simbols blunder is our thunder.
University of Santiago, Chile, or Usach, is building a lithium research center on 5900 hectares in the salar de llamara. It is impressive that they selected Sorcia/Ibat technology to use. This will mean universtiy-backed research and results from IBATs plant. Going forward, this will certainly get the big players attention.

Usach has 5900 hectares in the salar de llamara
With a concession of 5,900 hectares in the Salar de Llamara, located 141 kms. southeast of the city of Iquique, our study house – which stands out for its great capacity for scientific-technological research and development - leads through the Vice-Chancellor of Research, Development and Innovation this new project, whose focus is the study of optimized lithium and polymineral extraction systems, and their applications in the industry.

Is salar de yamara actually supposed to be salar de llamara? (ll is pronounced as a y in Spanish) I have searched along time for this. Now that we have the university of Santiago deal agreed upon, will we be going here first?
Check out this interactive map. It shows various salars and landmarks all over Chile

No disrespect meant. You nailed it!
I guess my dd wasn’t so futile after all. ;)
I’m only kidding around
Here we go!
Livent opts out of E3 Metals joint development agreement.

Great article. Thanks for sharing. My understanding is in Chile, the salars are salt water. But Because they are unconfined, drawing from them is lowering the water table and affecting the fresh water wells
Did dupouy speak ?
Maybe this will push Mercedes out of Bolivia and into Chile.
The video shows the location of where the plant will be. I wonder if that is accurate. It doesn’t look to be far from sqm.
It boggles my mind to see the shear size of sqms and albermarles plants. Even zooming far out, and still be able to see them and the massive salt piles. Can’t help but crack a smile knowing IBATs tech can/ will change all that.
Very interesting! Thanks, both of you. At long last, questions are beginning to be answered
Somehow, I have managed to evade the “rona,” at least so far. Feel free to post anything that comes out from the congress. always appreciated by all
No don’t wish for a pull back lol

Hi le-bon. Welcome back
Plus Location (Chile) has much more lithium available at much higher ppm than e3’s resource
This is amazing news
We will deploy the first commercial production unit in the first half of 2021. https://ensorciametals.com/
RHHNF opened at .118 this morning. We have been trending upwards since September.
Perhaps news will come out during the upcoming lithium congress webinar Nov 24-26. Ensorcia Metals and Sorcia minerals are labeled as strategic partners for the webinar. Perhaps Layton will be a speaker?

Really, notice of allowance is when you know you are in the clear
Give the patents 90 days from the final rejection to see if they file extension before they are closed. Notice the pps did not crash this week.
Wow! Joe lowery rails against Tesla and Piedmont and promotes South American brines.
The myth that hard rock hydroxide is always lower cost than brine has been repeated by those with a vested interest for so long many are unaware it is nonsense. On the other hand, the currently operating South American brine projects that produce carbonate are ALL lower cost than all carbonate converted from hard rock. An inconvenient truth.

Go back and read Terralithiums patent, Application Number: 14/198,492
Read the final rejection and look for any similarities.
They wound up cutting 25 out of 29 claims
40% of all allowed patents receive at least 1 final rejection.
Ensorcia Metals Corporation as part of their ongoing commitment to design, build and patent the lithium extraction unit paid $25,000.00 US directly to the Companies patent lawyers.

It would be different if final rejections were the end. But they are not. Burbas patent Application #14/198,492 is a great example of this. It took 6 years and overcame a final rejection. Meanwhile, Ensorcia is moving along as planned. I know what I have. Best of luck
It looks like the patents will be getting a “final rejection”. The next step is to file a RCE (request for continued examination) or go to PTAB (patent trial and appeal board)
And yet, to most applicants, the primary difference between “non-final” and “final” office actions is: A final office action requires paying an RCE fee in order to continue prosecuting the application before the examiner. A non-final office action doesn’t.

Lots of noise coming from lilac solutions, mainly because they can say they are bill gates backed. Patiently waiting for our turn.
Some are suggesting that, with socialist poised to return to power in Bolivia, more lithium development will be directed to Chile, which is more capitalistic verses state ownership
Yet... this time next year this company will be in an entirely different position. Jmo
From The 6% royalty the first mobile unit produces.
Agreed. The silence from the company is on purpose. burba has not needed shareholders since he signed with Ensorcia. But I also believe the deal was brilliant. He didn’t have to blow up and dilute the share structure to build the pilot plant. It allowed him to keep the OS relatively low. Now ibat is set up nicely to start generating revenue next year
the merger was with lanxess sybron chemicals. The Stlhf patents were from 2661881 ONTARIO LIMITED. It sounds like stlhf signed away their patents in exchange for their deal with lanxess where as ibat didn’t. Besides Ensorcia will be the majority shareholder, so why bother.
