Just seems like it would be better to invest time and money into a more permanent location. Building brand awareness and targeting a market is business 101. Setting up shop knowing you will have to relocate is a waste of time if you are just starting out.
"If you build it they will come" tear it down and rebuild elsewhere is time and money out the door rebuilding your local client base imho.
Maybe, I will call the developer tomorrow to see when the project eta is.
Maybe someone local can help us out.
Problem with that location is it is scheduled for demolition to build a high rise condo building. Take a look at Google maps street view and look at the project bulletin top centre of the complex.
At the time the photo was taken, looks to be pre legalization, lights off. Unable to locate a phone contact. Under the visit link on cannabis cowboy website, still showing "coming soon to canada".
Any chance you might be able to look further into this for us being you are a local? Maybe get some in store photos? If I was still living in Calgary I would do it myself, but I am a few thousand kilometers away.
Thanks for the info.
Sitting in their shade, trust me, totally chilled out... So chilled out it is not even funny.
If I was sitting on millions of free Invictus shares, I would be even that much more chilled out...
Who knows, everything is a guessing game with Invictus.
Certainly a spinout:
Definition of spinout (Entry 1 of 2)
: a rotational skid by an automobile that usually causes it to leave the roadway
spin out verb
Definition of spin out (Entry 2 of 2)
intransitive verb
: to make a rotational skid in an automobile

Seems like the best definition for the Invictus and Poda "spinout" to me...
Let's see how it plays through. Some people seem to think no matter how many wrong things have been happening with Invictus, there is no wrong done. Others are looking at the %50-70 loss in value either by selling or sitting on Invictus.
There are some seriously shady, wrong things happening with INVICTUS at the moment that are directly affecting it's investors.
Spinout certainly seems to be what Poda is, not a spin-off, directly referring to your link. Could not agree more. When a company shares the identical address with a company they are supposedly no longer associated with, what is what? Working together side by side, in front of each others faces. NO ASSOCIATION AT ALL RIGHT?
When I am able to purchase 10 grams of pot from Invictus and a vaporizer from Poda that will be some proof of product imho. Until then, it is what it is.
Any sedar information about Invictus or Poda that you can provide would be appreciated. Unaudited filings, one needs to be speculative.
For anyone looking into sedar filings about Invictus, you need to type the name "Invictus" not the ticker symbol.
Did you happen to receive a reply from Jessica Simpson of Invictus as of yet?
Many of us are waiting for actual proof of any product that Invictus and it's subsidiaries are supposedly producing and selling/distributing. Hate to bring up the subject again but from the wording in the PODA spin off, the vaporizer actually existed and for a company that no longer has any relations with Poda to be sharing the exact same physical address, is "interesting" to say the least. Now people are saying or being led to assume the vaporizer is in development.
Supply agreement between Acreage Pharms and ocs.com is what I was speaking of. No Acreage Pharms products on www.ocs.com website yet. Just an observation.
Check sedar.com
Showing Acreage Pharms as a licensed producer but no product listed as of today.
https://ocs.ca/blogs/news/ocs-supply-agreements-additional-licensed-producers
Not showing any search results on ocs.com when searching Acreage Pharms. Supposedly they now have the supply agreement as of Feb 13th 2019.
Looking like ANOTHER bogus deal from the evidence so far.
Invictus, buy vs. sell: https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/invictus-md-strategies-corp-IVITF/trades
Might be in all investors interest to look into this.
Thank you in advance. eom
So Invictus and Poda share the IDENTICAL address right. Look at Invictus' contact page and cross reference with the Bloomberg link you provided.
For a company (Invictus) that is no longer associated with the spin off Poda to be sharing the same physical address is "interesting"...
Anyone performed a Google maps street view on the address. No evidence that either company resides there.

Quite honestly, it is possible Invictus may have never even applied to NASDAQ for uplisting. Split still has not even taken place, no evidence on NASDAQ.com
Contacted NASDAQ, but they are unable to disclose application submissions from any company.
It is possible with a company that absolutely refuses transparency. If Invictus has nothing to hide, what's up with all of these shady deals, half fast press releases, Poda spin off (what a joke) and the list goes on and on and on etc...
Have to give them credit for one thing, they certainly have some "pretty" websites".
How long ago was that?
How many of those obligations has Invictus met?eom
$2 for others right. Average uplisting time is 4-6 weeks from application submission. How many weeks has it been now?
Good luck.
To meet NASDAQ up listing requirements, in this case and most, their share value needs to meet minimum listing requirements. In order for Invictus to obtain listing requirements, the value of the stock from NASDAQ website is $4.00 per share with many stipulations.
Invictus at this point is not meeting the standards required to uplist from what I can see.
RS needs to happen first 1:5 one for five shares, ANSWER THE PHONES, and be honest with investors.
No, it is up to the board of directors as far as I know.
Are the 450,000 options USD or CAD or what? Could not find that essential information in the pr. Guess we're just supposed to make an assumption with a multi exchange traded company. Normal right.
Still haven't heard from Invictus or it's lawyers. Waiting patiently. Then they would FORCED to bring transparency in a legal court of law to a global audience.
Precarious, good word to describe Invictus. Would be posting more positive information if I could find it, but, facts are the facts.
Invictus is not offering transparency. We are forced to work with what we have, and it is not looking so good.
CONCRETE INVICTUS/CANANDIA INFORMATION HERE:
"Business Numbers
A business number is a nine-digit number assigned to a business, incorporated company or society by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). The number identifies the business or organization when interacting with federal, provincial and local government programs."
Source:

How many numbers is Invictus informing people that canandia is?
Flat out lies from Invictus, as usual.
Scary when the truth is right in front of our faces.
When did I ever advise to sell? If some of us are "stuck" in this company, it is prudent to perform valid DD and share the results with current and potential investors so they can make informed decisions imho.
Buyer beware.
Very well observed. Welcome to the board, eom.
Look at a one year chart and tell me where this stock is going. It's not for no reason. Gene ticker has never been much more than $2.25 CAD since the company has been listed. Quick spikes always followed by a collapse.
If ATB Financial was approached at this moment, I HIGHLY DOUBT they they would lend Invictus one red cent.
Only people here making any money are day traders and swing traders.
So if you tell me that company x for example resides where they say it does but no one has any information or factual evidence of it, does that not raise red flags?
When millions of investors dollars are being pumped into new out of nowhere companies with no contact information, not raise red flags?
When many deadlines are missed, does that not raise red flags.
Infrequent vague updates.
When Invictus flat out does not return phone calls not concern you?
When some investors know more than the companies investor relations, that is pretty sad.
Conscidering contacting the better business bureau.
Quite frankly tired of all the bs being shoved down our throats while there are millions of dollars being syphoned from us.
Wish I never heard of this company.
Regarding Canandia, I contacted a company in the 7157 Honeyman St Industrial building where Canandia supposedly resides, explained to the very kind and understanding receptionist what the situation is and she NEVER HEARD OF THEM.
Reception took my personal information and said she would call back if any other information becomes available.
Invictus is looking more and more fraudulent every passing day, sorry to say.
Ok so the legal name is the number 0989561 B.C. Ltd. the operating name is ("Canandia").
Been a while, just needed clarification from the source.
Really not much more than we already knew or were told by Invictus. So phase three Acerage Pharms still not up and running. EU-GMP still not complete.
Lacking piles of information, contacts, addresses etc...
0989561 B.C. Ltd. ("Canandia"). Number company calling itself Canandia, is shady if not illegal. It only costs an extra hundred dollars +/- to register a name company vs number company wheather ltd or inc...
On hold with revenue Canada. Will report my findings.
Mrblabla, can you supply us with the unaudited numbers that you found?
Much appreciated, thanks in advance.
Richard.
Looking into the Canandia 30m acquisition that Invictus acquired in November 2018.
Looking at the address provided in the contact within the map by clicking/tapping the address marker shows: unit 9-7157 Honeyman street, Delta bc.
Not able to verify that the company resides there. No phone number but there is a name and email address:
Alon Amit
Chief Executive Officer
E aamit@canandia.com
Anyone find it strange that a company that was acquired for THIRTY MILLION DOLLARS does not have a phone or fax? Only one staff member listed...
Google search results show Grover, Elliot as the last occupant in 2011 that leads to a page 404 page not found. Might be worth calling one of the neighbouring units to see if Canandia does reside there or ever has. Kind of akward, I know, but this ABSOLUTE lack of information on MANY of Invictus' supposed acquisitions is rediculous!
Is this mearly coincidence that cannamerica and Invictus both have their direct marketing campaign setup through Darwin production's Inc with no contact information?
"The Company has engaged third party providers, Wallace Hill Partners Ltd. ("Wallace Hill") and Darwin Productions Inc. ("Darwin"), to provide public relations, marketing or other related services. The Company has paid Wallace Hill to provide digital marketing services for a period of three years commencing January 1, 2019 and paid Darwin for a direct mail marketing campaign and ongoing marketing and brand awareness as disclosed in the Company's press release dated January 4, 2019. The current Wallace Hill digital marketing campaign began on January 28, 2019 and was suspended on January 29, 2019."

Geez oh golly whiz, sure was starting to believe we were going to be at $4 USD by now. Until the truth happened.
Invictus (until the name change). Right?! Something like that anyway is what we were lead to believe.
Feeling pretty blessed about this meandering stock price while most companies I am following are on the uptrend and or have made decent or full recovery from Oct 2018.
Cannabis cowboy stores STILL not up and running and the half million dollars GTEC received.
Not trying to be a downer, facts are speaking for themselves.
